Had a good time with my family, it was our first time visiting this location. But unfortunately, when we first got there and sized our shoes, they did run bigger than our normal shoe size so I went back to go exchange them for a smaller size. After exchanging, my son's still fit a lil too big so I sent him to get a smaller size again and my son told me that the young "man" that was in the front with long wavy hair said "oh my God, these people don't know their own shoe size" and slammed the shoes on the counter. My son is 11, that was extremely unprofessional and rude. Especially expressing himself that way In front of a child, if he doesn't like helping others then he should consider another position that does not involve customer service. I'm honestly not sure if we will visit again. I do have to say that everyone else was GREAT and the pizza was delicious!!!!

I will give them 1 star because besides them having the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My kids really enjoyed themselves. I son went to ask the lady a question and she said to him what do u want?? He told her and she told him that she was gonna come to our lane. That never happened! I had to go to the desk myself! The food I can’t even say if it was really just good because EVERYTHING that we order was cold as hell. The lady said that she would bring our food to us... nope we had to get our food ourselves. The worst service ever! The only reason why I didn’t voice my opinion at that time was because I was really trying for joy myself with my kids so I let the lady make up! That place of business will never receive any of my money again!

Great gun place and DJ is awesome. Be sure to go in after 9 for their unlimited deal. One major problem though: the bar tender is horrible to be quite frank. He's very slow to make drinks, does not work with purpose, mixes drinks very very very slowly, slowly puts on gloves, cuts limes slower than you would at home and walks around doing all this very slow. He needs to be booted. Getting a beer averages me about 20 mins on the more 5 times I've seen him there. I've never seen a bar tender this slow. This all being that there is always a line of people waiting the whole time. He doesn't want to work. He just wants to get paid. Get him out!

Went as a team for a night out. One of my coworkers is in a wheelchair and the outside ramp is almost on a 45 degree angle way too steep to be safe but it is painted bright yellow. Asked if the had wheelchair accessiblility on any of the lanes and was told no. We were referred to another alley that could be accommodating. Thank you for the referral but you should have some sort of update to add in an accommodating Lane or two. Coworker felt bad that we all came (8 households ) and was turned around because of this, it's 2023. That ramp outside is unsafe for wheelchairs and mobile carts thatI witnessed being pushed up that front door ramp.

The worst experience I could have gone thru. I took my family out for a night of fun and was met with the card system going down and the manager telling my little one's, all under the age of 17 that they owe $22.50 each. Why was he addressing the six minors and not me ? Rude! plus his calculations were off for payment. He was rude when I'm not at fault for why they are unable to accept my credit card, even after using my card as a hold upon our arrival. I will not ever visit again! It was a piss poor atmosphere plus the lanes kept jamming the balls etc the food is over priced and half the team needs customer service training.

Great bowling alley, but beware of the lacking service at the bar! Music selection was on point! Excellent upbeat songs and tons of greatest hits from 90's to now. Restrooms were clean and well kept Food was also excellent but a slight lag in time spent to make because of rush hour. The only con was the bar service...there was only one bartender and he has zero understanding of work etiquette. I am aware that it was a full house but don't stop serving one person to handle another...it only makes everyone else wait longer. And at least acknowledge your patrons and let them know you will be with them vs ignoring everyone...

I've been here before and everyone there has always been super nice! We went recently to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday and let me tell y'all. Wow! Everyone went above a d beyond to where our guests couldn't stop talking about how kind and helpful everyone was! This place may not get as much attention as other bowling alleys but please give this one a shot because it stands out immensely. And definitely last but not least, DJ stood out with his attentiveness and kindness for everything he did that night, absolutely amazing! Can't wait to go again soon!

BEWARE OF THE 18% tip they add on ALL FOOD! They say they have a sign and well the sign isn’t very much visible unless you stick your head in the little window. District manager Kelsey told me I was more than welcome to dispute charges with my bank. Which I will, specially when no receipt was given and the employee took my credit card to the back for 15 min and nobody knows why he did that.. I shouldn’t have to tip a cook! Specially not 18%. Signs like that need to be at register and front door IN BIG LETTERS… not behind the kitchen wall!

This place is awesome. I don't know why people are complaining about the price for bowling. I mean I paid a lot, but I also did a little bit of bowling. & also for the people complaining about them vacating the inside food truck for a minute or 2. I mean I know yawl can feel how hot it is inside there from just outside the window. Have patience. They do have other responsibilities... Every Single Staff Member that worked Saturday 5/7/22 were beyond AMAZING. BIG THANKS TO ALL...

Came in on a Saturday night and realize they have Extreme bowling after 10:00pm they turn off the lights put the neon lights with loud music, my son really enjoy the environment, the manager than offered anyone who dances like Michael Jackson gets a free bowling game and yes I won so came for a second time! Brought my son for the second time since the bowling experience is really good here. They have a bar, food and Arcades, what else can you ask for.

We planned a last minute family night here and I love it. The staff they have is AMAZING. John, the manager, came and asked if we were having fun etc and gave us some free game cards with credit on them! Also Andrew and another coworker, whose name I didn’t get, were so sweet! They were very helpful and attended us promptly. Definitely will be returning. Oh and they play good music. (:

This place is like stepping back in time, but in a good way. I hate the new bowling alley concepts with the loud music and little to no lighting. This place is really set up for bowlers. I can tell it’s been recently redone, but they still maintained a classic feel of a great bowling alley. If you’re a real bowler or interested in bowling on a league, this is the place for you!!

Read the fine print, consumers. We should have asked for the total when we mentioned how many shoes we needed and how many games we expected to play. Absolutely gobsmacked by the total at the end. Who in their right mind would pay 80 for 3 games of bowling? Depending on what you do, please remember to get a quoted estimate so you are not caught off guard.

Friday night me and some friends had the time of our life here! We hadn’t been bowling in a while and we were gathering for a birthday. We meet a really cool bartender by the name of Ty. When I tell you her customer service and drinks skills were 10/10 I mean it. We will definitely be coming back to see her and bowl! Thanks Ty! Thanks AMF Bowling!

The staff was absolutely amazing always there to help when we needed them. The food was great, hot and came quickly. Drinks were delicious!! The staff took really great care of us coming in on short notice but also catering to our staff so that we could have a great time. John was amazing and generous. We appreciate you. The new manager Shik has been the rudest manager AMF has ever had!!!! I have been coming here for over 15 years and have never had this experience. Yelling and screaming at a customer is so disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone coming here if he is working! I had to give at least one star but he deserves none

We love to come here!! It is nice, great environment, nice people. I only added 3 start because the bar is really bad. Slow, we always spend 15 -30 minutes waiting for our drinks. If you are playing with time, you lost 30 minutes waiting for the drinks and no play. If you play unlimited you only lost your time.

The best blowing place! From the moment we came in since the moment we left, the staff were very kind and very helpful. We had reservation, I highly recommend they treat you overall great. Even gave us a blowing pin to take home. I will definitely be coming back. Mr. DJ took care of us, great customer service.

Had a great time haven't been here in so long so I don't know when they did the renovations but it's a definite update and I will be back soon. Julio and all of the staff were alot of help and very entertaining I definitely recommend this alley to anyone who wants to have a fun exciting experience

Great bowling space. The manager helped my sister select a couple of balls appropriate to her limited experience so she had fun not frustration. At checkout the manager offered a veteran discount. Music is great and the staff friendly and helpful and the lanes are well maintained. I'll be back.

We just moved to Houston a little over a week ago and my five year old asked me to find a place to go bowling, when we arrived shick was quick and so nice and even let us know about other benefits of the establishment. We will for sure be back- cheap and easy fun for a busy Saturday night.

Took my daughter here and wow what an awesome experience we had. The staff is awesome and helpful we were there early the guy working even took time to give my daughter some starter tips. Really good people here we'll definitely be back soon..Just go give them a shot and have a good time.

I decided to pop in on Christmas Eve and had an easy and great time. The team got me setup quickly and I was in a lane within 3 minutes. Christy Anne also helped me easily extend my lane reservation and I got to learn from two other experienced players in a neighboring lane. Great time.

Came with my co workers yesterday for our Christmas party & I had a blast the music was very good and the workers were a big help. The lady with the big hair was running everywhere checking on everyone all night. Give her a raise !! Looking forward to see her everytime we come !!

Honestly speaking unless you're going on their "deal days" it's very overpriced for bowling. About 8 dollars a game per person. The shoes are an additional like 9? The biggest issue was one of the staff members ignoring me when I came in but the other young guy was very kind

We had a great time last night. They were playing videos of a wide eclectic mix of songs. We ordered the cheesy breadsticks and drinks, and everything was great. I highly recommend the Southern Charm mixed drink. LOL. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place was fun and safe. No overcrowding but the food service person was missing from the booth for a minute and the lanes were a little dark. Could use a bit of an upgrade. Price to bowl two games on Sunday for 3ppl was 63 dollars with tax. A little expensive

Balls and pins kept getting stuck so they moved us to another lane and the same happened. Alcoholic drink tasted like a tea and it was really warm on the inside. Customer service was good and the food was fresh and hot but overall Wouldn’t recommend nor return.

Had originally drove down to Main Event in Katy And after them telling us we had a 2 1/2 hour wait, decided to head back to Jersey village. We had a really good time. The people were nice, the food was good. Brought my whole family. Felt safe. Affordable price.

Had fun, the people from Del Mar suggested us to come here, since they were full. In comparison though, this place makes del mar look premium. The lights are red, the seats are hard, the bowling alley is slippery. But with good friends, it's always a good time.

Sunday, Sept 04,2021, The Gunga Family were in the building and we had a great time and the young man D.J. was just awesome, he treated us so kind... everyone there was super nice. We will be back in about to weeks. Great place to spend with family and friends.

Nice place no doubt but not affordable for family outing it cost us almost 200 for one game for our family of 6. That hurt! Also we spent another 50 on food and the barbaque wings were awesome! The nachos not so much. Staff is nice and the place is very nice.

My husband and I had a Great time at this location! The staff was mad cool and friendly!!! The drinks were Great! If you just want to kick back and bowl a couple games and have fun, the vibe here on a Saturday night is the best!! We'll definitely be back!!!!

Came on a Thursday night. Not only was it overpriced but the staff was inattentive and unfriendly. Couldn't find staff to take arderá at the bat and when I finally did, they passed it off to another person that never got our drinks. Super dissapointed.

I like this location because its cheap and close. The staff is nice, the food is ok, the bathroom is clean, they have a full bar and play music videos on giant screens. They don't close until midnight during the week, which is good!

Went to hang out and have my 30th birthday party with friends and family DJ really made us feel welcome and made sure we had a blast! I have Gone off and on for years but we will definitely be stopping in more regularly from now on

Staff was really nice minus the lady at the food truck. We purchased by the hour and our lane broke a few times. The lanes are difficult but most of the team is so friendly it is worth it if you get a good deal.

Very quiet when we went which wasn't a bad thing. Lanes were in good quality, staff were pleasant. Maybe a wider range of house ball weights but in general really nice location and way cheaper than Bowlero

Kind of pricey for a family of 4... Most of the balls had large chips making bowling for kids harder. The balls kept jumping in all directions. Food was good. Don't think we'll be going back.

Great time. 3 games that offered two arcade cards worth $20 for free. The Gbaby and I had a blast. Concessions are too expensive for my blood, but 2 .5 hours of fun was worth $58
