If you are expecting service worth the money you spend, go elsewhere. I can't rate this place lower than one star or I would have. Visited here for a wax and was utterly disappointed. The lady used the regular fruit wax on my face(not the finger wax like she should have). She ended up burning my skin in two places, despite being told by me prior to the wax that I have acne prone skin that is sensitive so please be careful. Should have taken the fact that there was a screaming match going on between a current client and hairdresser as a clue to leave immediately. The stairs to the upper levels are cluttered with used trays, utensils and dirty linen. Regardless of how close it is to closing time, one shouldn't have to tiptoe around them. The only good thing about the girls who work here are that they do not do small talk and keep to themselves unless you initiate it. However, there is nothing professional about the way they work. If I'm paying such an outrageous amount for a service I expect you to know how to do your job, than have me dictate to you how it needs to be done.

I booked a 90 min massage treatment on Tuesday 3rd March 2020 at 5:00PM. I came to the spa 10 minutes before time and was told to wait till in the stairs as men are not allowed inside on3rd floor which is reception. After about 10 minutes I paid and again waited. I paid Rs6100/ for the service The Lady a Phillipino with 6 years in Aramish was the masseue. She finished the 90 minute massage in a record, less then 60 minutes and In those 60 minutes There was a big discussion going on politics oblivious of the fact that someone has paid money for some mental relaxation. Every five minutes the door was opened and either the Masseue or some one from outside would have a job. The masseue was in a hurry and did not follow any set 90 minutes technique. I would say overall a very poor experience.

I had booked an appointment before getting there, and once I reached there, there wasn’t a room ready for me. The staff lacked basic manners. Made me wait for 25 minutes in a small room with two chairs without air conditioning with my mask on and my feet in hot water when the temperature of Lahore is 40 degree Celsius. Once the staff arrived, they kept speaking their language to each other (Filipino/tagalog), felt like I wasn’t welcome and that I paid money to hear them talk. They put me in the massage room, this too without AC, they turned it on later. The masseuse lacked respect and kept saying things that made me unhappy. It wasn’t a good experience. Not recommended.

Mostly I went to arramish for my services On Saturday 8 July , they really disappointed me . New manger was there she was very rude with her staff members n even with clients Every one went to saloons for relaxing,but that manger was such rude She didn't even asked for what service's I want. Other ladies were waiting too . But she doesn't asked or excused for being late . If they don't have much staff they should hire new staff There manger should be polite n helpfull to others I am not going again for my services they really disappointed me . And also m not going to recommend this saloon to anyone again.

Horrible experience today at Aramish . I went for a pedicure n came back with horribly cut n filed nails . The girl was digging in the sides of my nails with the cuticle cutter k jee ingrown nails hain . My soles r as dry as they were when I walked in . Toe nails were cut by a blunt nail cutter I kept telling the girl n she said don’t worry I’ll smoothen them . The nail surfaces r even not smooth n shiny as they r after any regular pedicure . Never ever am I stepping there total waste of money plus hygiene was not up to the mark also . Money put down the drain .

The only good thing about it is the message. The message lady was professional. On the other hand, the one who did my eyebrows and hair worked like a machine, very disengaged and I struggled with the language as the workers do not speak any English and I do not know any Urdu. I wanted to give my eyebrows a shape, and I even pointed to a picture for how I want my eyebrows to be, but the lady wont want to listen. Then she suggested using wax instead of threading only to charge me extra later.

Always a treat to be at Arammish during Lahore stopovers. Amazingly well trained and professional masseuse, works through the knots and kneads em to an inexplicable bliss. Their Gulberg location offers a little better user experience compared to the DHA location but that doest effect the quality of service. As an amateur masseur myself I can certainly say that this has to be your go to place for massages. Ill publish more reviews once I have tried more services from them. Kudos!

I've been here many times. The products are good but services need improvement. The girl who did my manicure spilt water all over my phone and didn't even have the decency to offer a towel to wipe it and said all towels are upstairs. Sometimes the services are great but a lot of times they are below average. I do plan on going for Thai massages as they offer good rates. Spa services are recommended but salon services not so much

Really disappointed at the anti ageing facial done at aramish Lahore cantt. Girls are not trained enough they don't know how the machines work .face massage was rubbish. Horrible experience of the makeup / hair do done over there no contouring no shading no sense of which lip shade to go with clothing. .One thing is really good over there how to rob you of your money before even they start the treatment......stay away

Went to Arramish DHA on Wednesday for a full body massage. The massage itself was average/okay but the salon and massage rooms were seriously lacking. During my massage I could hear construction work and drilling noises. I had to ask three times for them to put on music and half way through my massage they finally put on a random upbeat playlist music that wasn't relaxing at all! Would definitely not come again.

No concept of service ! Timeliness at its worst & unprofessionalism. The manager is knowledgeable but the poor lady can't control the staff. It's because of their attitude that the spa is losing out on their own clients. The management doesn't really seem too pushed about it . With so many other spas or salons to go to one doesn't have to bother about arramish too much.

Average salon. Average services. Express Pedicure doesn't include heel scrubbing (came as a surprise). Only half foreleg massage, not even till knee. Too much noise, staff walking around casually. My host couldn't take off my nailcolor entirely before and even after pedicure was completed. Hair oil massage won't include hair wash which also was hard to believe.

Expensive but pathetic manicure! Went there this afternoon for a Gel manicure and normal pedicure but they don't know how to apply nail color. This was apparently done by a senior technician. Waste of time and money, don't go there. The service is pretty ordinary as well, had to ask 3 times to have some water.

If a place can’t even do eyebrows, there is something wrong with it! I just got my brows completely messed up . A prior experience with gel nails left me with dented, uneven coat of red gel all over my nails which had to be immediately removed at home. Never again !!! The two stars are for the cleanliness

Therapy- Gud Therapist attitude- non professional Staff Professionalism - worst Atmosphere- Noisy Over all experience- will never visit again. Small match box tyoe therapy boxes wid staff noise ...No relaxing ambian e or welcoming staff. A Gud tgerapy is just 1 Part of All but everythibg else was worst.

I had my meni/pedi services here. It was a good experience and the staff was good. However, I didn't like the overall ambiance and setup. They openly did facials in the same meni/pedi area. The entrance is also very small and congested. ⚠️ ONLY CASH

Got a massage and the lady told me i should get it from one of the local staff members because she doesn’t seem to enjoy giving me the massage. Why? Because i asked for a light pressure and her normal pressure was physically painful for me.

Pokey and dirty staircase that leads up to the salon. The girls who do mani/pedi are very sweet and polite but the receptionists who books appointments and answers calls, needs a better and friendlier attitude.

I am visiting from USA. I had one of the best massages ever at this spa! The therapist was professional and had excellent technique. It was a truly relaxing experience. I’ve already booked my next massage.

The Philippino lady there, Mehl , is very professional massager . She not only give you tips how tovlook after your body but point out any stressed areas of your body.

I used to be a huge fan of Arammish Gulberg. But the service has definitely gone down... expansion has meant they rush treatments. Very disappointing service.

Very nice and accomodating- affordable price list. But even then the saloons have become too over crowds. But then they have some great services.
