Sorry to be giving this place a one start rating as it's a lovely little place but my experience here left me angry with myself for not saying something to the woman who works there! She was openly rude, unhelpful and sarcastic! I told her I had a parcel to send but as if not sent anything through ebay before that I'd need her to help me with scanning a code to get a label to attach to the package I was sending. She sighs, rolls her eyes and says they don't do that. Strange as the narre warren post office did it with another package for me once before. So she slaps down a package and tells me to fill out the address myself, which I did. Then she had trouble getting the tracking sticker to scan., blaming the computer! She's a cranky old woman who obviously doesn't like her work and should retire. She never cracked a smile, nor did her sour expression change once the whole time. No customer care whatsoever. Shame as I liked coming here. Not again.

My parcel guy is famous for his card drop and run skills when you're home. I'm also disabled and can't drive due to this. Sent someone to collect a parcel today. They gave the wrong parcel, the code didn't even match the card. Said my parcel I was looking for, 1of 2 wasn't there. Website auspost say it is. Now I I have to return a second time costing taxi money each time or fuel for friends to drive me as a seriously disabled pensioner. This service and post office is not disability friendly at all. This sadly happens all the time. Not only do they fail to provide a service to disabled people you also can't call and check as they refuse to double check and staff are abrupt to customers. Which means my parcel will be sent back to the supplier. Its needed for medical reasons too. Do not recommend.

Australia Post - Clyde LPO exceeded my expectations during my recent visit. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. They promptly addressed my inquiries and made sure my needs were met efficiently. The store itself was well-organized and maintained, with a variety of packaging supplies and stationery readily available. The convenience of a dedicated parking area near the outlet further enhanced the overall experience. What impressed me the most was the range of services offered. I left the store feeling highly satisfied and would highly recommend this place for anyone seeking reliable and convenient postal services.

Worst experience in last 6 years… I didn't catch the name of the lady, but looking at other peoples comments we are all definitely talking about the same person. I have no idea why AusPost would continue to have her in a customer facing position, let alone keep her employed at all. The rude lady that served me should try smile and maybe even greet someone. I'd recommend her removing herself from a Customer Service role and maybe even the workforce. Worst attitude I've seen in a long time. And I wana give 0 star as how she respond… even don’t know about aus post services …

This post office has to be the WORST place I have had to deal with. All other post offices I have dealt have been pleasant and efficient, this place has the most rudest staff, they are very slow; inefficient and unorganised. 9 times out of 10 they have to look out the back for 10 minutes to find your parcel then get angry when they get the wrong one! When I asked why my parcels always go to this office and not my house they responded with “they aren’t going to deliver just to you & we get paid for each parcel that comes here” Give me a spell

So was my first time to this post office and I went to collect a item just after 10am friday the 30th and i was told by this Gentleman that he was too busy to scan my item as he had over 300 parcels to scan and to come back after couple of hours. After pointing out that the post card left in my mail clearly states any time after 10am he still refused to even see or look at the note i was carrying with me. Very rude , dont understand why have Aus Post franchise if you hate the parcels or customer service.

I don't normally go to this post because the lady who works here doesn't know the meaning of customer service. But because this is the only one within 5 kms, I've got no choice. Whatever time of the day I come to do business, she is always rude and very unpleasant to deal with. When you ask a question, she would either answer you in a bad manner or look at you like you are stupid for asking a question. I feel bad for the lovely gentleman who has to deal with this lady everyday.

This place use to be the bee’s knees when the older couple still owned it. Change of ownership has made this place very slow. Line up times slower, I use to write out all my packages and the guy at the counter told me to Fill out again on a sticker which I refused then didn’t send my package. Went to the Cranbourne post office and they sent it straight away. Very disappointed was a good post office now change of ownership has sent things down hill. Wish I could rate 0 stars

Every time I go in the lady on the desk is so rude and unhelpful. I went in to return a parcel and before even trying to print out the return to sender sticker she is telling me that it doesn’t always work and I should have printed it out at home. I don’t have a printer at home and it states on the Aus Post website that you can get the sticker printed at your local post office. She was u helpful and wasn’t very pleasant. Will not be using this post office again.

Very rude people are working at this post office one Indian man the one’s he works there told me to get lost he said to me get lost it’s your fault because I asked him why they sent my package to Cranbourne post office when I lived in Clyde North and he told to get lost because I haven’t been home when they came with the delivery very bad and rude customer service I haven’t seen before I was so shocked the way he spoke with customer

Today I went to return some of my items and it was my first time returning something in post office. I was very stressed as the store was very busy, I didn’t know what to do.. Deepa helped me and she was very nice and calm with me although the store was busy and it was closing time. Thank you so much Deepa for your help and great customer service!

Customer service at this post office is disgusting. Called to ask a question over the phone where the man on the phone was not helpful, yelled at me and then hung up on me. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. Staff in store were also very unhelpful with setting up new business accounts and made me spend an extra $70 unnecessarily.

Very good overall service. It is a neat and organised place, and not too busy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The lady was very patient and efficient with me as she took me through my inquiry. I am very satisfied with my experience here and I recommend to anyone looking for quality customer service.

A wide range of gifts. Customer service was great. The lady who served me was polite, efficient and thoughtfully offered to go out the back to find me a bag (I had one in the car so declined her kind offer). A very busy little Post Office in a delightful township with a lovely park opposite. Parking right outside.

Fantastic service and open 7 days. It can be hard to get parking during busy times (some parking on the left hand side of the road past the fire station). FYI, the entrance is not wheelchair friendly, and there's no wheelchair friendly parking. Though you need to take into consideration it is an old building.

I used to dislike coming to this place as like many others had pointed out in the reviews, there was a super unpleasant staff to deal with. Today i came down to be greeted by 2 lovely new guys over the counter. Very polite and cheerful. Made the whole experience so different. Hope they keep up the good staff

Very unprofessional. The lady at the desk was unhelpful, arrogant and sarcastic. Sorry to say this but I did sense a bit of racism as well( this wasn’t the first time). The scanning job was so unsatisfactory. Unfortunately it happens to be our local Auspost but I would not visit there again.

A parcel was dropped off here to be delivered to me interstate on the 6th April. It took them until today (28th April) to scan it in to the delivery network, and this was after three seperate visits by the sender to politely ask them to get a wriggle on. Not good enough at all.

Very nice and friendly staff here. Always have smiles on their faces, and try to help in any way they can. My parcel always gets dropped off here when I'm not home. Recommended. Having the ancient vibes since its an old post office is a plus.

Clyde LPO - we have very bad experience they keep our very important document in post office for one month they didn’t not left any collection card at home they didn’t try to contact us we luckily go there to check our document it was there .

Love this place! Open early, close later than other post offices, open Saturday and Sunday, which is great, I wait till Sundays to go pay my bills, no long queues, staff always polite, gorgeous little trinkets in store, LOVE the clocks!

Amazing service by the nice lady at the counter this arvo. She was really friendly. My parcel was addressed to the incorrect street number and it took a while but the lady was very patient in finding the parcel for me. 5 stars

They were very rude when I went in, to return a parcel. I didn’t have a clue what I had to do. They were very unhelpful and rude. I had to ask what to do 3 times and they said it isn’t our problem. I will NEVER be going back.

Service is good however a little slow. There are normally two people serving lines of customers. Waiting times are too long. I don't agree with the abuse these ladies get for things that are out of their control.

Customer service has gone from bad to worse with new owners. The husband and wife are beautiful, the other owner is a rude cow. A lesson in customer service is definitely needed.

It is incredibly important and convenient that this post office is open on Sundays till noon. The staff members are polite and kind and I had a good experience.

Country style Post office in Clyde Love it bit slow process in payment but nice guy dealing no rush like pure Country. Try and enjoy the view and feelings .

Local LPO. Been here quite a few times and have always been in and out within minutes. The owners are friendly and helpful, true country folk.

Waiting time is so BAD!! Ive tried different times makes no difference. Prefer old owners they were more organised. New owners way too slow.
