Often go to this BWS. The service is usually excellent. This morning I went into the store about 9.45am. The woman behind the counter was playing on her phone Didn’t acknowledge me. I asked her for what I wanted in the locked case behind the counter. She got it for me. Keyed in the transaction. I presented my everyday rewards card. There wasn’t any verbal contact from her. Think the only thing she asked was “ do you want a receipt ? “ I didn’t. I said bye as I was leaving. No response from her. She clearly didn’t want to be there. Disappointing. I know BWS pride themselves on service levels and a good experience for the customer. She certainly let the side down. I will probably get a customer experience survey from them soon. I will be reporting the same information onto that survey

Was told where too line up, then told not too stand there! Duds....that was 2yrs ago.. Tonight's effort was, shutting the store infront of me, making me wait outside while he was...I dont know what he was doing, but it certainly wasn't good customer service!! Finally opened up the door, with no apology, explanation or comment. So management?? What is going on???

Such helpful staff! I came in very late (about 10 mins before closing), having thought that I placed a pick up order. Unfortunately the transaction didn't go through the app, but the nice lady behind the counter quickly assembled my order (such great knowledge of where everything is!) and was very helpful overall. Great service!

Would give it 5 Stars as I think prices are to high I understand they have to make a pfoffit, but there is always room to lower prices not staff or staff wages. I mean god forbid the company doesn't make millions and millions $$$ profit. How much $ is enough for someone , You can't take it with ya.

Good selection of beverages to choose from depending on your taste staff are fairly informative on what some of the drinks would be like and will mention what they themselves have if you ask for recommendation for a type of drink

I had great service here from the 2 guys working that day. Professional and had good suggestions of pre-mix drinks that I wanted to try. BWS usually has specials for the drinks that I buy, or bonus rewards points.

It has whatever you require for the festive the Hollywood plaza is the best they have what you require prices are afordable. I always shop there when i buyba gift for friends.

really friendly staff and good deals if you shop smart, has been a little slow opening on time in the past leavin customers that have done thier shopping banking up outside

This was a great store, always has some specials. I got the large bottle of Bailey's for $1 more than the smaller bottle.
