Awful customer service tonight, at 9pm. Young blonde behind the counter was more concerned with her personal phone call, leaving us to wait in line… after choosing to browse the store for another minute, allowing her to finish this clearly important call that she’s getting paid to take, we’ve returned to the counter to find that she’d disappeared. Left to wait another five minutes, only to receive glares and a fowl attitude. With so many other bottle shops available in the area, we won’t be returning to this BWS.

They had the beer I was after but no one came to serve me even though I was parked in the 'service' lane, so I had to get out and go to the counter to be served. It's not a huge inconvenience but if you have a service lane don't just stand there looking at people who use it - unless you're only after 3 star reviews ;)

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and there is a fantastic range of local gins, wines and beers. So close to the CBD and the bustle of North Adelaide's Oconnell Street and always open (even on Christmas I'm pretty sure!) I love it! Cheers guys

Friendly staff, good selection so plenty to choose from. There are bottles in the fridges adjacent to the main entrance (easily missed if you're new) where a good variety is stacked. Always have specials/offers ongoing so definitely recommend BWS.

Friendly and supportive staff. I visited at last minute to get a gift bottle. Not everyone can remember all the brands. I don’t expect the staff to remember all the brands. Even if that is the case, the staff stayed back after the closure

Not to be all PC, but not sure about the labelling of 'Ethnic Range' in your spirits section. You label Italian wine, Spanish wine etc. Unsure what makes this section 'Ethnic' Gave me a good laugh, but please do better BWS.

Large range, walk-ins reminded that it's behind the restaurant but has driveways (one-way in, one-way out) and staff are helpful and friendly. Stays open longest of all bottleshops in Adelaide.

Love this drive thru liquor store. Friendly service with knowledgeable staff. James the Manager will help you find that 'special gift' you're looking for.

Bit of a pain to find, nice clean store and friendly staff. They had no cold cartons of the beer i drink and so swapped out a cold 6 pack for a warm one.

Open late most days, great selection and easy drive-in or park bottle shop. Good location for those who live in the CBD or North Adelaide.

Service there is always amazing the staff are super helpful and friendly backed up by a fantastic range of beer, wine and spirits.

Tucked away in amongst and in the back of other buildings, good service but The sign out front needs to be more visible and higher
