The manager, Jonathan, refused to make an exception for me to deposit checks from family and guests from my mother's burial dated less than 1 year and greater than 6 months into the acct where I was her POA, an acct she had for many years. Dealing with our grief and taking care of estate issues put opening all sympathy cards on the back burner, not to mention COVID. He kept on saying that there are exceptions, and I was hoping that he would make an exception from a place of compassion rather from a guideline he was stating. A guideline, not a law. Instead of him taking the time to" listen" and "show fierce compassion" he lacked empathy and obviously had made up his mind that Bank of America stands with the letter of the law rather than the compassion of the law. Even the teller that initially handled my situation was so unaffected. This branch lacks so many human qualities especially during difficult times. I will be closing the other account I have with Bank of America.
Only giving one star as that's minimum I can give..Worse customer service, very rude .After getting treatment of their rudeness and pathetic customer service , had totally stopped coming here. After that I tried to close the account couple of time ..but everytime told closing account is their last priority hence 2-3 hours of waiting .This branch is exactly how a bank should never be run or how customer service should never be. Issue is mostly with leadership ..lady called Nilou who is one of rudest customer interface
일전에 동 지점을 방문했던 경험을 적을 가 합니다. 이 지점에서 신용카드를 만들어서 배달이 되었는데, 왜 사용을 안하냐는 메일을 받아서 난 받지도 않았는데, 무슨 소리인가 앱을 확인해보니 주소가 틀려있더군요. 그래서 확인차 들렸는데요. 이 상황을 확인 할려고 들렸는데, 제가 카드 만들때 계셔서 한국분은 안계시더군요. 다른 여자 분이 부르더군요. 제가 미국 온지 얼마 안되고, 영어로 설명을 좀 서투르게 하니, 눈을 위 아래로 부릅뜨고, 한심하다는 듯이 한숨을 연신 내뿜네요. 굉장히 투명스런 어투로 말이죠..제가 같은 은행 다른 지점에 들려서 일을 처리해 보았지만, 굉장히 친절하고 젠틀하시던데요. 이 지점의 그분으로 인해 해당은행에 대해 굉장히 안좋은 이미지를 갖게 되었네요.. 그 분 이름은 명찰을 보고 기억해 두었습니다. 차마 실명은 못 올리겠고요. 듣던대로 그분도 현지 미국인은 아니고, 아시아 출신인거 같은데 차별이 심한거 같네요.. 참고 하시기 바랍니다..
The people are very nice and want to help; however, there are not enough of them. I will not give it 5 stars because there are NEVER enough bank tellers. Everytime I go there, the line is too long. I watch clients walk out mad because there are never enough tellers. I listen to people complain about this everytime I go there. IveI heard some people say they are going to switch banks because of this.
I tried calling this particular branch several times but they just don’t feel like answering the phone. I’ll stay with a real bank like CHASE JP Morgan, where you get treated like a customer. Bank of America it’s the worst bank with worst reputation for customer service.
Haven't really had to use anything other than the ATMs, but when I was applying for a debit card the lady I worked with was very helpful and patient. As some other reviews have mentioned, however, the wait to be able to talk to someone can be extremely long.
Terrible. All I wanted was their fax number for a form I was filling out and I was unable to obtain it. It's not on their web site. I called three times and could not speak with a live person, even when selecting that option. I am very disappointed.
One of the worst Bank of America! The worst!!! Worst crew they don’t care they always will take as longer as possible to delivery the worst job before you leave! If you can go to another location will save you time and stress…… hope help you guys
I was trying to open a new account and manage to book an appointment 1 week in advance. The appointment got cancelled in the morning with no explanation. I tried to call the branch and surprisingly they are closed!
I went here for some business and found people very kind and nice. Especially Jon F. was so friendly and informative that I got not only the information I needed but also nice feeling as a customer.
I experienced very friendly service today. I missed her name, but she greeted me as I walked in and helped me deposit checks in the ATM. It was great to feel appreciated as a customer.
B of A, your website cannot even do a simple ACH transfer to a non checking or savings account. Instead have to go into the branch to do a wire and pay fees. The B.S. Never ends.
Friendly service and don't usually have to wait in long lines like in other banks. They even notarized a document for me for free, even though it had nothing to do with the bank
Friendly staff, but it is a BofA and they ALWAYS make you wait. Unfortunately, we have to go there to pay our rent each month ....
Tried to deposit a 20k check from US Bank. I was told the check will be held for one week to be cleared. Are we living in 1800s?

Parking can sometimes be difficult since a MacDonalds with play area is nearby
