Where do I begin? I like this store because of the 18 donuts for less than $10 on Fridays. the donuts have always been delicious as i always remembered since I was a kid. I also love how they have the birthday program for a free 4 or 8 inch cake. They even ask if you want additional things without charging you extra. I've been doing the birthday program when my oldest was a baby . It's not too far from me. It's a nice walk to the store. It's also nearby a dairy queen and a pet place and a State Farm office that gives doggie treats. It's also on a bus line. Across the street is a Goodwill, another donuts shop and also a Dollar Tree and on the other side of the street is a CVS and the other side is a lot of houses and condos. The staff is also very friendly and they always ask if you need any assistance and they go out of their way to ask how are you doing too. They also brag about their staff. Sometimes the lines are long but that is expected because it's a store. I am never there when the lines are too long. plus, I'm always there when there is only 1 to 2 registers opened. You can also pay for certain stuff at the Bakery/ Meat dept. The prices are reasonable and compared to Safeway, prices are better than Safeway. When compared to other stores, It just depends on what you buy to know if it's cheap or not. I mentioned Safeway because a guy complained about how their prices are not as great as Safeway. From the looks of the guy, he looks like he can afford Safeway. That might be passing judgement but if you're gonna buy from Safeway then you likely have some additional money. Safeway is not cheap. that's like buying from AJ's Fine Foods which is a division of Bashas. I have not seen a play area at that store. I know for a fact that bashas used to have a play area for them. I believe that was removed a few years ago. Okay everyone go hook up with the Friday delicious donuts !!!!!
About a month ago, I went into this establishment to buy eggs and milk. Eggs were on sale for $1.19 a dozen. I looked for a sign stating if there was a limit. It was a Saturday, and no sign was posted, so I picked up three dozen (I make cakes as a side business). When I got to the register, the cashier all but insinuated that I did something wrong, and wouldn't allow me to purchase the third dozen, stating that the register would ring them up at the regular price. I didn't argue, purchased the two dozen eggs and the other items, and left. The next day, I went to their competition located less than a couple of miles away, and they had a sale on cage-free organic eggs for $.99 a dozen, with no limit.. AND they always treat me well. I bought five dozen eggs, and was able to fill all of my orders. I won't be back to your establishment. A dozen eggs could have easily been resolved, especially since there was no limit posted, and your cashier opted to be "right" rather than make it right. There's too many grocery chains around this store that understand customer service. It's unfortunate that you're not one of them.
My daughter was making me Steak and Lobster for my Birthday dinner. I was at the meat counter in the store's electric cart . I can't stand long before I start to pass out . Medical conditions Anyway their was a older woman in the meat counter was working on a customers order and boy she had the gift of gab . I was waiting for her to get done, she looked over at me and walked away. I'm a very patience person and kept waiting for approximately 15 minutes. Finally a Wonderful butcher came out and I asked if he could help me. Absolutely My daughter and I asked HIM what Steaks were good for a Barbecue dinner. He recommend the Ribeyes . He was great and very helpful. The Steaks were so Amazing and it was like butter, we also had Lobster and he showed us those ,we ended up getting 3 package of lobster tails , each on has 2 . So if you love Lobster this was a good deal. We couldn't believe how much he knew and taught us alot. Soo on that note I would highly recommend this to anyone. MAKE SURE THAT YOU ASK FOR JOHN IN THE MEAT DEPARTMENT.
I must be honest, I haven't been in Bashas Supermarket in a long time however, Bashas's was the only Supermarket which made " Paczki" which are a special type of Donuts for Fat-Tuesday, which is a Polish tradition each year. So, I went down to the Bashas Supermarket at 6AM sharp, and I walked in and immediately found my delicious Paczki Donuts in three wonderful flavors. I couldn't help myself and purchased (6) boxes with (6) Paczki donuts in each box which were, (2) Custard, (2) Lemon and (2) Raspberry. The price was $3.49 per box which was fantastic. Now, I was amazed at the inside of the Bashas store, as everything was so perfect and squeaky clean and everything in its place, I was really impressed with this store and will definitely begin to do my shopping once again at this Bashas food store. Also, all the employees I did talk with, were so very nice and wearing face mask which was great to see. Thank you Bashas for all those wonderful delicious Paczki donuts!
Racist racist racist, if I could give no stars I would. As I was checking out an employee named Michelle treated me with bad customer service. Her check stand smelled like alcohol, she glared constantly at me and kept sighing every time I had a question. She also made a big scene about me not wanting to buy grapes and shook her head at me when I paid part credit part cash. But guess what, she didn’t do that to the white people before or after me. On the contrary she was smiling and laughing with them. Reported her to the manager and all the manger could do was say sorry. Reporting her to the store director tomorrow and filing a complaint with the corporate office. She should be fired. And to whoever follows up with reviews, if nothing is done I will go to the news media and report this to let everyone know BASHAS SUPPORTS RACISM. This isn’t the only review with someone reporting racism what a shame.
Bashers is a good place to go grocery shopping but if you're at the Bashas on 7th Street and Union Hills avoid the Jack and the Box its brand-spanking-new what lousy management and terrible food don't expect anyone to get back in touch with you if you have an issue and if they do post the name so someone will know who the manager is because no one else does not even corporate I know for a fact because I spent almost $11 on ice cold food I should have went to an ice cream store and when I filed my complaint no I did not go online I call the 1-800 number and did they ever call me back to resolve the issue why would they the too good for me this is the thing about businesses like this they think because they have a name that's well-known they should be better than you look at it this way you're only the customer if you like it or not you came to us we didn't come to you
Terrible experience at this store!!! Staff is super unfriendly. I was grabbing sodas that said “4 for 5”. (later to be informed that it’s only if I have a “membership” with them). Once I got to the checkout I waited 15mins to checkout. When the cashier finally started scanning my items he was throwing my sodas in a bag!! ( it should be common since to place them gently since they are literally sodas). Terrible experience will never be returning to this store! They should definitely turn this into a fry’s, at least at fry’s i get treated with respect and staff are friendly. (Would also like to add that before me there was a white male checking out who had beers. The cashier placed his beers down gently. When it came to me he decided to just toss my sodas). This store is full of racist employees.
I love this store because it's right around the corner; It's similar to an independent store I shopped at in San Antonio (Nob Hill); its always clean, well organized and I love the wide isles, I like that they have a good deli, hot and cold, Starbucks, coin counter, love that Wells Fargo is right in the store, excellent produce, meat choices, great bakery. The checkers very helpful. I have a lame left arm and they always help me lift items and get carryout people. I'm asking if they deliver and what the fee is? My complaint with all supermarkets is that you must have their card to get get the lowest price. I'm 83 and its confusing to me to know if I'm getting best price. Do away with the card system and post the best price.
Just love bashas which one was in my neighborhood so anytime I'm by 7th Street and Union hills I try to stop in and get my grocery shopping done they have so much to offer from the deli to the bakery and everything between I love how they have items you can't find anywhere else they have very nice helpful staff and I just love my bashes which one is in my neighborhood but this will do for now also if you're chronically ill like me their bathroom is clean which is really nice because it's hard to find clean bathrooms when you need to take care of tube feeding stuff I always need a bathroom that is clean and that bathroom is clean same with the store is very clean very nice and very neat which I'm very much appreciate
This store is not good. It’s laid out backwards from every other store. Doesn’t make sense where things are at. You can get around all of those issues I suppose. The worst part is the checkout lines. They are horrendous. Usually 1-2 lines open. Maybe. The other day each line was 6 deep. Other staff is walking around or scanning things…why can’t you just open another register quick? It’s took me 20 min to get a box of macaroni. The only reason I ever go is because it’s right down the street from my house. But I’m done with going here. Only reason this place has 2 stars is I enjoy getting coffee and the employees at the Starbucks inside.
We were waiting in line with our items all ready on the turn style register. When the cashier finished with the customer in front of us, we said "hello" and she replied, "hello, it's time for me to go home. Another cashier will be with you." She proceeded to turn off the light and left. She didn't wait for the other cashier to take over. We along with 4 other customers stood there for over 5 mins wondering....thinking..."what the hell?" very bad customer service. If I had done that when I was a cashier, I would have been fired. And of course, when we asked for management, they didnt show up/answer their pages.
EVERYTHING WE BOUGHT WENT BAD IN 3 DAYS! We have been shopping here on occasion since we moved here in June and EVERY TIME we buy perishable items they become moldy or rotten within 3 days! Absolutley unacceptable. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Pomegranates I bought were brown inside the next day! All fruit and bread has been moldy within 2 days most everything else that's perishable goes bad before the week is over. I have a cool and dry home and my refrigerator works just fine.this is absolutely the WORST GROCERY STORE I'VE EVER BEEN TO!
I have shopped at this store for more than 7 years and today will be my last day to ever shop there again. Not that that my approximate 800 a month will do any damage to their bottom line. My son had put in his change totalling 23.67 in the coin machine and the customer service desk was closed. The machine said must cash in at customer service desk only. So we brought the ticket the next day and they would not honor it. I didn't read the bottom that it must be used that day. I hope they enjoy my son's 23 67 cents.
Convenient, but not my first choice for groceries. Prices are a little higher on the things I get compared to fry's and Safeway. The produce is normally good, but on the small side, so it turns into the same or higher price when I need quantity of certain produce. They rarely seem busy, and I can normally get in and out somewhat quickly. Feb 2023, and things are about the same. Butcher counter closed at 3pm because of staffing. June 2023 everything seems staffed. October 2023 ditto of the previous comments.
Terrible experience at this store. Sale item was priced at 1.99. With Bashas card item was 1.88. At the cash register they would not honor the sale price. I even showed the tag which said sale price and another tag with the card. Still would not honor the sale price. I walked out of the store in complete disgust. There is a reaaon why nobody shops there and I suspect it to close down since sales are so poor. I will never shop at this store ever again. Terrible practices. Worse than a car dealership.
I just wanted to say thank you to the man named Derek who who works here. I had thought I had lost my phone, and I was freaking out asking for people to help me find it. I thought maybe I had set it down and not remembered where it was. The kind associate not even working yet, help me find my phone no questions asked. Thank you bashas, for hiring genuine people working at your stores who were willing to help me when I needed it the most. Thanks again for helping me find my phone.
Walked into that location today stood in front of the deli counter for 10 minutes before anyone came out. I was about to walk back there to get one of the employees when the girl from the bakery stopped me. Then the guy cutting the meat for me was coughing into his sleeve as he was waiting on me cutting my chicken breast . I understand that some locations are short-handed I get it but if the service is going to be like that just shut down the deli counter make it real simple..
This is a pleasant place to grocery shop! The lay out is convenient. The aisles are nice and wide! No problem meeting on coming shoppers!! The produce is so fresh, and the meats were well displayed and cool. The frozen food section was wonderful! Items were SO frozen my hands hurt(previous frozen fingers from winter hitchhiking in MN!), but nice to leave the store in 110° temp and know frozen stuff would still be frozen at home!
Lines are super long, staff is unfriendly, store is not the cleanest (imo), and the selection for healthy food is very limited. I can't believe this is one of the few Basha's around, I whish they would close this store and open a new Sprouts or Fry's or anything else for that matter. I try to avoid this place like the pest but it's so close to where I live sometimes it's just the most convenient place in this area.
Used to love Bashas but here lately the store is never stocked especially sale items. The produce area is very poorly kept, most vegetables and fruit is rotten. The lines are extremely long, when they remodeled the store they should have put in self checkouts. Also bought a rotisserie chicken there the other night and it was pink. This store needs the health department or someone to fix all these issues.
I had 2 items, waited in line for 10+ minutes (checker was very new) and the line never moved at all, the manager was checking in the lane next to me, Looked at me (I was 5th in line) turned off his light and left. - These people are rude, beyond belief. I worked for 10 years in a grocery store, and I never ever treated anyway like they treat me. I would rather starve than go to this Bashas again.
Worst ever!! Terrible customer service & rotten produce. Purchased a whole pork loin only to find out when I opened the sealed bag they had cut it in half for some reason. Also, they had changed expiration date & put another sticker on top to extend. When I informed the manager she responsed with "well, mistakes happen" ROTTEN PORK KILLS PEOPLE!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!
Everytime I go in here, morning, afternoon, evening, doesn't matter - there's never more than 1-2 people working. And there is no self checkout. So you end up waiting half an hour, it's really quite ridiculous. It's way more expensive than Frys too. Store is pretty clean and employees are nice so one star for each other 2 positive things I can say about the store.
I love this store!! Sooo clean, great prices and their customer service is the best. This is another store that if you ask where something is you dont get a pointed finger, they take you there!! Also, the store is laid out logically, not like a drunkard would like other stores. Did I mention the prices? The have weekly specials that out other stores to shame!
I've always liked Basha's and I'm sad there is not one in living area so it was nice to go back to one. Store was clean and organized even as though it looked as they were doing a remodel. With being in retail for 20 years I know that can be a challenge. Found right what I needed and check-out was speedy. Thanks for being our home town grocer.
Basha's Supermarket is the only local to Arizona supermarket and I find that important to me. When you spend your money at a local store, the money stays in the community supplying money for the local people. Local food, local profits local people. Win win for all. I wasn't here when Eddie ran the place but I heard he was a leader.
I like how they're in stock and how the deli food is but the customer service is so bad. The times I've been here, they'll tell other people to have a nice day but when it comes to me, Native American, I get a glare and nothing at all but rude and rushing service no matter how nice I'll be and smile. It's a no go for me now.
They make really tasty cheese pizza for a reasonable price at 16" for 7.99, plus, they sometimes run specials that make it even more appealing. Grab a pizza here and then bring it to Cactus Taproom in the same shopping center and enjoy a local beer with it! Basha's also carries interesting local items and Elvira products.
This location is great. There are other grocery stores near me, but this location accepts Apple Pay. Their selection is decent, and have a wide range of frozen pizzas. I know I know. Just saying! The staff is nice, too, and their seafood is always fresh. Did I forget to mention they accept Apple Pay?! I'm a fan!
This location is doing the best it can to hang in there with the competition but it has a kitty litter smell to it and the checkouts are a little outdated. It has everything you need though. I only go there if i run out of something and need it quickly. Otherwise i go to the Frys on 32nd Street and Bell.
This location has made great improvements since they did a remodel. They now include a Starbucks which is nice and the overall appearance of the store is really an improvement. I also think the produce department is kept at a very high standard. I will also say the same for their meat department.
Love this old store. It's always clean. The associates are almost always friendly. The recent upgrades to the store are great looking without losing it's comfortable feeling. And the Starbucks was a great addition! We shop here often and hope they remain at this location for many more decades.
Before Covid-19 I had been a regular Bashes customer. Went back today for a propane exchange and a couple of the employees were standing around with their masks on their chins chatting away with less than 6 feet separating them in full view of the manager. I won't be going back anytime soon.
MY RATING IS MINUS FIVE!!! They delivered my groceries to someplace unknown to me. The insta-cart is located outside the USA and I can't get a refund until 5 to 10 business days. I live on my social security which is a little over $750 monthly. Refund is $105. Can you see why I'm upset???
This is a quaint Bashas' it is on the slightly smaller side. Either way Bashas' in general is always a great experience. The staff are usually very helpful and kind. In case you don't know Bashas' was started in the valley and is a historical company that is significant to the area.
Bad customer service! Try to cash in a lottery ticket waited for 5 minutes nobody came. Walk around the store looking someone to ask to use the bathroom waited 5 minutes nobody came to open the door. Why can't they just give me the code to go to the bathroom! Just loss a customer.
I'm not a big fan of Bashas. The fried chicken that they sell pre-cooked is pretty good but other than that the stores are unremarkable. Their prices are not that great customer service is not that great it's not a horrible place but there's better places you can spend your money.
Bashas had pork sirloin country style ribs on sale last week. I grabbed 2 packages around 16lbs. After taking off all the fat, I had 11lbs of meat. I know I won't shop there anymore. I know, you get what you pay for but come on.... I paid for 5lbs of fat, compliments of Bashas
Been coming to this store as long as it has been here, and was so excited about the remodel, but on MULTIPLE occasions lately have had bad encounters with really disgruntled seeming, RUDE employees. ..customer service is LOST here I will be going to Frys or Safeway thanks!
Always clean and well stocked. Employees are extremely friendly but so overloaded. Store needs more help and kudos to manager Matt for his diligence and James for his professionalism. Every employee wears many hats and they wear them well. You too Dan...great job folks!
This store is very clean and organized but the highlight is the ladies at the deli counter. They give such excellent customer service and are very cheerful and pleasant to talk to and bonus that they make the BEST pesto veggie sandwich that is fresh and delicious.
At 6:30 pm they only had 2 lines open and cashiers were older guys who should have retired years ago. Lines were 5 deep and no help in sight. This is the closest store to me and every time I go in there its the same. I WILL NOT go in there again if I can help it.
Bashas is my local grocery store. It's the closest to my home and I couldn't be more happy for that! They will go out of their way to make sure you find everything you came in for or if they don't have it, they will try to order it for you. Now THAT is service!!!
Produce selection is ok, and prices are often good, but compared to competition just up the street (Safeway) the service just doesn't cut it. Checkout lines are often long, style of the place is outdated; if it wasn't so convenient sometimes, I would never go.
I had an appointment for my wedding cake. Appointment was not met, someone with broken English could understand what I want.. she kept asking same questions over and over. Worste xperience ever. The manager on duty just apologed but did not step in to remedy.
I dont really go here that often but when I do they always have everything I need and always have everything in stock and I really apperiate stores that have anything and everything I need in one stop. Great customer service as well I give them 4 stars!!!
This morning went to get a coffee from Starbucks and the young lady that works there was so rude she almost spelled the coffee just by pushing it to me all because I asked for some cream in my coffee and I did not drink it because it tasted like milk
Nice clean and well stocked shelf. Prices are reasonable and welcome, the cashier was very nice and helpful. I'm looking forward to coming back to shop again ohhh and the store wasn't really crowded which I loved very much, Thank you ☺️ …
There are 3 employees here that are downright rude, unhappy people and I will avoid them at all costs when I can. The produce is great, they recently added a Starbucks pop-up location in the store, and the store is always clean and well organized.
They have made some questionable decisions regarding the use of space... and it feels kind of dirty. I used to drive a little further to hit the Fry's down the road. Now that the Fry's is like an UberFry's, I'm definitely never coming here again.
I'm going to start doing all my shopping here. I really like this store. they have a great selection. Bakery is awesome. the produce is very good. and they have beer and wine and alcohol. I could not find minced garlic but I'll grab it at Sam's
This store has a very nice bakery but staff in bakery needs to be more affable toward customers. Store is clean and easy place to shop in my neighborhood. I like to support local merchants like Bashas despite lower prices in some other stores.
Near by local company. They have fair prices and no self check out lanes... Meaning they don't over work one person to deal with all those people checking out and they didn't eliminate jobs... Lines are ussualy short. I go there all the time!
My Basha's has the nicest people working there. Even if you ask odd questions, the employees on the floor stop what they're doing and help me locate that odd item for my recipe. The checkers always leave me with a smile. What a nice store!
The donuts are the best! So poofy, not dry at all, so tasty, and great price. Winco has everyone beat on the cinnamon rolls still but the customer service at Bashas is superior because they are so much more friendly in every department.
Over priced and staff could careless. The sale items can confuse you if you don't read the very fine print under, for instance they had 12pks of soda for $3.99 but very fine small print under says if you buy more then $25 of grouches.
Very very busy. They called Marybell over loud speaker. She appeared immediately at the customer service register. I was 5 back I was up to her smiling face in no time. She was so friendly effient. I am going to hope I see her again.
I shop here several times a week for the last 10+ years, they have everything I need and then some. Deli, bakery and meat counter staff are always friendly and accommodating. The check out staff are very friendly as well. Keep it up!
Nice store but missing odd items that in commonly able to find at other stores.. small one off items like buttermilk. I try to visit stores that have everything I'm looking for like Winco or Target even though Bashas is much closer.
Prices are higher than the other chains, but they are close to home, not terribly crowded, and the biggest bonus is no self checkout... thank you, bashas. The deli and bakery here are the best around. Bakery items are always fresh.
Why do you not have self checkout??!!! I usually come in for just a few items and then there is usually only one checkout line open. And I’m behind the guy with a full cart! Ugh. For the love of god, get a self checkout station!!
Cathi in the Deli does an AMAZING job! She takes her job seriously and is truly supportive of her customers. Thank you for all your help with a rush order of submarine sandwiches, are party was a success because of Cathi …
Way outdated store. Poor customer service. The cashier was either on her first day and had no training or something. Keeping walking away from the register to ask questions. Definitely needs better management and remodeling.
Went during the dinner rush and they had only 2 registers open. After standing in line for 10 minutes and still 3 people in front of me, I abandoned my cart full of groceries and just walked out. Terrible customer service.
Very strange experience. This was my first time ever going into a Bashas. The floors were nice... that said, the employees are a little off. Strange and almost rude. The prices are up there. I will only shop the sales.
I have found some great pricing on produce here, have bought a family pack of meats as well for the great deal! I appreciate the stores that are making a concerted effort to help with the cost of feeding my family.
This Bashas’ store has been my favorite for nearly 30 years now. Even with supply chain issues this location appears to be managing quite well. I always, Always find the quality products I want at a fair price.
This was the first time I shopped at Bashas' Supermarket in awhile. And the first time at this very story. Was very impressed at the prices not to bad comparable and maybe less expensive than Fry's and.Safeway.
For an old store the place has premium food as is visible and these images. And decent prices too. It a little difficult to see as it is set back in a strip mall. Plenty of parking available and ADA compliant.
Not very clean. Very outdated. Employees are either rude or blah, bakery is the best part of the store. Lighting is depressing. Sales are not that great better prices out there for sure. Last resort store.
I have been going to this location since it opened. The entire staff is knowledgeable, and super friendly. VERY clean store. Always have what I want/need. Just need to have more Archway cookies, haha!
Limited selection and variety.small neiborhood store at best. Awful cashiers. No greeting no eye contact. Just want to take your money then thank you. Obviously staff has no concept of the 10foot rule
Local, go to place. Meat selections are better than most supermarkets. Only place near me that carries Johnsonville SWEET Italian sausage. Good deli. Nice folks work there. NO SELF CHECKOUT! :)
Clean store, great selection but highest prices I've ever seen in a grocery store. Ex. I bought a bottle of Carolines Irish Cream at Fry's recently and it was $14. At Bashas it's $24. Obscene.
I love the neighborhood feel of this store. They always do their best to help out the customer. And, it’s so nice not to have to walk 10 miles to get just a few items or an entire basket full.
It's okay. Not a huge variety in baked goods. I went needing cupcakes or brownies or something to take to a party and the selection was less than to be desired. Upside the staff was friendly.
Chronically slow and chronically understaffed. The company has no intention of increasing staff here. The store will close as soon as the lease is up just like the one on Thunderbird did.
I was really disappointed, this location didn't carry Carvel ice cream cake or wild blue beer. And that was the only two things I want therefore, LOL. Other than that I guess it was fine.
Been to Bashas’ 2 or 3 times now and keep getting moldy fruit. Called today and told a manager for a second time. Hopefully this gets fixed or I’ll drive the extra couple miles to fry’s.
Love this place, even more so since the remodel. The bakery department is my fave! I love that they have individual pastries and cookies so that you can create your own dessert ensemble.
The check out lines are always short which is why I like coming here rather than other places. The cashier's aren't always that friendly but I don't really mind cuz at least they're fast
I love Bashas! If you love bakery goods they have the best ever as they bake them fresh daily, the rest of the supermarkets get them shipped in frozen not nearly as good as fresh baked!
The deli counter is on speed dial, the pizza is always very good, all the employee's are great, overall product variety could use some help. Visit the Union hills location twice a week.
Watch the prices for most items. Holidays they are competitive with other stores sweet corn now on sale 33 cents a piece. Warning on discount stickers too. 2 or 3 dollars off. Depends.
Great little grocery store. Good meat selection, great produce and wonderful bakery goods, especially their frosted cookies! Good motivation to finish the chore list! Seriously!!
I don't know why this location is so much more ghetto looking then other Bashas locations. Since Frys had moved they should do their best to make it nicer to attract more people.
Remodel looks nice but was hard to find things. Cashier overcharged for an item but he threw my receipt away so I didn't even have it to prove it, and he wasn't friendly at all.
Local retailer, so-so on the prices, sometimes better with ongoing sales. Also associated with Food City if you want better prices. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful.
Their bakery has very few in store baked goods. I bought in glass case sugar cookies and 2 chocolate croissants one package was hard as a rock and the other was VERY soggy.
Went for donuts, they only had about 5 different varieties. None of which were what the grandkids had ordered. I was in at 7am, they should have been fully stocked.
Great store. Very big and spacious. Check prices though. Bashas is more money for bulk items. Like cannwd foods. But they do sell alot of locally sourced produce.
Coustmer service sucks. Told deli person was on break for 15 minutes and no one in the store could pull items from case. I see why this store is in chapter 11.
The store is very clean and usually quiet. The staff is friendly and always ready to help a shopper. It also carries products that I can't buy in other stores.
Nice little grocery store I especially like the one by my place on 7th St and union hills all the employees are so nice and helpful if you can't find something
Love the re-model of the store. The floors are so soft on your feet. Would shop there regularly, if not for lack of some items. Please stock Danzeisen cream.
price's is high . cashiers are not the friendliest people . but parking is ok and restrooms and wheelchair excessable entrance and exit, yes I sure did.....!
The best customer service.. Cashier's are always positive and professional. Arizona based Company and been around a long time.. I enjoy going to this store.
Been visiting this store for almost a year now, there are other competitions but we go here coz their deli hot foods are fresh. The store is clean as well.
Great experience - courteous and friendly staff made us feel welcome. Everything was easy to find. Checkout was fast and courteous. Bathrooms were clean!
I have not shopped at Bashas before today; however, now it will be my go to store. The staff are just incredibly helpful and accommodating. Thank you!
