I purchased a white Icebear Fuerza before Christmas and it came in about 8 days(delivered to Sacramento CA). The experience was pleasant, I was treated very politely and respectfully and any question I had was answered by all the different sorts of team members who were destined to make sure I was satisfied. I have to admit, I felt that I could trust Belmonte bikes over other dealers. This is not a small $ purchase and I wanted to make sure I was getting a good motorcycle and not one that will fall apart while riding because my life literally depends on it. I could tell they went out of there way to get me the motorcycle as soon as possible even though it was a couple days till Christmas. You could honestly find these same motorcycles on different websites for little bit lower prices, but why do that and risk getting a junk bike from a company who probably won't return your call. (That's what bbb reviews say about other motorsport/power sports companies). When you could pay a few hundred more and get the great service with it and when I say service I mean after purchase service like if you have an issue or a question. You will get a email back and call back within an hour. When I say call back I mean they will call you and if you don't answer they will call you again right after. That's how much they care about their customers. That's what you're paying for when you're buying from belmonte bikes. But, the white Icebear Fuerza that I received is great. It came 100% intact unlike a bd125-2 that I bought from Motopro on Amazon. That motorcycle came with all sorts of broken parts and loose screws and etc. I still am dealing with Moto pro trying to get the parts for that motorcycle I bought from them. Thats what you will get buying cheaper ha. Back to the motorcycle, it's honestly bigger than I thought it would be. It doesn't get to 60 quick tho. It takes some time and some high revs but it gets there. I put the vm22 carb on it and right off the bat it made the pur sound a roar and the acceleration it didn't have before the change, it has now. I don't like people staring at me, at least that's what I know of myself now because of this motorcycle everyone wants to ask me what it is and how much it cost and all sorts of questions. It's a real head turner the same kind of looks that a Ferrari would give this bike gives, no lie. The only thing I would change is adding a mechanic stand to it or selling one with it because I don't trust the regular kickstands and this bike likes to lean and also the headlight is one of those ones that gets bright as you throttle which sucks at night and in general. Otherwise five stars to the motorcycle and to belmonte. -HD916SAC

Got a Icebear Hawkeye 150cc. overall the bike is high quality and well made , however after paying the assembly and testing fee of 300$ the bike broke down before it reached 1k miles, company customer service was less than no help and basically tried to blame the shipping company. After having the bike checked by 2 certified Honda mechanics they both stated it was not assembled properly. Belmont has refused to acknowledge this fact and has twice during this issue emailed me at 5pm on a Friday threatening to close the ticket. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a major purchase. Will have a lawyer to get my money back. A replacement part that didn't fix the problem. Your customer service is a joke. My question stands; why didn't you do what I paid for? The bike was not assembled properly. I paid y'all 300 dollars specifically for assembly and PDI testing. Two separate mechanics wrote written statements explaining it was neither properly assembled or PDI'd the carburator was not tuned in any way the exact quote from the mechanic is " I honestly can't believe it ran at all." Your company will not admit it screwed up and outright refuses to apologize for screwing me over. Absolutely shameful business.

I searched the internet and found tons of websites that sold brand new motorcycles from China, but most of them were sketchy and didn’t give me a ton of confidence in the quality or reliability of what they sold. I almost gave up hope but I found a video by JD Cars on YouTube; who bought a Grom clone and it looked amazing and from his videos it was an amazing bike. I looked through their large inventory and decided on the Ninja SR9 which was a clone of the Kawasaki Ninja. I placed my order using PayPal, and it was quick and easy. They shipped the bike from California to Indiana for $100 which is insanely cheap. I received the bike and removed it from the shipping crate. It took some adjusting of the tubing and engine to get it up and running. I also had to tighten a lot of bolts and move some things around, but after that the bike runs great and is a blast to ride. You can register it like any other motorcycle, only issue I had was I had to get a Physical Inspection which took 10 minutes from a local cop. Customer service was on par with some of the tubing issues. I definitely would recommend buying from them if you want a cheap, but worth it motorcycle or other ride on.

And well deserved a company doesnt get this many 5 star reviews without earning then .these guys want you to ride they offer easy to get financing and a layaway program starts at $50 yes 50 bucks puts the bike of your choice on layaway . Who doesnt have $50 to start paying for a brand new bike delivered to your doorstep . I mean half the fun is opening the huge crate and unwrapping it took me a whole 1 hour I was being so careful because the bike looked so perfect besides one little scratch but really this bike has been from china to a big boat to Canada to florida . First off, I purchased my Boom E-Vader 2000W electric bike from Belmonte Bikes in Ottawa, Canada. The bike was shipped from their California warehouse, which is Venom Motorsports (but they won't admit they are sister companies if you have an issue). Website documentation on both the Belmonte Bikes and the Venom Motorsports sites are identical. Both claimed that the bike would reach a speed of 40mph, but I could not get mine to go over about 32mph. This is a problem when riding on city streets in the US. I tried to work with Belmonte to increase the speed, but they kept telling me that 32mph was acceptable. They offered a refund, but I would have to pay for crating/shipping to Ottawa, which would have cost more than the bike is worth. I'm stuck with something I can't ride safely to work. Both Belmonte and Venom Motorsports changed their websites to state the top speed as 35mph after I filed a complaint with the BBB. Please DO NOT believe their Online claims. You will get stuck with something you are not happy with. It is really a shame because the bike looks so cool.

I ordered this bike, Its of amazing build quality. Received the MSO/Bill of sale the day before the bike arrived and other than missing one handle bar bolt everything was delivered without any damage to north central Missouri. I picked up a bolt at the local hardware store for $3. After I assembled the small amount that needed done, added a little oil to bring it up to proper level and fuel it started right up. I haven't had it inspected or licensed it yet but I can't see any reason for difficulty. If I run into any unforeseen problems I'll give another review with the update, but I know this company will help address that or any other problems I may run into mechanically or electrical. I have to give a shout out to Mark who went the extra mile to make the sale and gave every discount available. Thanks Mark. If you are looking for a bike to ride someplace then take it off road for fishing and camping you wouldn't be wrong to pick this up from this company. I plan any other bike purchases I make in the future to be right here.

Smooth purchase process and smooth delivery. Unfortunately, I did not perform proper BMV protocols prior to purchasing my 2020 Boom Evader 2000W motorcycle. I was under the impression that it would class as a scooter given its low max speed. Not so, I had to pay an additional fee of $150 Electrical vehicle surcharge on top of Taxes and registration fees. Then I was told I had to take the motorcycle permit test. Talk about a headache. I've had the bike roughly 2 months and have only riden 17 miles. Yesterday I started the motorcycle and the headlamp is no longer working. I have high beam, but its illegal to ride the bike without a headlamp. I called Belmonte today and were told a tech from Belmonte would call tomorrow. So I hope this issue is cursory and I can it fixed quickly. I own a 2012 Yamaha zuma with 5K miles, never once had a bulb failure. I will post the conclusion of this issue as soon as its is fixed.

Purchased a scooter from Belmonte bikes and had absolutely no issues, scooter was in stock, shipping was fast, scooter arrived undamaged and as described on website. Customer service was great, they answered every question I had very quickly. Even after misplacing the mco and contacting them months after the purchase I spoke with Kenny who was able to get me a replacement mco. Great company, great people would definitely buy another motor vehicle from them. Before ordering from Belmonte I ordered from another company and they charged me extra for shipping to nyc then canceled the entire order with no explanation. After a week of unanswered emails they said “shipping to high” and I had to email and call for another week to get a refund. Let me start off by saying I live in Miami, Fl where scooter dealerships are on every other corner. Scooters are a way of life down here! Moody my salesperson was a absolute pleasure to work with! We spoke via text and continued our conversation by phone. He was very knowledgeable about the chopper I was looking at. He explained the entire process to me as I was a little weary about ordering something so large from Canada being in Florida. The order was placed and delivered without a hitch as promised! The bike is an absolute blast to ride and gets attention wherever I go! I did have 1 slight mishap where my kickstand broke and I called their customer service. They responded immediately and sent me a new assembly fee of charge! Absolute amazing experience! I would totally recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great deal on these amazing machines! we ordered and received the icebear champion 125CC motorcycle. It was damaged a little during transit, but not due to Belmonte company. The bike was dropped shipped from another state,and it was not properly secured. Also, the bike had fuel system problems that caused us to drain and clean out the fuel lines and eventually replace the carberator. Again, none of this was Belmontes fault. We contacted the tech support and they immediately took care of our problems without any hesitation, and sent us all the parts we needed. The bike is up and running and fun to ride. I have never witnessed any other customer service as good as Belmonte's staff. We thank Tommy and Shawn and all the other folks that helped out for their wonderful service. I bought two Ice Bear Trikes off of them back in 2021 and not only did they give me the best price back then, but recently I damaged something on one of my trikes and I figured because most do this after they got your money they totally ignore you, but I’m here to tell you not these guys they are true and loyal to their customers because I spoke with Tommy A and after over two months of searching for the part not only did he get it for me but also send me a part list with the correct part number so he made my issue go real smooth and treated me like I was valued customer. I purchased my 2020 Lifan KP Mini from Belmonte Bikes at the height of the pandemic. Firstly, let me say I LOVE IT! Shipping and set up was very straight forward. I have had NO issues with it running or riding. The issues I have had were with the DMV. My title, MCO, title and registration paperwork and check all got lost or stolen in the mail. So I reached out to Belmonte Bikes to help me get replacement paperwork so I can finally register my baby. This is where Kenny comes into play. What a great gentleman. He quickly and very politely helped me and understood my confusing situation of what (the DMV) needs in this specific scenario. Problem solved! I can finally use my bike to its fullest extent. Definatly Not the last time I purchase from these guys, they're the best. 5*'s all across the board from me. (Not so much the DMV )

Very bad experience! Don’t be cheated by them. I just bought a trike from them. If I know it is manufactured from China, I will not buy. When I called them to ask them how to open the seat, customer service told me that they don’t know.I tried to read blog to figure out how to open it in several days. After I opened the seat finally, I found the parts and instructions under it. Battery is too big, there is no direction about how to open the seat in the instructions. Three wheels were not on the trike. One of the wheels is not brand new. Customer service said their supervisor Nick is the only one knows how to deal with the situation. He threatened me that he will not give me up to $75 credits for buying the battery myself if I complain the experience I have. I laugh and laugh. For up to $75, I will be threatened?

I would not recommend. I purchased the trike in March 2023 and only have about 110 miles on it thus far! Already.... Screws and nuts are coming out! The break has gotten stuck! Metal is rusting! A mirror fell off and broke! The battery is dead! The fender is cracking from vibrations! The people in customer service are nice, but this equipment is horrible. I hate I purchased this! I contacted them when a metal piece broke after only one month . Again, customer service was nice, but no help at all as they said rusting was a wearable action... only after 1 month??? They told me to go to a welder (which meant spending more money) and sent some paint to paint over what the welder would have done. Needless to say I'm feeling very angry with this purchase right now!

I bought a 2022 ghost chopper from them about a month ago and it arrived in great condition and I absolutely love it as my starter bike! The customer service is amazing too, I had a small issue with getting my title for the bike at the DMV and it turns out I needed to send them a paper to sign and Kenny was great! He understood I was a bit confused with the situation but sat with me the whole time until we got it sorted out. As that was being sorted my throttle cable snapped, so in the middle of our conversation I asked if there was anything he could do about that and he did! I'm very glad he was very adaptable and polite with the situations at hand and I got a new throttle cable! I absolutely recommend. Keep up the great customer service guys!

Just recently ordered the 125cc vader bike from these guys for my wife to ride and comparable to my Honda bike I can say these guys really know how to put a bike together never had issues with it had it 6 months now and rides like a beauty, funny I took my wifes bike over aha, maybe personally knowing bikes I get around much of the questions I need but when I called regarding a question customer service really took the time to help respectfully and professionally they even emailed me with a follow up asking me how its going, if you want a class A bike and service Belmont bikes are the way to go, definitely 5 stars for these guys, they got me hooked on another model for myself honestly definitely well worth.

I’ve been going back and fourth with this company for almost 2 months over a defective bike my girlfriend purchased and has yet to ride!!! They’ve sent us defective replacement parts TWICE and their mechanics really don’t have a clue about their products. We are out hundreds of dollars as we continue to pay a qualified mechanic to resolve our issues and we are getting nowhere due to the poor construction of the vehicle to begin with . If you ever have problems with your merchandise, you’re screwed. I’d stay away from purchasing anything at this company!

I just made my third purchase with Belmonte Bikes! I own a Fat Tire Drift Trike, a Icebear Trike and just purchased the 2022 Ninja Wasp Motorcycle. I have always had an awesome experience with Belmonte. They are friendly and knowledgeable, prompt with answering questions and returning emails or calls, great customer service. Today I worked with Vince H to process my order on the Ninja Wasp. Communication with Vince was amazing. All around great experience. He was quick with answers and processed my order ASAP. Great establishment and great staff!

Preordered the SRT-2000E a month in advance. When the promised day of shipment finally came, nothing. I had to contact them to find out what going on. They claimed they ordered the wrong bike. So instead of reordering the CORRECT bike that I PAID for, they offered me the cheaper looking model BD581Z that they have an abundance of in stock and the STT SCOOTER that looks completely different. When I inquired why they wouldn't get in the bike that I ordered, they just completely ignored my question. They are scammers. Do not trust them.

Purchased the E-Vader - took delivery within 7 days of placing the order. I was going back and fourth debating between which bike to purchase, I spoke with Moodie and he helped me make a decision. Greatest decision I ever made. The experience was great and they are always polite and answer any questions I have. I've now had the bike for 6 months and anytime I have questions with the tech side to the bike (I am not very tech handy) I call them and they help me out right away. I purchased the 36volt 1000 watt ATV for my 6 year old son last September and he liked it so much I had to buy the another one for my 5 year old daughter. I had a great experience with belmonte bikes and would recommend them to everyone I know. These atvs are very well built and the governor on these are perfect for younger kids and there moms who can't handle the full speed. Some of the worst liars, I ordered an electric scooter/bike from them a week ago using the chat on their website, asked specifically if that model and color is available and now they called and try to offer me a different item with no discount or apology. The guy on the phone was trying to play a useless mind game on me trying to "offer" me the more "popular" model because what I ordered have been discontinued. What a waste of time this purchase experience was.

I bought my bike probably a year ago now and the purchase was easy, shipping was reasonable, and they’ve had some of the best customer service whenever I’ve ran into any problems. I’ve dealt with Kenny on a couple occasions and he is one of the most helpful guys for the company. If I find something else I want to buy from the company and run into any issues at all I’ll be sure to try to reach Kenny again. Amazing guy, amazing company, amazing customer service.

The customer service was an incredibly thorough and personable. I ordered an electronic motorcycle from these guys that is a brand new technology and they walked me through a lot. I feel that their products are priced competitively and you really get what you pay for. No bs with titles, they send it with the bike which I was greatful for. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in the market for a new power sports vehicle.

Bike showed up with a bent brake pad and a broken wheel speed sensor. Been almost a year and they won't return emails and still haven't sent me replacement parts. Managed to find a brake pad someplace else still can't find the speed sensor so my odometer and speedometer don't work still. The bike is fun glad i bought it, just wish i had bought it someplace that actually stands behind their warranty.

Ordered the 110cc dirt bike on 12/2. Received it on 12/18. The axle was damaged in shipping but Belmont Bikes got me another one and it arrived on Christmas Eve. Thanks for going the extra mile. I purchased for my 9 yo grandson but the adults had a blast riding it. I don't know anything about bikes but they assured me it was a powerful little bike.

I had recently purchased an Ice bear Maddog 50cc scooter and i couldn't be more satisfied in every way possible from purchase to receiving the bike. It's obvious the prices are very affordable and quality is superb while the many employees I spoke with were very pleasant and helpful for every question I had. 10/10 very satisfied highly recommend.

I bought my boom sr6 125cc bike and from the time that i purchased till now those guys have been awesome!! Great customer service!! I had a ton of questions and they always answer had a few things that i didn't understand with the bike but they are always willing to help i have reccomend them to a lot of people and will buy again from them!!!

Poorly put together would not have bitten been nothing but trouble!! I shouldn't have known when it came with no front brake broken light and missing pegs and now I'm stranded! Put several hundred into it in less than a month. It's a great looking bike absolutely love the looks but that's it. My suggestion save a little and get a real bike

Glad I ordered, it is a great little bike. My daughter is learning to ride. Easy to register / license, but you do have to get it verified at DMV but no issues, except the DMV lines. Belmont Cycles was really easy to work with.

50$ for canceling an order. He doesn't ship in Canada so he cancel my order and charge me 50$ USD for it. I agreed because I gave him the benefice of the doubt but one banking transaction cost anybody 50$ to do.

It was great doing business with this company. Ordered online and the process was quick. Ran into some shipping issues but they took care of it and the bike was shipped out in time for the hubby's bday.
