Since my childhood in Fort Greene, BAM has been an integral part of my life in the community. Now, as a Homeschooling parent, BAM is an important part of my 16- year old daughter's life. Their educational programs are second to none. Every Halloween since my daughter was seven years old, we have joyfully, with rapt anticipation, enjoyed the BAMboo Festival. It is wonderful, safe, engaging and fun entertainment for families and folks of all ages. I look forward to this year, as I have many others. Keep up the great work!! I know that with the ever evolving BAM, the best is yet to come...

My commute lies through this park everyday. It's so much better after the renovation. It used to be closed for public access and the area around it, was so crumped. People waiting for a bus and ascending from Subway had to jump over each other. The problem is that the kids from the near by school use this square to smoke weeds. Almost every time I pass by, I see a group gathering around the joint. I have nothing against a good blunt, but isn't it weird, that school kids smoke up and trash this nice little park. Somebody has to do something about it. Just saying.

It is an archival institution flipped through static pictures of lived experience and someone will think that they don't have esthetic values or notions of artistic beauty such as a picture of fighting a friend for a lady , a stage of crying as embracing a mother dying , a photo of living in a country village harvesting herbs. Even though the objects do no elevate the achieving goals into another realms they provide more resources to give more motivation

Nice and convenient place to rest after shopping or to have lunch. Close to A,C and G trains. I'm familiar with the area so I know how it looked before restoration. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

This park is very huge and very clean I like the area it's very nice surroundings and very nice environment to bring your children to play around for hours on end in the fun in the sun

It's okay like to stand under the tree to wait for the bus. The seats are not lean that's all I would say.I recently saw the BAM musical group performing here.Check it out online.

This plaza's renovations are complete. It's much nicer than it was before but it's not so much a park as an extended area to wait for all of the busses that stop on the block.

Awesome -- the NY philharmonic was outside -- Grace Moore the young composer and the male soprano opera singer was fantastic-- the instruments sounded beautiful

Nice service but warning: Hurry up find what you looking for because lines tend to become long with a quickness! One of the better "Dollar Stores".
