This place has the absolute BEST pet food & treats on the market! I went in here yesterday to get some food and treats for our pup we're getting in a week. I went in to initially get the Acana brand of food as its made with real ingredients and meats. EVERYTHING they sell here is super good quality, all food brands they carry are made with all natural ingredients, minimal preservatives, it's basically a super health food store for pets! On top of that the prices are very very good!!! In addition the staff are very friendly, willing to help and extremely educated. We spent about 30 minutes in there yesterday asking questions and learning what the best foods will be for our pup based on age and breed, was very impressed with the patience, kindness and education we received here. This will be the only store I buy my pups food/treats from, well done!!

My pup and I had an amazing experience at this store today. I'm blown away by how great the customer service was. The store was spotless and tidy when we walked in and the associate promptly came to greet us, making sure my pup felt super comfortable. I needed to get him some boots and a new harness. The associate was knowledgable with her suggestions and got my pup fitted quickly and comfortably with the right sizes. She made sure the unpleasant experience was drowned out with reward for him. Her positive attitude and attentiveness towards my pup left a great impression. Tldr; I highly recommend shopping for your cats or dogs. They've got lots of selection, great quality items and absolutely amazing staff.

Although, I am not a pet owner, YET; I wanted to take a moment to recognize the owners Tammy MacDonald & Kurt Schram for their dedication and commitment to all their customers. They own and operate both the 130th Ave SE and the Mahogany locations, I have personally known Tammy for over 10 years as she has successfully operated other businesses before finding her true passion with Bone & Biscuit. She treats all her customers and staff as friends and will always go the extra mile for everyone. This lovely pet boutique is yet another gem in McKenzie Towne! I came in to visit the pet bakery and was in awe of all the lovely treats on display. Nalyn was extremely welcoming and helpful as I was shopping for a Pupcake and small gift for my cat's birthday. She even invited us to pickup a cat 'swag bag' for Peanut the next day, which was filled with a generous amount of goodies for cats. Their love and respect for pets is clear in how well they treat their customers. The store is well stocked with brands of pet food and supplies that I don't see at big box pet stores. I will definitely be back-If you haven't stopped in yet, its absolutely worth your time!

I want to give this store a huge 5 stars for not only reaching out but making it right from an issue I had at another location. The manager is incredibly kind understanding and went out of her way to make it right! Times are tough right now and how she handled things was absolutely top notch! Though things started as a problem regarding pricing it lead to a struggle of trust. This manager has whole heartedly renewed my trust with the bone and biscuit company as a long time customer. Thank you again for making it right!

EDIT April 22nd: Stopped again, was told they only get 1 bag per order of our food. It arrived on Tuesday and was sold. 3rd time in a row they haven’t had the food on hand. EDIT: Last few times I’ve been in they haven’t had what I needed. I’m in at the beginning of every month to buy the same two bags, this has been consistent for the last 2 years, either this brand or a different one. Make sure you call ahead to check they have what you need. Super friendly, great pricing. My go to spot for dog food and treats.

Amazing little place. You are welcomed when you come in and asked if you need any advice. Owner is great and they have a lot of selection for food, toys, crates, grooming supplies and clothing. My dog is addicted to their chicken necks too. They always have treats for your dog too. Can tell they are animal lovers. They don't use plastic bags but paper bags so they are eco conscious and they have refillable shampoo and conditioner plus they offer Mason jars for treats too.

Love this store!!!! There a are two locations in the S.E. The 130th and Mahogany locations are both amazing. The store on 130th is where we shop most frequently. Fiona is our go to girl. Her warm bubbly personality, and industry knowledge are what keep us coming back. If you are looking for quality food options, supplements, treats, etc., and just want a zen place to shop for your fur babies this is the place.

Nice store with great selection of toys, food, and treats! We don't live by this location but when we are in the area we make sure to stop by. We wish there was something closer to us. Very friendly staff who genuinely love what they do. They have very high quality toys and food that you can't get at some of the other pet stores in the city. Parking is good as there is a huge parking lot. Highly recommended.

I was so impressed with my experience at bone and biscuit that I'm switching over from my current dog store. Owner is very pleasant and knowledgeable, pricing is cheaper on a few things compared to tail blazers, good selection, loyalty program AND points program means double the savings! All in all you can tell that they know their stuff and care about their furry customers and their humans.

I don’t check price much shopping for my dog, especially it is his birthday today. But geez, $10.99 for this hat, ARE YOU SERIOUS??!! Maybe somehow I can convince myself (or not) the other one big cookie and two small cookies I got worth 18 dollars. Yummy or not I will never know, he likes everything. Learned my lessons, check the price tag and run.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone is super knowledgeable especially Fiona and Georgia. Fiona helped me so much when my dog was a super picky eater after his surgery and they are always so friendly and greet you with a smile on their faces. I will always go here to buy my dogs food, treats, and toys.

I was so impressed with the price and quality of the products at Bone & Biscuit. The woman who was working at the store when I went was very knowledgeable and allowed by pup to "test" some of the treats before we bought them to ensure he liked the treats. Her suggestions were awesome and I will definitely be back again!

My first experience was when I needed to switch my dogs food. It was recommended I go here - as the staff know their products and about various pet diets. I was able to learn all about a raw diet for my dogs which has worked out better than expected. There are all kinds of treats and toys as well. Love this store!

It was my first time there and the staff (specifically Alix) were so helpful. Answerd all my questions, were very knowledgeable and went over and above to help me. I would definitely reccomend this place to everyone. Only down side is they only have 3 locations and they are all in the same area of the city.

Fiona is super helpful and always gives my pups tons of snacks when we come in. They have a unique selection of doggy wear and it's always changing. The only reason I'm giving four instead of five stars is because it's a little pricey.

I was in a few weeks ago looking to switch over my cats food, the owner took time with me finding the right kind for my cats needs. She also gave me a few samples of treats and food choices. Ten out of ten would recommend!

Fiona helped us even though the store was closing, she took the time to help us find gifts for friends and family's dogs. As we were leaving she helped another family who came as well. Wonderful service, we will be back!
