No luggage storage service. I paid for a non existing service. Stay away from this scam. (edit in reply to your reply: you are refunding me so you are acknowledging that you took my booking. The place is there but it offers no luggage storage service. So I am not sure if this is a scam--you wrote you will refund me--but it is definitely a one star service)

This shop was extremely easy to find. The interior was lovely and bright and open so I could trundle my case easily to the counter. The assistant was very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend leaving your luggage here!

Everything went smoothly except the Bounce instructions. They could have listed the name of the franchised business so it was easier to find/identify. The franchisee was great, helpful and friendly.

The booking process was easy and stress free. Found the location extremely easy and the staff was really kind and helpful. Definitely will use this service again in the near future

Place doesn’t exist. Reviews are mostly fake as on most Bounce Storage locations. PLEASE CLEARLY WRITE HOW TO FIND IT. Not a first time with this company, always trouble to find

This place does not exist. I spent 15 minutes walking around and inside the station, and when I asked a security guard she said it wasn't around this location.

Little London shop owners greeted me warmly and made the drop off and pickup very easy. 1/2 price compared to other luggage storage locations!

Very difficult to find, the instructions should mention which shop the concession is based in. Once found it was a really good experience

The service was fine once we actually found the location. Be aware that it is located in the Little London Store, signage is not obvious
