Absolute shambles, called spoke to some Indian lady could not understand a word of English!! They point blank refused to deliver my urgent medications, told them I'm isolating with my 2 children & cannot leave the house!! Very rude lady did not care at all!! Should be locked up, Britannia pharmacy in ilford are even worse, so bloody useless, don't have a clue what's going on.... Manager is a total waste of space & should not be allowed to work with the public!!! Minus stars, worst service I've ever experienced.....

I booked online for my Covid seasonal booster jab. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. The lady behind the counter was polite, efficient, and communicated the process well. The injection was administered by an equally efficient professional explaining the process. Overall, it was a good experience visiting this pharmacy. ☺️

I would say not a very professional people. Very rude and disrespectful approaching. There is not need for that. Lack of support in case of medical advice. And a very very dirty! Does no one ever clean there? It took me long time after many visits to finally write what I think. Whoever is a manager should’ve been ashamed.

Excellent service lead by Akash & his team. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have aged parents living on their own in this area and the pharmacy delivers the prescriptions as soon as they receive them from the surgery without any delay even in exceptional circumstances such as now. Thanks - keep up the good work.

My uncle left his insulin at home in Ireland.With the help of 111 and the pharmacist at Britain’s chemist in Aldborough Road South we were issued with some Insulin.The gentleman was wonderful,caring and professional.Thank you.

A busy little pharmacy but that is how god there are. Even have chairs for customers to sit on. No where else does that so kind Boom and we’ll done. Tidy clean supportive efficient and safe environment

Staff are all very friendly and helpful, they helped me sort out my prescription when King George A&E messed up and offered me water and a seat. Fast and efficient service. I have 0 complaints.

Not impressed I am afraid. Went in twice for a flu jab and on each occasion told to come back again even after the staff confirming appointment. They need to respect other people's time.

Refused to give me asthma pump when I was struggled to breathe told me to go doctors to get a prescription or call ambulance! Inhuman
