Fantastic service from Bromley Plumbers! They came out on the same day for their standard fee (they don’t charge an emergency fee), which was competitively priced. The guy who came out (didn’t catch his name in my state of semi panic) was courteous, ultra helpful and very fast + efficient! Downstairs neighbour had a leak and his “plumber” (negative review coming up once I have found their name) who came in the morning diagnosed it as coming from my flat even though it clearly wasn’t (leak was in an alcove I don’t even have in my flat, he just wanted to quickly wash his hands off that job, that was obvious) so anyway long story short, it turns out the leak we were looking for was coming from the flat above, not mine. The Bromley Plumber clocked it within 5 minutes investigating and he accurately diagnosed the problem as coming from the upstairs boiler.. he graciously fixed the issue in my neighbour’s boiler when I’m sure some other less ethical plumbers would have said that’s not what they were called out for and would have declined to fix the issue (I’m passing on the cost to my neighbour). All this to say, I had a fantastic experience with Bromley Plumbers, I’ve saved their number in my phone and they will be my go-to now ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ethical, reliable and keen to get the job done, feels so nice to not feel like you’re being taken for a ride!! We had an emergency today with a burst water pipe in the loft causing havoc throughout my elderly neighbours house. We tried to contact a number of plumbers who were too busy to help. We contacted Bromley Plumbers (having never used them before but having seen good reviews) on the off chance they may be local and able to help. Jack picked up the phone quickly and was round within 30 minutes to diagnose and fix. Jack was professional, thorough, personable and his response time was nothing I'd ever seen before. Great work! George came very promptly & diagnosed a gas leak for us. As the leak was within the house somewhere but not easy to find we then agreed a new date & time for the come & do the works. This involved running new copper piping through the garage and back into the house. When George and Jack came, they worked in vertical rain for the first hour which I certainly would not have expected them to. They worked very cleanly and charged what we believe to be a very fair price for the job. Both guys are extremely pleasant & both answer any messages very quickly which is a rarity! It is hard to find a good reliable plumber these days. I was fortunate to be recommended to Bromley Plumbers and they are excellent! They are very efficient, experienced, reliable and highly professional. We had two water leaks - one from the bath which was leaking into the flat below and the other from the kitchen sink. They responded very quickly and came out the same day, on the Friday evening, and did a temporary fix. They then returned the following day, on Saturday, with the parts to replace the bath and kitchen waste. I was kept informed at all times from their arrival time to how much the work was going to cost. I would not hesitate in recommending Bromley plumbers.

We had a major problem over Christmas and I had to shut the water off at the mains to stop the kitchen being flooded. All the plumbers I phoned were either shut or charging extortionate fees just for a call out, but not Bromley Plumbers. When I finally got through to Jack, he was on his way to a family gathering, but on hearing our plight, he detoured, was at our house fifteen minutes later and sorted the problem so we had full water supply for the rest of the Christmas holiday. Absolutely brilliant company. Takes customer service to a different level. Highly recommended.

Jack came out very promptly for an emergency repair at my late Mum's house to fix a leaking pipe in the kitchen. Another leak became obvious when the water was switched back on and he came back the following morning to fix it, only to find two more leaks - one potentially catastrophic. All the leaks were fixed, and the worst of the water hoovered up. We couldn't have been more impressed with the speed and efficiency of the work, and the price seemed very fair to us too. We have been using Bromley Plumbers for over 10 years and can highly recommend their services. During this time, Jack has overseen two full bathroom redesign and installation projects. Jake arrived on time and advised options to fix the toilet flush, and used damp meter and removed bath panel to identify leak from bath taps. It was decided that a new siphon was needed for the cistern , with a push button, and some clear mastic for the bath taps. Jake got the necessary materials and did the repairs. Having made an appointment for a leaking pop-up plug and an unstable toilet seat, everything was fixed by Stuart within an hour of his arrival. Used Bromley Plumbers for the first time today. Absolutely amazing service my toilet wasn’t working properly so I gave Bromley Plumbers a call and arranged a date. George turned up right at the beginning of the timeslot I'd been given. My toilet cistern was constantly filling with the excess after running into the bowl. He quickly explained the problem and set about replacing the part. He worked quickly and tidied up thoroughly after he had finished. I'd definitely use them again.

The team came to sort out our church plumbing because we had low pressure to our toilets. We thought they would have to remove a tank and redirect pipes but they worked out that replacement of an old valve would solve the problem faster and more easily, saving us fees.
