Horrendous, combative, and rude staff. Swore, yelled, and ran at my mother in law who accidentally parked at the wrong lot to give me a lift after returning a car. Refused to reimburse me for a oil change the car needed while I was on a road trip, despite what I was informed by customer service over the phone. I was told to bring my receipt and they would reimburse me after returning the car. Treated me like I was a liar and stupid. Customer service did eventually reimburse me weeks later. The staff here is tremendously rude and unprofessional.
I have rented several time in the past and never have dealt with fraudulent information. I rented a car for the weekend didn't really drive it left it at a dealership parking lot because I ended up buying a car the same day I rented that vehicle drove maybe about 30 to 40 miles in that car returned it allowed them to fill up the gas since it's very minimal miles then all of a sudden I have an $87 charge for gas when inaccurate miles were reported by your employees

We decided to wait until someone came to return their car, without cleaning. When we asked if we could have the cleaning fee returned, he associate told us, "That'd only give you a few dollars. You're lucky to even get a car."
On more than one occasion, I’ve attempted to pick up a rental car at the designated time and the office was locked and closed. After calling the national phone line and being hung up on twice with no callback after one of the representatives read me back my phone number. Safe to say, the customer experience is atrocious and I’d never recommend anyone to rent from this company or this branch.
They didn't have the car they show on the website, so you will likely get whatever they want to give you, who knows what? Very difficult to contact them. Phone system (corporate) seems set up to make you give up. I actually had to drive to the location to talk to anybody properly. Location was not in great shape. Never got promised callback even then. Canceled booking.
Very rude! I accompanied my friend who returned car on 29-Jun-2019, 10 AM. They made a mistake in calculations (+$100, approx.) and did not want to listen. Finally they fixed the error BUT did not even apologize. When we asked some details about bank transaction the agent replied "I already explained it to you and I am NOT going to do it again!". How is that?
Did the rental reservation on line beforehand. We arrived at the rental place and he gave us a different car and more expensive. Than waited for him to wash the car for another 30 minutes. Took over an hour for him to process us and get us the car. Bad experience. Felt like he pulled one on us.. Wish I went to a different car rental service.
This place is a true hell hole! Got there and the place was locked up... how do you run a business if you close randomly during business hours? When calling I was batch buttoned to voice mail. While waiting, with a 2 year old in the car, for 25 minutes, 3 people showed up to return their cars... Shabby and totally unpleasant experience.
This company is absolutely awful. We have tried calling them 2 times and they hung up both times. They checked in the wrong vehicle and we are now stranded in California when we are from Missouri. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! I wouldn’t even give them a one star if it wasn’t required. Absolutely ridiculous.
Budget/Avis has great deals if you use the online coupons and deal codes. They have limited stock though and you probably won't get the exact car you were expecting. The manager is a good guy who does do his best to accommodate the customer. I will continue to rent here and recommend others to also.
convenient locations price okay cars are tidy and not smelly some alerts eg brake issue popped up suddenly while we were driving on highway have to drive to nearby shop to change a new car they allow us to change another car though the car is an older version one… overall service is okay
I will not recommend Avis or use Avis again. I was not told truthful information about the refuel service. I only used 1/4 tank of gas and was charged around $80 for gas. Absolutely terrible transparency.

I suggest booking a special rate online because you can get a much better price that way. On the whole, all the cars are new, clean and in perfect condition.
They didn't have the truck I rented and nothing was ready when I got here. I ended up having to cancel the order and renting from somewhere else.
The car was not issued (credit card needed). But the employee helped me find a car, called at my request. Thank you very much.

I do not recommend Avis at all! Julio’s customer service is terrible. He is a rude and unresponsive guy.
