This company is despicable, disrespectful, unsanitary and every manager under the leadership of Homer Vasquez is a complete disaster including Homer Vazquez himself, who is an absolute despicable, pathetic person and a joke of leadership for this company and management team and all around just an embarrassment. This company has stolen from me, insulted me and more importantly has done the same to the people around me. I spoke to Homer Vasquez at length, giving him details about the incident/ management (timeframes, presenting “dined in” receipts) on duty about my experience and not only how they treated me but others around like garbage, trash, that you would throw away in a dumpster and the food that was served was a complete disaster and on top of the unsanitary conditions of the bar top, the tables in the dining room and most importantly the restrooms in the facility of Mansfield Texas and Fort Worth Texas were absolutely disgusting! I took my top 12 performers in my company out to the location in Mansfield, Texas and the location in Fort Worth, Texas for cocktails and wings before a flight to New York to take them all to dinner at Peter Luger’s steakhouse and needless to say the experience that we were given, I don’t think actual words can describe how awful it was and how embarrassing for me to have chosen such a disaster of an establishment and the food in my CFO’s own words looked “sickly” again just comes down to leadership, that’s all and yes, it’s really that simple. How dare you serve me food like that, not one request was fulfilled on ALL of those orders and how dare you allow me and the others in my group to sit down under those disgusting unsanitary conditions and be served that way in two different locations! This company has had up-to-date in 2023, 928 emails or communications regarding the sanitary conditions of the restaurants/ Food quality/ Service just in the DFW area and the leadership that surrounds this entire area of DFW and yet nothing has changed. You still have the same leadership. You still have the same failing fiscal numbers each quarter and there after. Let’s not forget about the absolute horrible/ unjustifiable prices on your menu, and the fact that your restaurants are absolutely disgusting, and the quality of this company’s food has plummeted so badly that most of your food comes frozen in bags… If you want this brand to continue, I suggest you change your leadership immediately if not, it is my professional and expert opinion, that this brand will die out and cease to exist in less than five fiscal years in the locations mentioned above and most likely most of the south region. The leadership of this corporation can’t figure out why they keep closing locations across North America, it’s not rocket science! This particular company does not do a good job, the leadership does not care, and it shows in the quality of the food, the quality of the service, the quality of the atmosphere and most importantly THE LEADERSHIP and so on! As of September of this year, I have acquired 1.7 million followers on my social media accounts. I think it’s best if the truth comes out and I post, not only this email, but my entire experience from start to finish in both locations. Maybe then you will reevaluate who you choose to lead these areas and the people who are the BACKBONE of this company and provides a paycheck to each and every one of you, including the bonuses given out…

I’m extremely unhappy with this locations service. This is the second time in a row that we’ve not received our order. The first time, we placed an order through Door Dash and two hours after our order was supposed to be delivered, our driver said they canceled the order. No explanation was given. Yesterday, I placed an order through Door Dash for pick up at 6:15pm. I arrived at 6:10 and sat in a pick up room for 50 minutes before an employee came out of the kitchen and said their system was experiencing issues and some orders weren’t showing up. I asked if their system was down yesterday and another employee came over and said, “What is your name?” I told him my name and he said, “We don’t have your order.” I asked again if the system was down yesterday because I placed the order on February 6th in order to try to beat the flurry of orders that would come in on the 7th, and I showed him my confirmation email that showed when the order was placed. His response was, “I don’t care when your order was placed. We don’t have it.” There was no “I’m sorry” or “I apologize for the fact that you won’t be receiving your food tonight.” Just attitude and rudeness from him. The female employee I initially was talking to, was polite and asked for the last four digits of the card I used to pay so she could initiate a refund. However, I don’t know how they can initiate a refund for an order they claim isn’t in their system. After these last two experiences, I don’t need to wait for a third strike. We will never eat or order food from Buffalo Wild Wings again and we’ll be letting family and friends know to avoid your restaurant as well. UPDATE: I did go to your website and followed your steps to contact you so you could make things right. Your version of making things right was to blame Door Dash and a half hearted apology and “our hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with both fantastic service and great food in the future.” That’s not going to happen. Trying to shift the blame for your restaurant’s issues and rudeness doesn’t make me want to give you another opportunity. If I could take off that last star for that joke of a response, I would. Truly terrible customer service all around.

This will be my last order at this location. I ordered online on the first day possible for a pickup order for super bowl Sunday for 50 wings. I was hosting a small super bowl party at my house, set the order for pickup at 4:30 pm. When I arrived at approximately 4:35-4:40 pm I paid for my order and was told to go wait in the room around the corner for my food. Once I get in this room there are roughly 20 other people waiting on their food, I quickly got the gist of what was going on, and asked about my order immediately. I was told they were swamped and it would be 15 minutes or so. I understood and waited for a bit, then at around 5 pm with the game starting soon, and my guests arriving at my home I knew I had to get back. I asked a manager when my order might be ready was told it would be just a few more minutes. Then after another 10 minutes of waiting, was called aside from the other guests waiting on their food also, and was told they weren't even sure when my order might be ready. So after $55 dollars spent, and a half hour of waiting I got nothing other than a refund. Had to make alternate plans for my guests at my home by this time. To make matters worse I called back to the restaurant around 6 pm, and asked to speak with the general manager. I was told she was busy, and I told the gentleman I was happy to wait. After another few minutes on hold he comes back to the phone to tell me that he will take a message, and he assured me I would receive a call that night. To my utter shock and surprise I never did receive that call. I called the corporate office to complain, and they simply say sorry for your trouble here are some points for your member account. Needless to say it will a very long time if ever before I return to a BWW at any location!

This review will cover two visits to this store, and a third to another location in Plano. In March 2021, I convinced my family to go with me to Buffalo Wild Wings for a shared birthday celebration. The food was fine, but the atmosphere was a disaster. One of the booths next to our table had literally collapsed, and the hostess muttered audibly to anyone she passed by that the store should be closed. This, in combination with the elimination of the trivia games, certainly dampened our enthusiasm for visiting Buffalo Wild Wings - notwithstanding that one of our party suffered from mild food poisoning the next day. Fast forward to Thursday, April 14th. At 8 pm, I managed to convince my sibling to join me for a quick meal and a drink to wind down the week. She expressed reservation at my choice of Buffalo Wild Wings, but went along for the ride. The parking lot wasn't full or empty, and the hostess greeted us a few minutes after arrival and quickly ushered us over to a high table. There we sat for 20 minutes as wait staff milled about attending to other customers, including three parties that arrived and were seated after us. The final straw was broken when a party arrived and as they were settling into their chairs had their drink orders taken by a waitress. No staff checked to ask what was wrong which left me with the impression that this is normal for this location. If you do end up going, I hope that you have a better experience than we did. Three times we have had incredibly disappointing service at Buffalo Wild Wings. Once before the pandemic, and twice since. I think we are done with them. Also, leaving a note to fill out a form seems like you are responding to guests' concerns, but you're not really.

The food is okay. Thats all thats good about it. The service here was awful. We sat down to a less than half filled resturant, and waited about 15 mins until a waiter finally showed up to our table, yet there was about 6 waiters. We ordered drinks and had to wait another 10 mins till our actual waiter showed up and ask if we wanted appetizers, we were ready to order out meal also, he said okay just a moment and came back about 5 mins later to take our order. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees. One just being wings. And an order of fries. After about 5 mins the people who ordered after us got our appetizer. Ours never showed up. After about 15 mins my food arrived but they gave me fries instead of potato wedges, my husbands didn’t come, this is when we realized we weren’t getting our appetizer. After about 15mins i was almost done eating and after asking two waiters where my husbands food was it finally came but didn’t bring the fries. So of an order of 4 items. Only 2 were brought out. The waiters never asked if we wanted a refill or needed anything else. There was no manager in sight. It was just a mess. We will never go here again. And i don’t recommend anyone else go here.

The place had barely any patrons, and we could get barely any service. We didn't have a big or fussy party, just the 4 of us. But yet it took almost and hour and a half to get three orders of wings. Another members burger came out almost 20 minutes before the rest of our tables orders. And the wings tasted like they had just been sitting there. When it came to check out we had to flag down another member of the wait staff because our waitress went MIA. We had to order a Togo order for a household member and we were dreading that it was going to take the same amount of time. But surprise, surprise they were out in less than 10 minutes. Sadly, I wish I can say this has been the first time we've had issues with them. But ordering online for this location is most times a nightmare. We'd order and when we'd get there the place would be dead empty almost But still have to wait 30 minutes passed the ETA time on the website for our food. Save yourself the time and money and try any other wing place or place that sells wings on Hulen or the south fort worth area.

I have been to the Hulen location several times and have always had great service. I can not say that for this visit. I know they were busy and I understand being busy and not visiting the table much. However when your waiter is paying more attention to one particular table and actually sits at that table for a good 10 minutes my understanding goes out the window. Our wings came out over cooked and our waiter never came to check on us. We finally got the attention of another waiter and had the manager come over. The manager had our wings recooked. Then my boyfriend had to take my cup to the bar to get a refill on a soda. Finally after we were visibly done eating he came over and gave us our check. He did apologize for not checking on us. When we looked at our bill we had been over charged. It took us another five minutes to get his attention to get the bill corrected. Overall very disappointed in the service and quality of food.

Every time I've been here the food takes a very long time to come out. The staff is still usually decent enough to get the job done. This last visit the waitress was really attentive when taking our drinks and appetizer order and mentions rewards app, etc. So it seemed like we'd have a good experience. After she took our food order we never saw her again for the rest of the 1.5 or 2 hours we were there. We watched her dance around our table helping everyone else and didn't even look over to catch us trying to wave her down. We asked a manager walking by for drink refills and he seemed dull and didn't seem to care that the waitress hadn't been over. We had to stop him again for the check and it wasn't until we were ready to pay the waitress came by to explain and try to collect that tip. She said someone called in which is understandable but it's not like she didn't know that until pay time and definitely had time to glance over at our cups. Food is decent.

We went to this location for an early dinner. We normally go up to the Arlington location, but this was closer. We get there and we are one of 4 tables currently sat. One of the only tables in the bar area. Food was good, but extremely quick. We didn't even have time to really enjoy our appetizer before our dinner arrived. What bumped this down to 2 stars was our server, Megan. She made our experience awkward, the way she approached us and served us. She asked us multiple times, if we wanted the check, even after answering yes the first time. Then when it was time to leave, she yelled across the bar/restaurant area, and accused us of trying to leave without paying, when there was clearly a cash payment laying on the table. This was embarrassing and insulting for my family. I would understand the assumption, if she was either busy, or we made her feel we would walk our tab, but we are a typical couple and her only table.

We got wings and burgers. Um the food was alright but tbh would've tasted better mentally if the servers were more attentive. We were at the bar and (I never do this) but I gave her the lowest tip ever due to her service. She looked and walked past our empty drinks multiple times, definitely didn't follow our orders and forgot them.. it was just so awkward. MIND YOU the bar was empty and it wasn't even packed at all. There was only 2 other persons there and one already had all their food so. The whole place wasn't filled that much at all. Never going back. Also the bone in wings yall are extremely small.. 6 WILL NOT fill u up if u want a good amount lol

Horrible customer service by Kiera the person I talked to over the phone about missing items from my web order. She had lack of concern as if ‘o well’ and continued to have a very rude demeanor. There is suppose to be a refund hopefully that’s done properly. This was an online order of $80 so one would think the customer service was complimentary. so you would think the order would be checked by kitchen staff and the To Go person the bag was just given to my daughter just tied up. Not everyone is deserving of being in the hospitality field by far. BWW not everyone is capable of be the face of your company. But when it’s not their establishment why should she/they even care. Overall very poor customer service.

Was getting a oil change on my truck and decided to stop in here because the dining was open (Covid Era). There was a booth available with a wall outlet to plug my xbox in. Waitresses were very nice. The booths after sitting in them awhile became uncomfortable. Though being a bigger dude it was noce that the table could move for my size, really loved that. I think I might make it a regular thing at my hometown BWW. I think BWW corporate could do better with the food but the prices aint expensive. There is a upstairs dining area that they said they open during game nights, kinda too bad its not always open, looks pretty cool. The only time I ever order any food from this location is when I have a gift card. My order is screwed up every single time. There is either something missing, or my order is wrong. This last time it said it would be ready to pick up at 6:20pm, and when I showed up I was told that she needed to go back and bag it up. 30 min later I finally got my food. She handed it to me and just walked away. I should have went through it there but I thought that maybe this would be the time. Nope. I get home and half my order is wrong and my kids fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. So I will not be getting food from there anymore. If they can't get it right after 5 times, it's not worth it. I will go somewhere else.

‍♂️ what a shame I took two of my coworkers to eat over there and I was shocked after I received my order can I believe this, my wings came with feathers and that grossed me out really bad and trust me I’m not picky, I called bartender because at that time she was close to me and she wasn’t even my waiter, I asked her if she was a customer you will eat this? And her answer was yeah I will I just take the feathers off, that answer made me furious, My waiter she was very nice and she was pregnant and ask her the same question and she say no absolutely not very sorry,but it was too late, anywayI stop eating and left what a shame, I lose my appetite for the rest of the day never coming back to this place too bad because I love hot wings.

Me and my husband got to experience what happens during rush hour and what happens after rush hour, so I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to share my thoughts. At the beginning of the night, there was a take out rush and during that rush, we were really reluctant to give a tip. Food took forever to get to us and was cold by the time it did. Water was not being refilled, and there were hardly any waiters around. Ordered a second entree at around the time the rush ended. it was warm, but not hot, but still an improvement! More waiters around and were talking to us jovially as well as we were given more attention. We were now considering giving a tip. What I would recommend is there be more waiters hired to deal with peak times.

Dont listen to the bad reviews. Was a bit nervous because of them and was already not expecting a lot. The waitress Brittany was very nice and attentive with our party of 12. The food was really good. I got the cheese burger and my wife boneless wings, and they were both way better than we expected! I'm not sure if it's because we came on a Thursday and itwasn'tt busy, but the food is good, and compared to 2 other BWW, I've been to the fries were the best here. Im guessing they've listened to the bad reviews and improved! Only complaint is maybe consider cleaning the menus more frequently.

Food was real good. Service is particularly bad. Not so much the server per say, but all around. The server was decent, seemed like they might have been a bit under staffed. The floor was very dirty, didn't look like it had been cleaned all afternoon. It took them several minutes to sit us and when I asked for a booth for my family, the manager who was seating us had a visual distate for my asking and set us reluctantly. Requested unsweetened tea, was given sweet after my first drink came back diet after requesting Pepsi. The people set beside us were given their food before us even though we were seated twenty minutes prior to them arriving.

This place has got to be the worst managed place on Hulen street. As we walk in we are told to pick a table anywhere as they do not have a hostess. The place is maybe 1/2 full with most open tables full of dirty dishes. It takes about 5 minutes for a server to come and take our order. Another 10ish for us to get out drinks. It looks like only 2 servers are sharing all the tables (they are trying). I can clearly see two employees sitting at a table near the front. They have bbw shirts on with laptops open. Not helping a single soul. They are both completely oblivious to the needs of ANY person in the building. No wonder stores are closing.

My family and I chose this place to celebrate my daughter's highschool graduation June 19 2021 . We went on the night of graduation so I expected chaos , to my surprise it was completely opposite . We did have a small wait mind you we had 2 toddlers and a baby with us so you'd think it was gonna be tough but not at all ! I'm sad I don't remember the waitresses name but she was absolutely AMAZING ! Food was good , no orders were wrong and we didn't wait long for our food . The staff even participated in the little cake fave plant my sister in law decided my daughter needed . Thank you for great service and good food !

Everything is good. Just keep in mind that when there is a special going on (ex: bogo wings) it will take a little while for your order. And make sure it’s correct. Edit: We just went it today 6/22 and we ordered two lunchs of 10 boneless with a drink and fries for $10 plus a side of mac n cheese. They guy forgot what we ordered and first brought the Mac. Then he brought us bone in wings and just one set. Then we told him and he never came back to let us know of what was happening. After 30 minutes we decided to leave. The manager was upset but it was the server's fault for not paying attention to what we ordered. Next time use a pen and paper to write things down. We lost our lunch time for him.

I recently went to this location and ordered the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich, no tomatoes. First of all the wait for the food was ridiculous and when it did come out, they gave me my BUFFALO RANCH chicken sandwich, with NO ranch or Buffalo sauce, or pickles that were supposed to come on it originally anyway, literally says it on the menu. Just fried chicken, bun, and lettuce. The only thing they did get right was the no tomatoes. Lol. I had to ask for the sauces and toppings to essentially build my own sandwich, which took another 5 minutes to get that stuff out to the table. Just an overall bad experience at this location. Would not recommend. 2 stars solely for good cold beers on tap

Love the wings, like the people, disappointed in the service. I've ordered for pickup here 3 times and every time the order has been 30 mins late. The justification is that the kitchen gets backed up on Thursday wing night, if this is the case then I strongly recommend accounting for that in the estimated wait time. If it's consistently under estimated, then account for it. This is likely a corporate issue not location specific, but still. Additionally, two of the three times my fries were forgotten. The people are nice, I just really wish the service was better. My wife and I love the wings and will continue to be customers, unfortunately unsatisfied ones hoping for a better experience.

I like the wings, and the employees are nice enough, but something goes wrong with my order every time I come here. THIS time I placed an order to go. The pickup time was over an hour. I get there at an hour and 5 minutes. I still have to wait 20 minutes. They bring the order, I glance through the bag and see several boxes, so imleave with the order. I get home and realize that they shorted me 15 wings. I have to drive back up there and they make them again. I wait another half hour. Finally I make it home with the wings, but only after 45 minutes of driving and 2 hours of waiting. And...the restaurant was dead! Hardly anyone in there!. And...this kind of thing happens almost every time!

We sat in the bar area at 4:30 in the afternoon when there was only one other guest in the restaurant, as we were walking to our seats we were greeted by a couple workers. Once we sat down though nobody came to our table, eventually after about 10 minutes the bartender who had already finished his shift ended up getting us waters and a diet Coke. After that we sat for another 15 minutes and were never greeted. The manager and all of the staff definitely saw us sitting at our table but never greeted us. We ended up just leaving because nobody came to take our order but the manager did thank us on our way out. Very disappointed because we live very close and they lost a potential regular.

At first the assistance with the setting was pretty much you have to find someone. The blonde woman my husband spoke with was rude. And told another staff member she didn't want to serve us because blacks don't tip. We were there from OKC and just wanted a good meal before we left. We had a table top of 10. Our waitress that did take care of us very, very well. She was awesome and told us it was her off day and she came in anyway Dianna I think was her name. Hopefully she enjoyed the very large tip we left her. Blacks bye the way a great tippers we just expect polite well mannered servers.

There was a lack of professionalism in the management as it appeared they terminated an employee in the main dining room only feet from where we were seated and in front if several other staff members. Just came here for the 1st time after the re-open and omg service was horrible! But our waiter Michael was AWESOME! He was the ONLY one doing his job! We stood at the door waiting to be seated for like 10 mins! People saw us standing there and just kept on walking passed us and this happened numerous times with other parties as well we definitely will NOT be coming back here! And the blonde waitress Nicole was totally rude and didn't want to clean off a table for us....only reason I gave 2 stars is bcz Michael was great! They also need some new management....Only going back for carry-out...

What a sight, this place brought back great memories from deployments, being at an American chain in a third world country. I feel bad for the staff they all seem like great humble people. This is not Buffalo Wild Wings standards. 85% of McDonald’s are overall better than this place. Who ever is in charge of this place needs to be replaced immediately. This is an embarrassment to the company. Sorry about the picture I understand they might be renovating but the whole restaurant in general looks like a of warehouse with squatters. Management take accountability, your workers are great.

I didn’t hate it.. our waitress was extremely professional... unfortunately it was the manager. He reached across the table to deliver food to myself and the other guests at the table, instead of politely walking around. When they didn’t get my order right, he thought it would be a better idea to take a served plate back to the kitchen to correct an issue with my sides. I had to watch my company eat their food while my order sat in the back where I couldn’t see it and the manager did not apologize.. they comp the meal, but that doesn’t excuse the behavior.

I waited 10 mins before someone offered to get me a drink after 1 girls walked by me 3 times and a guy 2 times. They are not crowded at all and seem to have staff under control. I ordered my food and ince it came out my wings barely had any sauce on it to a point I had to ask for sauce just to have the flavor. If they was busy and under staffed I could understand but this was not professional at all

I think they are under staffed and it took almost 5 minutes for someone to greet us at the entrance. The same way, it took a long time to our server to take our order. If you're an Eagles fan this is the place for you. They have multiplied since last year and now you can't watch another game, eat or talk without having to pause for their cheering. The food is average and so is the service. We eat, we watch our game and we return when we have to; But ONLY when we have to. Appetizers are usually good. Cheese curds and Garlic Parmesan wings are my favorite.

I ordered online and the process was very easy. The Traditional Wings are very flavorful and almost twice the size of the wings from Wing Stop. The potato wedges are delicious as well! I wasn’t a fan of the Desert Heat Dry rub but I do recommend the Hot and Spicy Garlic Sauces. I definitely would order again but I’m not too sure about dining in since the parking lot was full and there was ALOT of people waiting to be seated. I did go on a Friday night though. Overall this was a good experience and the food was Great.

The table that was given to us was dirty, i asked the waitress to get our table cleaned and she said someone would come and clean it and they never did. Our waitress had the WORST customer service, she seemed as if she was high as a kite. It wasn’t even busy at all and they took over an HOUR to give us our food and it was cold. I had told the waitress that she had missed 3 of our items and she would only return with one missing plate at a time. This has been the worst experience ever. I will not be coming back.

This place is not recommended. Take-off seems like a nightmare, when you arrive you have to wait hours for someone to show up, they charge 1$ to pick up your order (they deliver it incomplete, by the time you get home and realize it's too late to go back) Employees must pay attention to the orders. The food is not fresh (overcooked) PD: you owe me 10BNLS, and a limonade. Order 1070002 05/14/23. ………. There is no “orders & visits” on your website. First of all it’s 32 degrees outside and the AC was turned on full blast. I wish I was exaggerating when I say it’s cold as hell in there. We asked our server if they could turn it off or at least turn it up and he let the manager know we were cold but still, nothing was done about it. We couldn’t even eat comfortably. We waited forever for a table and they’re stingy with their wing sauce. One plus is our server was cool and refilled our drinks pretty quick. Overall I was pretty disappointed with our visit.

Placed an online order for delivery through one of the app services. Our order arrived timely and semi warm(it's delivery so not too high expectation there) However, 3 orders of boneless wings and not a single one had sauce, the one with sauce on side did not come. We got one side of ranch. The cheesecake with sauce on side was also missing. Diet pepsi ordered somehow became a regular pepsi. I thought perhaps the order did not go through correctly, but no, the ticket from the restaurant was clear.

I have gone on multiple occasions. Each time there are no hosts/hostesses. I was told a server will just 'come by and get you if they have room'. The staff that works the front counter taking carry-out orders could easily assist. But instead they like to sit there and give people attitude. The need for host/hostess is to better aid a waiting customer, as we had no clue how long we would have to wait. The wait staff, and bar staff are surprisingly good, and the food seems to come out fresh and hot.

This place just needs to get shut down. Staff is horrible the GM seems to not know anything about running a restaurant. The food is absolutely trash. Cold, not done, takes forever just to get anything you order. And the waitress or waiter always seem to blame others and bring drama to the front. Seen roaches and apparently now there is a video of rats going around. Health inspector needs to get called. This is absolutely ridiculous just burn it down already and go work at McDonald’s please!!!!

Eddie even says lemon pepper on the box. When the receipt clearly states garlic parmesan. I took pictures so I can show it to the manager. But I'm not sure how it will change. Foods always good and to be honest it's the first time Ive had issues here, waiting 20 minutes before I grab a waitress and ask if we could order and get drinks. She never comes back. Then ask a second waitress the same thing, she then goes to the first waitress and directs her towards us. She asks what would you like to eat and drink. We rely with can I get a menu. She huffs and walks away. Finally the bar tender stepped in and took care if us. He gets 5 stars.

Great people who work here. My heart goes out to the employees here at this location. For they are severely under staffed. Over 1hr 15 min to get our to go order.. poor ownership to allow this type of stain on there employees. The sad part of this story is that I had seen several customers get upset with the servers over the time it took to get there food. Its a preventable situation that I hope gets resolved. Good food at a reasonable price.

I just had a chicken salad, and fried pickles delivered to me. The only thing that was good was the lettuce. I understand that people have bad days but reading an order isn’t hard. I asked for no cheese on my salad and there is cheese all over it. Also my order of fried pickles were barely even fried. I will not be ordering from here again and I’m definitely going to try to get a refund. The only thing that was good was the lettuce.

A different table that came in well after got their food before our table. The whole table ate with out me. When the food came out clearly late. It literally came out after the table sat next to us. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, we took a look at the menu and hung out before a waiter came over to us. When one finally made her way to our table, she wasn’t wearing her mask properly. We also noticed that she took it down while making our drinks. Overall, the vibe just wasn’t there and we felt uncomfortable so we left. Hostess tried to discourage us by saying it would be an hour wait. Instead it was 5 minutes. Same hostess sat us at a table that had food on it. She put the menus on top of the food. Ordered $50 dollars worth of food for takeout, roommate goes to pick it up. He gets there and they gave our food to the wrong person, they remake our order, roommate comes home, we're given a 10 piece boneless instead of a 20 and for both of our orders only half the wings are even sauced. Arrived during happy hour but was not offered a happy hour deal. I didn't like that. My server rattled off all of the appetizers before asking me any questions. I deemed him slightly overconfident to the extent that I didn't appreciate it. The wings were good. I didn't like that I had to pay extra for carrots and celery sticks. Will I return? Yes. Love this place and their wings. We happened to drive by there and not only pick up some of their amazing wings but they had a car show going on out front as well. Had some amazing cars there. When someone states they have an allergy and then the restaurant repeatedly puts the item on your plate that just shows poor training and lack of leadership. Take food allergies seriously. Waitress was very sweet but service was very slow for before 6pm. Took awhile before anyone even came to take original drink orders and we rarely saw our waitress during our meal.
