I have been a long time customer of the CVS Pharmacy in Target at 900 Nicollet Mall. The staff is the best - they are kind, consistent, hard working and knowledgeable and most importantly they take great care of customers. I can't say enough good things about this team. I highly recommend this location - you won't be disappointed.
Every month since the beginning of 2021 every prescription I've needed filled here has been either "lost" or wasn't filled even after receiving notification. And when I show the notifications, the pharmacist techs are unapologetic. Highly disappointing after never having had a problem until the last few months.
Interesting Customers at 9 am. Store was very tidy and clean. I was only disappointed with the price of my medication, $98 for a tube of Advair. I guess I'll go back to the Veterans Admin., as there it is $8.. Too bad that Target gives no discounts for veterans, nor for seniors.
An associate here went above and beyond to source a last minute prescription for me before I had to leave town. I’m between insurance and I just couldn’t have gotten this necessity in time had it not been for this person who went to town and did her homework for me! TYSM!!!!
Good pricing. Fulfill your doctor's prescriptions, plus additional items for food, chips or beverages. Get yourself a CVS card as you can get your prescriptions with your WellCare card thru MediCare for virtually free. Locations throughout downtown Minneapolis.
Unless you go there during lunch time, this is one of the most efficient and friendly pharmacies I have ever used. If you are a downtown person, I highly recommend making this your pharmacy. Plus it is inside Target, so you can do some other shopping too.
Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful. CVS should give them really good raises or buy them delicious food everyday. I hate everything related to medicine and they make picking up a RX I don’t want to be on better and I am so grateful.
I tried to transfer a prescription over to this store. I tried calling 10 times and was left on hold each time for 5-20 minutes from 2pm to 4:30 pm. I left a voicemail at 3:30 and never received a call back. The other store has since put my
I don't live downtown anymore but I still get my prescriptions sent downtown and I justify the trip to go downtown just because this pharmacy never gets my orders wrong and they are always willing to help me understand why something wasn't
Pharmacist refused to fill prescription even though the doctor had sent it. Said that it violated CVS internal policy. I had called the day before to verify I could pick it up and was told yes, but when I arrived I was told they would not
They recently changed their staffing, so both times I have gone in this week I have had to wait in line for ~30 minutes. The parking ramp the way it is, I almost had to pay even with the voucher (had to wait for ~53 minutes - absolutely
It’s a lady named Lorrell and she’s disgusting towards black people. Everytime I come in she makes me feel uncomfortable, I’ve overheard little racist and snide comments from her in the pharmacy. Do not come to this CVS it’s disgusting.
Generally speaking, my biggest annoyance is that the pharmacy closes at 7pm -- in a downtown area with nearly 40,000 residents -- earlier than most small town pharmacies. Second, they close daily from 1:30-2:00pm for "lunch" because a
Received Covid booster shot today, the female pharmacist administering the shots was just lovely. Good service, easy process. So much better than the Quarry. Just wish I wasn’t harassed on the way into the Target but that’s the area.
Elsie has helped me for many months now and every time her customer service is even better than before. Every time I go and she’s there I know that I’m going to taken care of and all my questions answered
Very slow customer service. Consistently doesn’t answer phones. Will sit in line for 30 minutes to be told your prescription isn’t started (on a regular monthly basis).
This location has been awesome to work with since I transferred all of my rx's from the Walgreens a couple blocks away. The personal service is greatly appreciated.
Presented a coupon that was supposed to save $7 which ended up only saving $2. No big deal I thought but I was the told I need to wait 10 minutes to relabel it.
Not open an hour after posted hours. Pharmacy techs refuse to help or speak to you because the pharmacist isn't there. No one will help with anything.
The service is usually good and the employees have always been nice. More perks should be offered with the reward program. Good store though.
The wait times are horrendous both on the phone and for getting meds filled. Very bad service, it’s such a shame the location is convenient.
Terrible slow service. Also, if you have to call them prepare to be on hold for a half hour at least
Still relatively new since switching from Target Pharmacy so they are still working out the kinks.
Some of these employees would benefit by working on their attitude .
I love it they never gave me a problem …
Good customer service and easy check out.
Fast service always. Well organized.
Horrible services. Can't stand it
Great people, inside of Target.
Always polite and helpful.
Pharmacy staff is great!
