When we needed to cover the stucco patches around the installation of new windows and sliding patio doors and replace the worn wood siding on the front of our Almaden Valley home we started looking for the best contractor/company to re-stucco our entire home. We reviewed the project and received bids from seven (7) contractors/companies. I hired Cal Painting for the exterior painting and the door restoration of my house. It was an enjoyable experience, and the result was a beautiful house and a beautiful front door. Jake, the project manager, was very personable and attentive to customer's need. Jacob, the lead person for the painting, was very knowledgeable in achieving the best painting result. Ricardo, with 23 years' experience in door restoration, worked hard to achieve the best result. After the projects were done, my neighbor commented that my house looks brand new. Cal was very responsive. The very first time I contacted him, he came out and did the work. I explained that I was putting my house on the market and needed some work done. When he saw the job, he did it immediately. To be honest he did such great work with the finish, he did not have to paint. However, he did and it turned out great! It’s not noticeable that the area was painted at a different time. I was so impressed that I have referred him to my sister. My only regret is that I did not take a before and after to share with this post. I highly recommend both his plastering and painting services.

Cal Painting stuccoed our two-story home on three outer walls. Billy and his team were professional, timely, and did a magnificent job. Billy is super easy to communicate with, and very responsive to all questions. We will use them down the road when we need to paint the front exterior of the house. HAVING STUCCO DAMAGE I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE SO HIGH OF A COST I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO AFFORD IT BUT THANKFULLY WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE I WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE WALL AND THE DAMAGED AREA NOW MATCHES BEAUTIFUL. I also had trouble with the colors. They were patient and even went to the trouble of contacting the homeowner of the house i found as a color I liked the most and got that color They were really great to work with and any paint job I will use them EVERYTIME.

We had the wood siding on the front of our house replaced with stucco, some stucco patch work done in the back, and the whole house painted by Cal Painting & Plastering. Billy Flanagan was recommended to me as a good stucco guy. He missed an appointment to come out, but eventually showed up a few days later. It was a small job, but he said he would provide a quote several times. Never happened. He could of just told me he was too busy or wasn't interested in the job. Instead, he did nothing for several weeks. Don't waste your time with him.

We are remodeling our house by adding onto the existing structure . The stucco was for the new construction as well as for a new window in the existing house. Cal Painting & Plastering did a beautiful job in blending with the existing stucco. City inspection passed without issues. A quality job done on time leaving us satisfied. They met all expectations.
