This location has been helpful during operating hours. I would however mention they are not able to handle as much as the location on Durango in regards to all services but still fast and simple. I would love to give this a higher review but unfortunately the issues with the ATM seem neverending. I have lived in this area since the day it opened and I'm disappointed that the ATM still is not operating. Once that issue is resolved I'd happily review my review.

Worst Chase location in Las Vegas, a waist of time everytime I have gone. ATM stays broken or unavailable every visit all the time. Less than 4 miles away on North Durango and Elkhorn is a branch that has their stuff together and always provides great service. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT visit the Sky Canyon and Grand Canyon location. Save your self the Fuel.

Is the drive up ATM ever in service? Most frustrating thing driving there to pull out cash and the ATM 9/10 times is out of service. Then you go inside and that ATM says it can’t accept or dispense cash. This location is worthless

Terrible customer service. No one is ever there but some how they don't have time to offer any of their members the services they should get with their membership. Go to the Durango location. Much more accommodating!

Can you guys stop locking the door to the atm inside(i use my card still locked)?several times the door is locked its a guessing game then the drive thru atm won't be able to do much always got red notices.Ty

So can we talk about the drive up ATM? We've lived here since before it was built, maybe a small handful of times has it worked!
