They have no idea what there talking about, unfortunately this location failed to provide adequate service for its account holders. I went there on June 20th I needed a money order for my rent the lady at the counter told me it was $7. I know on the west side a grocery store does it for $0.25 I asked her...is that for non account holders or for account holders and she said it's for account holders so that's ridiculous and unnecessary money order shouldn't be that expensive if someone has the account from the same bank. Anyway so of course I paid the $7. However my card was defected the chip was not reading and giving an error, the teller says no worries I will order you another one. Yesterday was July 5th still haven't received my card so I go to the branch to see the status...this whole time I haven't been able to use the ATM or use the card anywhere the teller takes my ID and my card and goes to check up on it.... he comes back and tells me that my card was mailed to my address received and activated on the 28th of June... I said that couldn't be but I'll go home to double-check maybe a family member took it. When I got home and I called the customer service they said a card was never issued to me from the start. Seriously you going to make me over pay and then twice give me misguided information this is not Peter Piper Pizza this is Chase Bank people need to know what they're talking about in there or more customers like me will be dissatisfied I've already planned to close my account and open up with a different checking service hopefully they will know or at least not lie to me when they issue me a new card or ask for updates on my account
HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAMIEL & HIS BRANCH. Great place to bank! We walked into the bank at around 4:30 on a Friday & there were several people in the waiting room ahead of us. We had just learned a check we had deposited, was being held. This presented a problem, as checks had already been written against those funds. JAMIEL IS THE BEST! He was very understanding and despite it being near closing time, he patiently took the time to investigate the problem, then he made the necessary calls to correct the situation and immediately make the funds available, so none of our checks would get returned.
This was the best bank experience ive ever had with any bank! As soon as i walked in i was greated and then i was helped IMMEDIATELY by a bank. His name was Christian V. He took me to his desk and he answered all my questions promptly and next thing i know i was finished. After working with christian i had to make a withdraw which was attended to immediately then they all informed me on different ways i could do stuff online for the needs that i went to the store for. I love this chase and i will forever be there customer!! Thank everyone for the great experience.
Came here in attempts to open a bank account, but couldn’t. There was no one to greet customers when the walked in and it seemed as if they were better at turning people away. Another gentleman was waiting to complete some type of transaction. He mentioned to one of the employees he had gone through the line and was asked to wait on the side to complete his transaction. The only problem, no one was there to help him either. He had been waiting over 30 minutes and NOTHING! My sister is talking up chase and I’m not impressed.
Today I went to this Chase Bank to cash an eCheck. I've never had to cash one before so I didn't exactly know what to do. The staff here we're so very helpful to me and did not turn me around or refuse to help me with the issue. Others banks did, this Chase bank took time to understand my situation and offer to help me to understand the problem. Thank you especially to the tellers and banker lady who took me back and reprinted my check so that it was cashable.
Excellent service from inside the bank! I have had different bank issues, and the Bank Associates have always been friendly, efficient, professional problem-solvers. The Branch Manager, Jamaal, does an excellent job serving as BM. On Saturday's you can find him pitching in to take care of Chase Customers. He provided assistance to me, even though I arrived 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. As a Branch Team, they definitely add to the Chase brand.
This is Chase Bank and they discriminate against Hispanics. I tried to get a business account as a disable veteran and they would not help me. They crossed my name of the list and asked me to leave because my shoes were dirty. To all veterans and Hispanics avoid this place. I called their corporate office to file a complaint and they pretended to care but would not even contact branch manager to ask why they refused to help me. Very disappointed
Received an information packet in the mail about a loan being transferred. Went to the location and they hadn't even heard of the company. The lady didn't even try to call or figure it out. Asked if there was someone else who would know and just said no. And, the helpline on the packet sends you straight to chase. Not helpful at all. Guess I need to go back to my old location.
Banker asked me to make an appointment even though it is not posted anywhere that you need an appointment to get service. He was not doing anything but he took time to get in a 5 minute conversation about making an appointment. He could have helped me in that time before a supposedly client who had made an appt was to come in, btw there was no one waiting during this time.
service is total garbage plan on long waits and no customer service, this bank is a total rippoff they have so many fees for things its horrible go anywere else to bank !Seriously a big risk if you bank with these people . Expect constant problems and no help to fix them. many would give chase a below zero rating if it was possible.
Try closing an account there, good luck. Too bad the first rep I had didn't display enough strategic agility to help me determine the best action for my account which could have saved me enough money for me to be upset. It took a manager to later explain that was an option but too late now
Dear Chase empolyees, you are all living disgraces to this esbalishment. Attitudes are disgusting, professionalism is at its lowest. Work place suicides are very common in the US, I encourage all workers to explore different occupations before its too late.
Worst service ever, so sad that they are allowed to hire people that have no clue what they are doing put them on the floor without training them and then call them a manager. This is the bank that I want to keep my money in, I don't think so!
Bad service not only this branch but all CHASE locations. Going in to close my account with them today and just keep my Arizona Federal account after banking with them for over 10 years. Their "policies" suck over credit union policies.
This branch is a great place to bank. All of the tellers are friendly and willing to help manage my account. I am so grateful for the hard work they do every day. They are the epitome of customer service. Thanks for everything.
Took ten minutes to be greeted in the drive up, while I'm the only car. I had to push the "call teller" button several times to try and at least get my deposit back, since they wouldn't take the time to deposit it.
With the recent change in management this location has really gone to the toilet. Just because they smile does not mean they are good at their job. I've been banking here 3 years. It WAS a 4-5 star branch.
Terrible customer service, I was literally standing next to the banker and he did NOT acknowledge my presence or greeted me AT ALL. Just walked off. They lost out on a new acct and new customer.
If i can give a zero i would. I set up an appointment today only to be turned away because of the incompetent staff members there. All i wanted to do was start a bank account.
The rudest manager ever. She speaks to everyone like they are garbage. I'm here taking my money out to close my accounts with this place. Went to pnc bank. So nice there.
This branch has always been good to me. It's a busy place but they do a good job of coping. Karina Martinez was very helpful today establishing a new account.
ATMs never work outside and the doors lock leaving no access to the ATM inside. Better off driving a few more miles to an operational branch.
The drive through ATM is always unavailable and the front door is always closed. I have to drive to another location to deposit for no reason
Not only did they close the inside ATM, removed one of the drive through ATMs, the only one left can’t even dispense cash most of the time.
