One of the worse Pharmacy in whole area they don't dilver medicine on time it happened few time's where I had to spend night without my medicine. My Dr prescribed antibiotics for infection. I called them to asked when will they dilver my medication the lady who answered my call she told me it will be dilver next week how unprofessional they are. They don't even informed patient that they can't dilver Please avoid using this Pharmacy because they really bad with medicine I don't understand few patient's had same complaint why NHS don't take any action against them is not like they dilverying sweets they dealing with medication. If I could I would give them 0 rating for the service they giving to sick patients
Ran out of my prescription as the bank holiday began and went in to collect my medicine the first day after. Was told that they do not have my prescription and after telling them that I have ran out of my medication they just suggested that I order them again (which would take a few days to even get confirmed). They did not offer any help whatsoever, nor did they suggest calling 111 as it is dangerous to skip days without medication. Very unprofessional behavior from staff.
I’ve experienced awful customer service and quite frankly, neglect at this chemist. Ordered a prescription without being asked the required questions and when I went to collect it, they informed me they didn’t order it and they hadn’t collected the correct information from me. I’m now out of essential medication I take daily and trying to organise an emergency prescription. No empathy or considered apology either. Atrocious.
Excellent and very professional service. Always do what they can to help. They realised after collecting a prescription that I had been overcharged and tried to call me several times to let me know and tell me to come in for a refund. Things like this mean a lot especially when money is tight! Cannot complain at all about my experience with them.
Bimal, pharmacist, of church pharmacy is a true professional, helpful and goes the extra mile to provide excellent advice. He has always made sure that my medication is delivered to me on time. I highly recommend Church Pharmacy Hanwell for its care when I have had difficulty in accessing my GP.
Very bad service. Several times they were late delivering the medication. When we needed to collect medication, they lied that someone already collected it which was not true. Not recommended at all.
I've been using this pharmacy for over a decade. During my wife's last illness the service they provided was superb, and now during COVID they continue to provide a wonderful service. Thank you .
Super friendly and helpful. Gave me advice and didn't try to sell me anything. Place looks well stocked and clean.
Very good I’ve moved pharmacy from boots west ealing to here as they are much more confidential and friendly staff
Decent pharmacy with good opening hours. Staff are nice and I've never had a problem getting my meds from them.
Very unprofessional. The girl at till is rude and sometimes I wonder if she understands what you say to her.
Consistently high quality of customer service over the 20 years that I have been using this service.
Always helpful Friendly staff And the pharmacist is fantastic they are always willing to help you.
Says it’s open til 19.30 on a Sunday so arrive at 18.00 only to find it shut. Super helpful.
Did my little ones first eye piercing. Quick and gentle. Great place to go.
They are hiring incompetent people and very far from professionalisms.
