The blissful arrogance of a female member of staff is quite unforgettable. I usually visit this place to measure my weight. The machine charges £0.50 for weight and £1 for blood pressure and weight. A few weeks ago I paid £1 to measure my weight and blood pressure. On that occasion the machine could not read my blood pressure (it was FAULTY), as also acknowledged by the woman with curly brown hair and member of staff, who was present when I was taking my weight. My weight and height measurements were remarkably different from my normal numbers. I am 1.56cm tall but the machine would say 1.40, and my weight is around 60Kg and the machine had reported 78Kg. I left the shop without asking for a refund as the lady could not be bothered even to offer it. I returned today thinking they had fixed the machine and same problem occurred. When I explained my problem to her she nonchalantly replied that "nobody had ever complained" and completely dismissed me. I then told her that "perhaps" it was her duty and job to figure out why a customer had experienced on two occasions the same issue besides offering a refund but she smiled, ignored me and continued to serve another customer. This in the presence of my two children. Obviously, I am not upset at the £1.50 I have wasted but at the arrogance and unhelpfulness of this person who needs to learn about RESPECT. I am not accustomed to be treated like this, if you are fine with mediocre or absent customer service, good luck with her. I will not recommend this place anymore.
very very unprofessional pharmacy. especially the lady with curly hair who comes at the time of opening for customers at 9.01am thats when shes opening the shutters comming from outside. its not happend once or twice but so many times in the past. also whenever my medication is sent either they will not have it in stock and ask me to go again the following day. or they say they havent received it from gp. past 3 4 weeks my items were sent to clarks pharmacy but they didnt recieved it and also been said it was collected when i havent collected the item. also when i was told by gp receptionist to go back and collect the item as they had called the pharmacy and they said it will be ready to to be collected. they still gave me the same excuse. than the lady in curly hair has the audacity to tell her staff; "She cant have things her way" No it was not my way it was instructed from my gp and gp receptionist to collect the items. if shes not happy working there she shouldnt be especially shouldnt be given keys if she wants to open at the timebof opening time. plus they have weekends off. really disappointed.
The pharmacist at Clark’s pharmacy always goes out of his way to make sure I get my prescription meds however difficulty to acquire they may be (rare heart drugs or made to measure compression stockings anyone?). He contacts different companies and even liaises with my GP (notoriously difficult to get hold of) when they’ve gotten the prescription wrong again. And he always keeps me in the loop about what’s happening. In some ways he’s been more helpful than my GP tbh! Also love that they have a seat right in front of the counter, this is great for people who can’t stand for very long.
Weird staff members. Unfriendly and unpersonable. Even the pharmacist was weird. The usual lady that works behind the counter most days is bizarre. She stares you down and sounds so angry when you ask her for anything behind the desk. Not sure if she has something wrong with her mentally? If that were the case, I could maybe understand the lack of customer service skills. They make you feel really uncomfortable and self conscious. Honestly the most unusual experience I've ever had at a chemist. Bring back the old guy. We miss him!
i have been in so many pharmacies... but here got such a great experience .... !! in simple words , " it took me only max 5 min to get my prescription ready ... excellent staff service, professionals and fast ...! Even tho it looks simple its a great place to mend your illness. And if you drive ... dont worry about parking because there is always parking in the front !! Highly recommended !! Thank you for your caring pleasant staff and for getting the right diagnosis and advise within minutes!!!
Went in today to get our baby verified which was proviso of the Passport office. After initially agreeing and happy quoting the cost very quickly later the Pharmacist backtracked after saying he didn’t know us (despite us being long term customers there and living in the area for 10 years). The passport office advised that it didn’t matter that he knew us or not. Rude behaviour and unnecessary stress for our newborn. Makes you wonder if this behaviour would appear in other scenarios in their business.
I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. Even when it was owned by Mr Patel. Myles is a wonderful pharmacist and the lady with the gorgeous curly hair is always so helpful and friendly. I do wish they’d reopen on Saturday’s though.
First of all I would say that it is the Cleanest Pharmacy i’ve ever seen, and the most important thing is that the services by the staff are excellent and efficient and also all the staff are cooperative so it deserves 5 stars.
This pharmacy is very rude no respect or duty of care for long term customer's need even in emergency they won't help you if your prescription is late or whatever and on top of that they are close on weekends - Avoid
I find it hard to believe this pharmacy gets any rating less than 5 stars. The staff are friendly and go and over and beyond to help the local community. Thanks for all your help upto now.
A very efficient and very friendly pharmacy. Staff are well trained and always greet me with a smile. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and the shop is always very well presented.
Visited on 19th August. The staff where very professional. Pharmacist was very knowledgable and willing to go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and patient comfort.
Very tidy pharmacy. Friendly staff. Automatic doors really convenient with buggy! Most reasonable prices for shampoo’s, supplements, oils etc. compare to other local pharmacies!
The pharmacist and his staffs are very professional , helpful , and friendly , with a smile , always gives advice on minor conditions , Glad to have them in area
