10/10!! My partner and I both agree that the florals at our wedding were the most surprisingly stunning part of the day. Not because we didn't think Cry Baby's work would be awesome, but just because we didn't know florals could have that much of an impact on the 'vibe' of the wedding. They were really gorgeous. I miss them!! From the little boutonnieres to the aisle markers to the small arrangements on the tables... we were blown away! We had given Katy & Jacqui a few photo examples of florals we liked, from which they made a moodboard of colors/style that was 100% on point and very helpful. The process of working with Katy & Jacqui was also super easy and seamless. Even when we had to redo our layout because of reduced headcount, they were able to adjust very quickly with no added stress. We also had to pivot late in the game to a new cake vendor, and asked Cry Baby to add flowers to the cake - honestly so glad that ended up happening, because the cake was 10x more beautiful than we were expecting. We hired Cry Baby for our 80-guest September 2022 wedding and I am so, so glad we did! We went with them for two reasons: their gorgeous free-flowing work and the fact that they could provide a reasonable and elegant proposal for our moderate floral needs (other florists seemed to specialize in over-the-top installments and had a hard time scaling down to complement our event). The customer service was fantastic and they kindly hand-delivered the bouquets and boutonnieres to us before traveling to the venue to set up. Jacqui hand-dyed the ribbon to match the groom's suit and got every detail right; the flowers were breathtaking and we still get raves from our guests. I cannot recommend this duo more. I was the type of bride that didn’t have a clear vision for my low key wedding, but knew from their Instagram I was in good hands. It turned out that they knew me better than I knew myself - because they showed up on my wedding day with the most stunning bouquet I had ever seen! By far one of the best wedding florists to work with in NOLA. I emailed so many florists for quotes, most didn’t respond or took weeks provide an estimate, but Katy from Cry Baby answered promptly with a clear estimate. She was so great at responding to all of my emails and updating our proposal throughout the process. Everything was clear and delivered as expected. The flowers at our wedding were beautiful, great quality, and held up the entire time. I gave them some inspiration photos and what they created was better than all of the photos. They are very talented at their craft. I am so happy and grateful that they were our wedding florists!
