Got late dinner and drinks with the wife. I ordered a Manhattan and she got a Aperol Spritz. Both delish. We ordered food and it was out hot and fresh in less than ten minutes. BEST chicken I had in a MINUTE. You can get it battered normal or Nashville hot. It's not actual genuine hot chicken, its just a sauce, so I got it traditional battered with the sauce on the side. So crisp, so fresh. The sauce on it was bomb as well, some light pink sauce similar to 1000 Island. Fries were dope as well. Her mac and cheese was great. Will come back soon.

I wish this was a more positive review because the JW Marriott was a great experience and the drinks at the bar were also great. Maybe it was an off night for the bar staff. Neither of the three bartenders (1 female and 2 males) were friendly or seemed like they wanted to be there. They also couldn't have cared less I was a customer there, even though the bar was relatively empty at 7pm. It was to the point I felt like I shouldn't even be there. You're better off at the bar on the 34th floor for excellent views and service.

I had an outstanding experience at the Cumberland Bar in the JW Hotel. The service was impeccable, and the mixology skills of the bartenders were truly amazing. Every cocktail was a work of art, and the staff was incredibly attentive. A five-star destination for those who appreciate top-notch drinks and service!

...went to JW Marriott Hotel/Bar for the Holiday Snow Globe experience which was disappointing but thankful the Cumberland Bar provided Yummy Cocktails, Delicious small plate delights and Scrumptious chocolate candy cane cake ~ they saved all of our souls last night from a Christmas Eve fail by Night Scape Entertainment

I stayed at the JW Marriott a couple weeks ago and had dinner and some drinks at the Cumberland bar. Staff was extremely friendly and gave great recommendations. I asked about places to visit with large groups and they were very helpful. Seems like a lot of locals like this bar which is always a good sign.

Ryan (alias) was a super bartender! Makes the BEST cosmos. She was very attentive, professional, and provided light conversations at appropriate intervals thru the evening. We hope she will be serving us again in the near future. Love the JW

Stayed at this hotel for a trade show recently but found the bar staff to be generally unfriendly. Got an eyeroll from one of the bartenders when I asked for a napkin. Improvement needed here.

Great ace to get a cocktail, right in the lobby. Was able to go from bar to table when my party arrived and staff was helpful, friendly, and patient.
