Do not buy any care plan from Currys, they do not honour it and give you the run around when it comes to replacement of goods they can't repair. The customer service in South Africa are a bunch of liars that keep fobbing you off. It's been over 3 weeks that I have been out of a washing machine now still waiting for replacement vouchers.

Just come out from the store, Unprofessional customer services. Was looking to purchase a dash camera, but mentioned is not refundable since is open. Well, in uk u have min 14 days for refund items, as this not a grocery or something similar. My thoughts wrong managment in the store. Went to Halfords, purchased with no issue.

We were able to look at a large selection of laptops and buy one. However, perhaps the store should take note of all the one star reviews about staff. They seem to just gather at the entrance and you have to go fetch them to get service. That is if you find the right person to assist you for the type of item you want to buy.

I went to currys beckton and served by a lovely young lady answered all my questions but I found was unfair was she has to work with a cold air blowing on her all day I was there for 15 mins and it was to much and she is in this all day come on currys do something about it nice staff but management step up .

There's a really nice guy who works in there called Mark...he saved me so much money and I left the shop 100s of pounds more in my pocket. I muster of saved £500 at least and I bought 3 items. Thank you mark!! Currys should give you an award for being the best member of staff they have ever had!!

Wrost customer service.. At collection point a old man stands like Manager. When I'm asking questions he's going somewhere without listening my words. How rudee..! I never ever visit that store again. Currys management have train this store people. So many customers disappointed when I'm there.

Worse customer services ever. So many staff working around doing nothing but no one to serve customers waiting more than 40 minutes when asking staff say not my department someone will come. To pay and but we have to take Thier rubbish attitude. Cash customer left the store without buying

What a rubbish customer service! If you're a female you would barely going to be acknowledged there, because every member of staff seems to be very busy chit chatting with the local dealers. Zero respect to the customer and they just send you from one side to another at the store.
