I had a horrible experience with the customer service team. They didnt want to explain any process and were least bothered to help. They asked to go online and order it from there instead of helping in store. When i asked to see the manager, they all formed a group and attacked us and asked to leave. Don’t waste your time and money coming here! Uneducated staff with very poor manners. The upper management should take strict actions because the manager of the store also was least helpful and abused me and my friends. Even after we left the store, they followed us to the parking lot showing us middle fingers. Abusive language was used repeatedly.

Horrendous service in this store. Firstly you need to hunt for a member of staff and then they tell you that’s not my department and shrug their shoulders… find another and they leaves you waiting around and disappears…. Ended up with £100 fine from the parking in the retail park this Curry’s is situated from just waiting on the staff in here to get back with some information on the product I wanted. Staff should be quicker to help customers to avoid their customers getting a parking fine. You only get 75 mins in this ridiculous retail park, now that I have to pay the fine I’m cancelling my order, need the money to pay the fine instead.

The most disappointing aspect was the 'next day delivery' that we paid for. 5 text messages updated us about the delivery during the day for it not to arrive at all, despite saying the driver was minutes away. Waited up until 11pm! Nothing then for 3 days. Currys not at all interested, telling us our dispute was with the delivery firm that we'd paid Currys for! Poor form. No interest once they had our money.

In my 39 years of being a shopper and working in retail, I have never ever experienced customer service so terrible, the Managers behaviour was the worst of all so no wonder why the employees behave the way they do if they have him to follow. The blatant rudeness and disregard for the customers was astonishing. This branch should be shut down. A regional manager should go into this store and pretend to be a customer just so they can see the disgrace they call customer service.

The worst currys in whole London so much staff on show floor, not helping at all they all on mobiles phones. Guy called Rudy when I approached him was listening to the radio on his mobile phone and when I ask him to show me vacuum cleaners he was upset because he was not able to listen to his radio show. Unbelievable orpington currys is much better. I will never comback there apart for my money back. I will definitely return my item due to unprofessional staff in the store

After waiting for 20 minutes to be served , the gentleman that dealt with my order forgot to take my payment and left me waiting for 30 minutes. When he eventually returned to take my payment, he said, "He didn't do it, malice,"and to go downstairs to collect my order. No actual apology was made. When I got downstairs, I thought my item was going back in stock as another gentleman was walking around the store with it. I am very disappointed with the lack of service.

Went to the one on the way to Bromley I’d recommend if you want to be talked at about the product your looking at we found it a pain as we couldn’t concentrate on what we were looking for as he kept following us around and in the end we got what we wanted from online as the bloke in the shop gave a Is no peace to talk and discuss what we wanted we left. Would not go back. Stock in shop was not bad have seen more in bigger stores but not bad for size of store.

A digital electronic store where you can find all computers, laptops etc. The staff is very cooperative and help in selecting the computer we want to buy. Many products on store for sale. Outside free parking is available . Accept both debit and credit card. Store visible from the road. Layout of products is well managed and easy to choose. Some staff members make not be technically good to explain products.

Warehouse has limited stock, but probably proportional to area. Firendly Staff, but stretched so expect a wait. Most importantly... If you drive, which 98% of patrons will, due to location, there is a 75min time restriction on free parking. However, very poorly noticed & £100 for the privilege (with £40 discount if paid on time!! How nice of them!) See staff if you get stung to assist in appealing fine.

Staff at the store are the most unhelpful of any store that I have visited. I enquired about purchasing a Dolby atmos sound bar, and two members of staff did not know the answers to my questions, they they tried to baffle me with incorrect facts. I left the store and contacted Richer sounds, who answered all my questions, I purchased Solby Atmos sound bar from them.

Learned my lesson the hard way that Currys as a whole is a giant mess and no one should ever buy their phone from them if they value their time. You call the support for repair, and they tell you to go to store. You go in to this store and they say you can't get it repaired. Called up the support again and they again tell me to go into the store!! Waste of time.

Understaffed. First time I just left without speaking to anyone. The next time I had to hunt someone down and was told there were only 2 customer service guys for the whole floor with multiple people waiting. When I finally got to speak to someone there was a tech issue and he walked away to sort it.

Big and Sufficient, got everything you would need from tech, was looking for DISPLAYPORT cable and floor assistant managed to find it for me as it was a specific one from online. Also came in for an Ethernet cable found it pretty quickly. Place got a big selection of tech and price ranges! Recommend

Staff is uneducated and ready to fight with customers. Manager thinks he owns the store and they all are allowed to swear at people. They all don’t want to work and asking customers to buy products online as there bones are weakened with the free salary.

Currys, really! I needed a vat receipt and had to wait 20 mins to deal with your business manager, and set up an account that I didn't wan't. Why do I have to go through a special induction to get a tax receipt???

You can waste an hour in the store waiting for a staff member to answer questions and to sell a product. 3 staff hanging around the door chatting and laughing but when asked...it's not their job to help
