Serves nice Italian food with lots of vegetarian options. Started off with bruschetta, toppings & bread were tasty & good match. Tomatoes & olives were fresh & vibrant. Next up the minestrone soup, it's silky in texture & not watery like some. Well balanced taste of tomatoes & seasoning. Liked it. The mains consists of pizza Funghi (crust is crunchy & light), 3 cheese baked penne (melting & pulled cheese) great for cheese lovers. Funghi asparagus risotto is good too. Serving is quite adequate. Lastly we had the mushroom lasagna. It was served with gravy not the typical dry lasagna. Something different but I preferred the cheesey classes. Just a personal preference though. Ambiance was good subtle lightings & tables to cater for larger groups. Wine, coffee are available. For costings, it's above average, be prepared to spend RM 60 & above per pax. Depends on what you order. However, they do serve plain water too. Parking is ample as it's located inside of Paradigm Mall. Worth a try for Italian cuisine.

The ambiance,service , food ALL greatttt!! They have a wide selection of different food which makes it really hard to decide on, that’s the ONLY weakness HAHAHAHA you can look at the menu for quite a long time and still can’t choose which cause literally every single one of the dishes are done perfectly! Highly recommend to order their mushroom soup( super duper creamy and a lot of mushrooms!!!) , carbonara (probably the best I have ever eaten) and their pizza( thin crusted and filled with many toppings) Not crowded on weekdays ,on weekends you may need to reserve a table if you have a big group . Been coming here since young and I would say they have done a very good job on every single dish everything is worth trying . Price is on the higher side but you are paying for the quality!

Been starting to come here frequently for Italian food. This time we tried lasagna, seafood carbonara, and their pizza. One pizza has 8 slices enough for two people. Great food. For people who are looking for a place for a company dinner or a birthday occasion, this is a good place to celebrate your events. Great staff too. I left a belt that I purchased and the staff kept it for me till I came back again. Thank you again to the staff that assisted me. P.S , Love the cocktails.

If you want a great Italian meal, you can’t go wrong with D’italiane. I’ve been having there food for a few years now and their 3 Cheese Baked Penne Pasta is one of the best out there. In fact, all their cream based dishes are very good. Well seasoned and of course the cream coats the insides of your whole mouth. During my recent visit, I tried one of their sandwiches and opted for the sourdough. So my surprise, not only was the bread barely toasted, it doesn’t resemble a sourdough at all. No air pockets, it just looks like a typical slice of white loaf. With that being said, I’d still come back for my favourite dishes such as the penne pasta, clam soup, scallop aglio aglio, pizza and many more.

I have been a regular to D’italiane for many years now and almost always order the same thing. The Calamari Salad is my favourite with light balsamic vinegar dressing and large portion made to share. The pasta you can’t go wrong with Spicy Beef Aglio Olio but this time i tried the Spicy Lamb Aglio Olio and it was just amazing. Love the tingling spicy level as it’s not too overbearing and the additions of roasted cherry tomatoes and sliced olives. I had the watermelon strawberry juice which was perfect to cool down with. And as always D’italiane has a nice ambiance with comfortable seating.

A popular Italian restaurant here at Paradigm mall. The restaurant is big and have different type of seatings: indoor dining table, sofa seating, "outdoor" bar table etc. They have extensive menu for pastas, pizzas and other ala carte like steak, lamb, chicken, seafood and even something for the vegan. We tried the minestrone soup, seabass in herb sauce and a quatro pizza. The minestrone soup was full of vege and had a good flavor; pizza was ok - no crusty edges. The seabass, unfortunately, has a fishy taste (probably due to unproper defrozen process). I would expect something better as it cost me MYR 55. Again the restaurant is big and hence it might take a while for you to be served. But at least the place is clean and staffs are attentive.

Food is not bad, but the service really needs to be improved. Came by for a weekday lunch, the place wasn’t too packed. At first they brought the wrong drink, then they confirmed that they did receive my original order and were making it. After that, I had to follow up again and they brought me a white drink. I ordered something with matcha so this was definitely not right, hence it had to be sent back again. Aside from that, I ordered linguine as my pasta of choice but received spaghetti. I had confirmed with the staff taking the order, but it took so long for the food to arrive that I couldn’t be bothered sending it back again. At least the dish tasted decent. All in all, not huge problems but definitely not keen on coming back again.

I ordered seafood ravioli which was supposed to be stuffed with white fish, prawn, and scallop, but the server told me it's smoked salmon ravioli instead? I had to confirm with the manager that it's not smoked salmon ravioli because that's not what I ordered. idk if the server or the chef were at fault, but there seemed to be a miscommunication. Otherwise the food was good. Margarita came late after the ravioli, I had to tell them I hadn't got it to make them bring it to me. I'm just disappointed that restaurant after restaurant in Malaysia that serve good food can't get basic customer service right, and idk if it's because as a lone customer, they don't pay me as much importance as group parties. Just tired of the overall ineptitude.

Was there for a Friday dinner. It was not crowded. Food was good with good portions as recommended by the staff. 4 adults shared and it was pretty filling. Had the seafood paella, mix bruschetta platter, calzone, and D'italiane Sicilian Chicken Salad. Loved the ambience as you could choose to sit out or in, we chose out. Good customer service and would like to especially mention Daud who took the time to recommend the food and ensuring we were comfortable throughout the night.

Food is delicious except the waiter that served us have no clues of when to serve dessert. He served us ice cream even before our main course arrived. We asked to return the ice cream first but was later found out the ice creams with holder on it was just sitting in the freezer the whole time. I can see the melted bottom part of it. The worst part is he didn't apologize and shown face of displeased. Good food but 1-star service. Would rate 0 - star of thereosuch option.

Food is good with a variety of choices. I liked the lamb shank but the portion was a bit small. The spinach ravioli was delicious, a must try. We did not try the pizza but most other tables ordered pizza and they looked good. Will try the pizza next time. Good ambience, spacious. Service was quite good, maybe because it was not so crowded on a Sunday night. They have set group menu for 1-3pax, 1-4pax, and for bigger groups. If you want value for money, can try it. The downside is you can't pick what you want. It's located "outside" of the main Paradigm Mall shopping building, right below Fitness First.

Cozy place... Really enjoyed the ambiance here... Comfortable seats and great lighting... Food was really tasty.... Loved the mushroom soup and Garlic bread. The pizza and Aglio Olio here was really good.. The food is quite bit pricey, but it's worth the money you are paying... Good service, tasty food and awesome ambiance...

Great service and attentive to customers whilst i was there. Very hospitable and accomodating when bringing family to dine in. Food is very nice, the carbonara improved and felt lighter to eat than last time( last time had too much oil i think). Only thing that the food should improve is making it more affordable so i can come with family more often.

Seafood Marinara was good and we enjoyed the fresh tomato based, salmon alfredo and carbonara was creamy and please note that all the pasta comes in pretty decent portion, 1 pasta definitely sufficient for 1 pax. Mushroom soup is good too. Price is reasonable for the portion given even though they increased price slightly compared to before.

Overall Delicious foods. Salmon Alfredo is creamy, pasta al dante, salmon chunks are not overcooked, only complain is the portion of meat considering the price is at higher end. Woodfire Pizza is to die for, the crust is crispy & not dry with fainting smells of wood, personally think hawaiian & pepperoni tasted best. Chantilly cake is smth you will not find in bakery, layer of oreo crumbs, salted caramel, cream & rich chocolate. Signature Lamb shank is tender, taste nice but nth special.

Staff should know what food are not available not after we ordered. Next tables that came later already get their food but we have yet to be served. Then food arrived before our drinks and we have to ask 2 times before they send the drinks. Taste is also nothing great and worst thing was we keep saying thank you but none of the staff even bother to say Welcome. Worst customer service ever

Wonderful food and great tolerance by the workers /staffs. Was a little slow to take orders due to big crowd but in the end was a great team job! We dine in around 25 people and they manage us really well. Left over food were requested to be packed...and they did it all well without saying no or can't. Hope to come again soon and enjoy the food.

OMG, really like to dine here with Friends. I'm not sure whether good or not at first. But my friends all wanted pizza, and we decided to go here. Really worth it! Might take some time to prepare for food but worth the wait. If you're dining with friends, time flies while waiting anyway. Haha. Will try their pasta next time I'm here!

Another branch of D'Italiane but the qualities are still good. Staffs are good in serving and helpful. Foods and drinks are good. Ordered 2 pastas to try and they are delicious and nicely presented. Caffe Latte is served in a nice cup. Prices are above average. Accepts all type of E-Wallet and credit cards.

The pasta are so good. Although I would say that the claims in the seafood marinara doesn't taste an amazing-fresh, the meal in overall is pretty good. Had the smoked duck aglio olio, it's wonderful. Apart from the smoked duck slices itself, the whole plate itself have a hint of the smoked duck taste.

A lot of pasta choices, and the food quality is not bad. There are also a lot of tables. Which is easy to find a seat during lunch time. However, the location is not inside the main mall, have to walk out from the 2nd level to reach there.

Nice place with lunch atmosphere and large selection of dishes. I felt that olive oil and Balsamico as well as the bred basket was missing to make it a nice dining experience. Portions are large almost European, so if you have a small stomach sharing might be best.

Four meals all great. Service was friendly and helpful. The ambiance was mediocre but overall a come back to place for a good meal

Horrible service, server was very inexperienced. Salad and soup took 30/45min to serve and other food like spaghetti took 45min above. You want the fastest food will be pizza, first dish to come. Food is ok but service itself it horrendous.

I went to this place yesterday. I absolutely love the environment, they have really good lighting for perfect pictures. Mom and I tried an italian dish( not sure of its name but it is made out of rice and mushrooms ) it tasted pretty good❤

This restaurant is located nearby Escape. Comfortable space, staff are friendly and good service. They have a lot of choices, you can enjoy various food and drink. The taste is a bit too strong.

Never fail us each time we dined here. Loved their angel hair scallops and pizza, really authentic! Their dessert also delicious, had the chocolate brownie with banana and ice cream, lovely!

The price not worth it with quality of food. The seafood pasta like mee goreng mamak. Unpresentable. My food lasagna just put on the dinner plate. My first n last here.
