My review is about the self service car wash. They have the option of an automatic wash which is the $12 wash the others keep referring to. I was happy to see that they have a credit card reader, which added for convenience. Something strange, though, is it would bend your card in a weird way. I only used the high pressure rinse to get the salt off my car. Saying it is high pressure is very generous. The wash took significantly longer than what would be expected because the pressure was so low I had to keep it in place to remove the salt. The water wasn't warm either. I still ended up paying about $5.00 to wash the car, which is much better than the automatic washer, but that's just for a rinse and I am doing the work. Most other self service car washes with decent water pressure tend to cost around $3.00 when I just go in for a rinse. At the end of it all, I still wouldn't say my car looked comparable to places I have been to in the past for the same type of wash. If one is presented with an option, I would recommend going elsewhere.

It's okay. If they would just put a little money back into that business they would have a gold mine! I used the high pressure soap to wet my truck down and it was straight water. Next I chose foam brush and thankfully it was kicking out gobs of foam soap. The arms that the brush and sprayer are connected to are bent so they jammed up and this was all while I'm trying to beat the clock. You only get 2 extra minutes if you rescan your debit/ credit card before the original time runs out. Like I said if they just maintained the equipment and kept the fluids stocked that place would pay for itself and they would barely have to do anything. The location is perfect and plenty of traffic flows by there. More people would stop if it didn't look so janky and ran down. I vowed not to ever wash another car there after multiple trips and no soap, vacuum broke, etc. but I gave them another chance and it's been good enough but man it could be so much better!

Well it was once a good idea that someone had but it went wrong real quick and now it's just an eyesore that's very seldom in business, But on a positive note it has the potential to be open year round but these days it's almost impossible to find people that want to work, Or one's that will do the job they were hired to do, It seems everyone just wants to get paid for doing nothing, And customer service is down right disgusting in Indianapolis, I haven't found a business in the past 25 yrs that gave perfect customer service with a smile, But business owners are so desperate for employees that quality services has taken a back seat to simply having warm bodies to fill those positions.

I was unaware this is mostly a cashless carwash, I got $10 in quarters out of their change machine to find out there's only one stall that takes quarters, but somebody pulled up and was using that stall to wash their car and I didn't have time to wait, so then I used my card well then the water didn't come on, so I move to a different stall used my debit card again and was finally able to wash my car. However there was a thick layer of mud on the floor. At the very least you should have a sign at the change machine saying credit or debit cards only for a wash unless you get lucky and get in the stall that takes quarters. I didn't use the vacuum so I don't know how you pay for that.

I washed my car and I used their bug remover, I washed and rinsed my car afterwards.. The bug remover ate the paint and everything off the front of my bumper, now I have to figure out what I’m going to do about this terrible looking bumper that their chemicals have caused..I wash and clean my car daily to keep it looking good and now my car looks horrible in the front because of this place and the bug remover. Very unsatisfied and very unhappy.. I should’ve left my car dirty Like it was before I came here and had a terrible experience.. I called several times and no response to see what could be done about this issue.. very upsetting

Have called and left messages asking for someone to call me back. I paid for a car wash and waited my turn. When it was my turn to go in, the person leaving backed up slowly and then stopped so that I could not enter for my car wash that I’d just paid for. The doors shut while the car in front of me was still in there and it started to run!! I had to them pay again immediately for it to let me actually get my car washed. Called that day and asked someone call me back about either getting refunded for one of the washes or at least getting some kind of credit to get what I paid for. $24 for one car wash is not right.

Used the self serve carwash and had major issues with loosing money and not receiving the time I paid for several times, when i finally finished washing. I used the vacuum, and it wouldn't properly work either. Knocked on the door and didn't get an answer, called the number on the door and online , and I never received an answer or all back after leaving several voice-mails , also I emailed as well to try to get a response or a call back , never received a call back or an email following up . Super bummed about the situation because normally I love this car wash , it's convenient, and usually cost effective.

All the quarter machines in the parking lot don't work took like $4 of mine. Went through the automatic one dryer didn't even come on I don't recommend this place at all I've been going there for years I don't know what happened. So I went again today, tried to get some tire cleaner took my money, paid 13 dollars get car wash dryer didn't come on. What's going on with this place I've been going here for years. Seems like it's going down do I try give it another go around. Even worse this time. Wand broke, handle broke, brush fell off. Couldn't find any one to help with the problem.

I was always a huge fan of this car wash. In the last year, it seems I have nothing but problems when I go, no matter which bay I use. This is very convenient for me being close to home but I may start using another car wash. Review update 10/3/22 The quality of this car wash is rapidly declined. Most of the control panels are either broken or not functioning at all. Almost every hose for sprayer and foam brush are leaking and poorly repaired. This will be my last visit. I've used this car wash for 5+ years, it's really unfortunate to see the condition of this facility recently.

I paid for the $12 car wash. My truck was still dirty after going thru the wash. My truck wasn't even that dirty in the first place. While I was filling out the 'complaint' form, a lady walked over and asked if I knew how to use cash for the automatic wash. She looked at my truck and noticed it was still dirty, so she skipped getting her van washed. I have pics I took after the car wash. UPDATE 11/1/2017: Haven't heard anything from this business on getting a refund. The bay I used was also closed for several days after I was there, so there was an issue with that wash bay.

More like paint stripper. Never going back to this car wash EVER! I wish zero stars was an option. The "touchless" wash broke as I was inside of it and the arm drug along the passenger side of my vehicle causing white scuff marks. Thankfully no one was waiting in line behind me and I was able to reverse out before causing further damage. The two numbers on the wall are useless. The 800 number just rings and rings and no answer. The other number rings and picks up to a full voicemail mailbox so you can't even leave a voicemail.

None of the vacuums work. There is no option to get the money back and no workers are on site. Also the change machine doesn’t work.I ended up leaving and getting change elsewhere. I came back and decided to give the car wash a chance. That was awful as well. The water pressure didn’t clean the car at all, so i went to use the brush and shocking i know, but that didn’t work either. I spoke with a couple other residents trying to get there car washed as well and they all had the same issues. I would stay away from here.

**Edit. Was finally able to talk with someone from the company and did receive codes to redeem washes. Also received a call back from another employee who wanted to assist and personally apologize. Purchased the special going on for multiple washes because I have always liked this place, but the machine was out of paper. Since I didn’t get a receipt, I don’t have a code to redeem my other washes. I have emailed, called, and filled out the form online, but no response. Absolutely shameful.

I paid $5 for self service wash but only water and soap was available. Tire cleaner, Bug remover, pre-soak, High pressure soap, rain-x and spot-free wasn’t available! This is not acceptable. I left with my car unclean and to wash it at other place. I was there specifically for bug removal and pre-soak, but both weren’t available. Soap wasn’t of my use and only water didn’t help me. There were no visible signs indicating any of these out of service. Look elsewhere!

Was just there washing my truck on 31 May 2020. I was in the first do it yourself wash bay. First off it takes an average of 10 seconds or more for the functions to change and then they stop working at step 6. So you can't go past the power wash, so no rainX or clear coating and you can't stop it. There is no one on site to fix the issues ot get a refund. Avoid this place unless you like to get robbed. If I could give negative stars I would.

Horrible. That's all i can say. Went to get my car washed since is close to where I work. The car came out of the automatic wash worse than it was. Unfortunately there are no minus star rating but I wouldn't recommend this place. Waste of money. I call and left a voice mail at the number that appeared on RECEIPT since I was not able to get anyone to answer my call and no one was at office located on site. I took pictures of the after "wash"

Worst car wash in the area. Credit ONLY at all but 1 or 2 bays,vacuums need cleaned. Tire cleaner tank was obviously empty as i got 3 or 4 squirts before plain water came out. Also foam brush was literally broken off completely from the hose. Lastly, carpet shampoo machine took my $ and the other one had coin stuck in the slot. Used to be decent back a few years ago. Dont waste your time or money . Unclean,half out of order facilities .

I came here to wash my truck and I tried out the self service first, all was going well until I put in $10 and it stayed at 1 minute. So I thought I'd give it another try and tried the automated wash and granted the touch less wash is neat, the wash left my completely wet, the dryers didn't do much but blow the water around on my truck. The help box didn't even have any slips to fill out for me to get a refund! Horrible experience

No point in going here. Went two weeks ago and every single self service bay had an issue from; card reader not accepting 3 different credit cards, no pressure out of the “high pressure” gun, foam brush not producing foam, and just the place is ran down and not taken care of. After I saw someone just leave brushes on the ground I knew I wouldn’t be back. Who wants to scratch their paint with the rocks and debris on the ground???

This place is in very very poor condition, I went got quarters from the machine went back to wash my car and there is small stickers over the slot the quarters go in that say no cash on every single stall , why wouldnt you put that on the change machine , so I thought I would go thru automatic wash both was closed, their website said they was open 24 hour , this place needs new owners or they need to fix it up ,

Took my $11 from my debit card then I noticed the spray arm was hanging straight down and would be banging down on my car. NO ATTENDANT of course! Called phone number-no answer and voice mail full. No slips to fill out for refund. I used my own paper and when I put in their mailbox I noticed some from Aug 3rd..today is Aug 15! From reading the other reviews no one is getting refunds! No web site

I tried the touchless deluxe wash and there were some stubborn stains which didn't come off, but it worked well for the most part. Recently I tried their self-serve car wash and I strongly recommend it. My credit card didn't work on one of the bays so I moved on to the next one. They had 3-4 working bays. I wasnt charged for the earlier one. I will visit this place again for their self service car wash.

This is the third time I have had issues. First time, there was not soap dispensed on the right side of my vehicle, second time there was still soap on my vehicle and yesterday it would not take my credit card and when i paid cash it did not give me change. Nothing letting me know it had no change to give or that the credit card was not being accepted....feeling taken advantage of.

This place WOULD be Great, if even most of their payment machines and cleaning equipment worked. I've been there 10 times, trying to pressure wash my vehicles, and every time, there is no ATM, the Credit Card machines don't work, most bays don't except Bills, and only 1 or 2 bays only work on Quarters. If you can fix the pay stations to actually work, this place would be great.

I have gone twice and tried two different spray bays. Both of them didn’t seem to work well. Not very much pressure and seemed to lack actually soap and what not for some of the settings. There are no other spray bays in the area or else I would go somewhere else. Would love it if they could make this place a little nicer. I would bet they get more business that way aswell.

I stop going to this place, their machines are some not working right, sometimes doesn't take credit cards and asked you to pay with cash. The problem with cash is that it doesn't returned you change. When I call and left a message I never got a call back. This is the reason why I got unlimited car wash some place where they really care about their customers.

Just bought a 75,000 Dodge Ram 3500 and drove through the dust storm in Colorado and Kansas yesterday. So today I went to Dirt stripper car wash to rinse off the dust and dirt. I used the foam brush and it worked fine, the turned to rinse and NOTHING, didn't work. So I pulled into the next stall and the same thing, didn't work. Save your money this place is a rip-off.

Best touchless yet!! It's a nice pretty carwash. The premises is clean and the touchless area looks pretty cool with the colored lights. The soap also smelled good. While traveling, it's rare to find a touchless that works properly.. as we have been WASTING our money in these things for a year now. It's hard to find a touchless period!

I didn't go in...but the guys that were attending were fantastic. I was lost and looking for another business and didn't realize you drive in and they take your vehicle and run it through the wash. Regardless they powered through to get me room to squeeze by and venture back on my way. Most polite people especially without making a sale.

Not very good, when one bay isn’t working, I say ok it must have just went down but when two or three not working on a sunny Saturday morning. Come on. And the reason for this review, the bay I did use was working just enough. Foam brush hardly worked, and the high pressure rinse was spraying two streams. I guess it had a rough night

Very dirty place vacuums do not work well only 2or3 stalls to wash you ride even work and there's been numerous robbery's occured there and also you can not use money you must use card to swipe not to mention the soap comes out so thick it will cost you an additional 5.00 to rinse offyouhoopty lol I mean ride thanks have a nice day

This place is even worse than their bad reviews. 4 of the 8 bays closed. The one I used the wand hose didn't swivel making it difficult if not impossible to get around the vehicle. The leak on my wand had more pressure than the output. Just throw your money out the window while driving by and save yourself the aggravation.

The vacuum took $2 and didn't turn on I'm going back to try another one and hope for the bestWhen I got two more vacuums took my money I finally found a working one in the back now I only come here because your guys's vacuums are the strongest but after wasting $5 last night it doesn't make me want to come back

Zero stars. Put $2 in quarter to soap up my car. Put $3 in quarters to rinse my car. The bay I was in the rinse feature did not work. Had no choice but to move another Bay. Out of quarter had to debit $5 to rinse my car. Sucks. $10 I should have just went to Mike's. Use at your own risk. You've been warned.

I'm sorry but this place is run down. I did a thorough washing and my vehicle still looked dirty. Credit card swipe didn't work in two separate bays. I had to pay cash and after the rinse cycle the last three options weren't available. It's time to replace this carwash with a parking lot for race parking.

Laser wash is great. It did however only give us aprox 40 seconds of dry time. The one up north gave us 90 seconds. Also the laser wash did not wash the rockers very well. Price should be lowered a few dollars because of this in my opinion. However, decent laser touch less wash.

They owe me $8 and will not return my call. The raggedy carwash took $8 but wouldnt accept the last dollar so I couldnt get a wash. It also wouldnt give me the other $8, just a refund receipt that means nothing when there is nowhere to submit it. The vacuums barely work...trash!

Typical waste of money if you go through the automated wash. No brushes equals no clean. Paid $12 just to have clean water spots on my car. And the timer for the air dryer is about invisible, so I left with only a half dry car. Never coming here again unless I wash it myself.

The boxes are damaged if you think you use coins, if they accept cards. For coins it doesn't work guys... only the vacuum cleaner if they are improving previously only 1 washer was working I went again and the others are already working... it's a shame you can't use it.

Really disappointed. I paid for the $12 wash and all three times with a lightly dusty car and it does not clean it barely at all. There is still dust and the spot free rinse isn't really spot free. The touchless wash in Kokomo does a great job so it's only this wash.

Some things work, but it will eat your money until you find out which ones work. Not properly attended to. Money changers often don't work so can leave your wash unfinished. Despite this, it tends to be full. It's a shame, as it doesn't have much nearby competition.

Been going to this self serve bay wash on and off since it was built, haven't been in a few years and stopped in to wash my sons car the other day, everything was great other than Water pressure was poor which makes it difficult to finish car in the time allowed.

First, a basic carwash was $9 and it didn't get the dirt or bird droppings off. I would have been real unhappy had I spent $16 for their ultimate. Then I stopped outside the automatic wash to dry and the trashcans were overflowing. For the price, I expect better.

No self washing stalls worked, money machines were either ripped from walls or too damaged to work. A combination of “type of folks” who destroy/steal from their own community and/or management. I don’t think this place will be here much longer-sad.

Super rude guy working in there after we got our car wash, came outside and yelled at us for using some of the complimentary items for cleaning up your car as if we weren't classy enough for that car wash... very upsetting and disappointing as well.

I would leave no stars but it won't allow that. I sat in line for 30 minutes and left with my car I. The exact same shape. No one on premises to help with questions so the car in front of me took my wash and I won't be reimbursed. NEVER AGAIN!

its pretty run down. missing hoses for vacuums. looks to me like it is neglected by its owner or management. it kinda made me sad being here. i used to come here all the time i hate giving bad reviews but this place definitely needs a revamp.

This cool set up was at INDIANAPOLIS 500. Last may. It was Trump supporter official set up. Selling mega hats free bumper stickers it was great. People loved it big crowds all weak end yes weak !!! End I was camped ACROST street. Place rocked

My first and last experience was bad, when I am going to pay, the display show $2.00 and when I check my bank balance, you charge me $10.50 ???this is completely abusive and never gave any receipt for that, I will never come back again.

The vacuum took my money and didn't work and when I went to wash my car I also got a shower. The wash was supposed to be 2.00 but my card was charged 5.00 both times I went. The car wash soaked my new shoes along with my clothes.

Place is an absolute dump. Half the bays don't work and just eat your money. I've tried calling to see if I could get credit or a refund multiple times. The bays that do work usually have something wrong. Don't waste your time.

Great if you have a soft top lifted jeep or large truck. I always get the most expensive wash and I still have to wipe down my vehicle after the wash doesnt clean well, but it's the only touchless that I know of.

Two of the machines took my money with no product,just a few of the vacuums work there are hardly any products in the machines and the sprayers for car scents do not work.Sad that it has gone downhill so much!

I used to live this place, but it surely has gone down hill. Half the bays are broke, none of the dispensers work. Had 5 dollars eaten by the machines. I'd avoid this unless you need a quick rinse.

Takes your money and nothing works the way it should. It charged me $40 by saying not authorized but charging me everytime. Dump of a place nothing ever works. Shut it down or get a new owner.

Very good car wash. The property is well maintained and all the machines worked. I used the automated car wash and it didn't get my car completely cleaned but it really wasn't noticable.

The vacuums will take your money, but they will not work. You will get soaked if you try to just rinse your mats the sprayers are faulty. This place needs repairs and an overhaul.

Touchless carwash does an acceptable job, when it's working, which is rare now. Self washing bays mostly do not work, equipment broken except to charge you. Find somewhere else.

Bays were dirty ( not from one day use) no soap for high pressure sprayer but the credit card use only isn't bad,soap only in foam brush take the spray nozzle to clean brush

Garbage! My water hose has more pressure! No cleaning supplies came out of tire cleaner or bug off and leaked from the ceiling the whole time smh. Don’t waste your money.

Auto car wash always dissapointing. Horrible broken machines. Car wash wouldnt remove fresh washable paint marker. All bird poop and underbody dirt also stayed on my car.

Most of their self-wash stalls are broken, and none take coins, even though they have a coin changer machine. The automatic wash is $9, which I thought was too high.

We go and reserve a spot to park ever year for indy 500. That's it we never washed the trucks there. But it's a nice place and very clean. The owner is very nice.

We recently moved and found this place at the intersection of Auburn and Crawfordsville Road. It was easy in and out and the car wash was great. I will be back.
