Horrible Experience. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. This place is disgusting. OSHA needs to investigate!! The BBB needs to know as well!! I chose them because of the late hours but PLEASE don't bring your kids here. I watched the Dr. walk through the office with gloves on touching everything. I watched him wash them like they were just his hands and paper towel dry them off. EWE!!! The staff pick and choose which Covid protocols they choose to enforce and the entire office has no idea what common courtesy is or how to communicate effectively. The Dr. patronized me and belittled me when I asked him to change his gloves before he touched my child. He did not, he sent me out of his office and insisted only one parent was allowed back, My hubby went back. It's not hard to communicate to patients parents what is going on with the Dr.s schedule. Just let the unsuspecting patients know they will be waiting 2 hours, Maybe offer the option to reschedule or if they still want to wait it is their option. Communication is key, AND FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE CHANGE YOUR GLOVES AFTER EVERY PATIENT!!!!! The only good thing that came from our visit is my kids said the nurse nurse "very nice". seems unfortunate for her to work for such a dirty Dr.

Best urgent care pediatrician. The doctor is beyond amazing! She's so sweet and caring. Listens to everything you have to say and does not cut you off. Definitely coming back worth the wait. Thank you for taking care of my daughter!!!

The girl at the front has a very bad attitude! Cussed in front of my kids and had zero patience for anyone and bothered by anyone at her counter. Because of her alone ... I will not be back!
