I liked Dr. Plummer for a long time, but i just can’t deal with the unprofessional behavior exhibited by her and her staff. I received prescription medication for an illness that was greatly needed and i never receieved the medication, because she forgot to send it to the pharmacy! How do you forget to send essential medication to your patient? Then I had an ultrasound that i was concerned about, and i called the ultrasound place, they informed me they faxed it to Dr. Plummer days ago. Ive been calling every day nobody at the office ever answers the phone. You have to call about 5 times to get one person to answer. They are extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Look into a different primary care doctor if you want a doctor that shows she cares about her patients and their health. She will decline prescription refills without telling you anything which forces you to make an appointment with the office. The service is just terrible and I am over it.

I have several rather serious medical issues and was recommended to Dr. Plummer about 3 weeks ago. Her nurses were wonderful, but she did not listen and seem to care. She prescribed me 3 medications, 2 of which make no sense and took a blood sample. Of course I tired to call and figure out why she prescribed the medications as well as get blood results. The first call I was told that they would call me back winton 24 hours with my results and an explanation. No call. Second call they told me Dr. Plummer would be writing me a note shortly. No note. Third call I left a voicemail. No reply. Fourth call voicemail again. It has been 3 weeks I still do not know why 2 medications were prescribed to me or the results of my blood tests. If you want a caring doctor who will explain things to you and is open for communication, DO NOT go see Dr. Paula Plummer.

this woman was my doctor when i was a child, from the age of 12 up to the age of 16. she was dismissive of me (even at 16), and would examine my glands, while asking my mother how i was feeling. she rarely spoke directly to me, and ignored me several times, when i complained of what was later diagnosed as a fairly serious mitral valve regurgitation. when i was 13, i tried very seriously to kill myself: i took 550 Extra Strength Excedrin. according to every MD and pharmacist who has ever heard the example has said that an adult would not have survived--but i did, no thanks at all to paula plummer. my mother called the doctor's service, the doctor called back, and an ambulance WAS NEVER CALLED. she is terrible. if you want to die, or for your children to be misdiagnosed as a matter of course, by all means, go see this quack.

I’ve been with Dr Plummer for a while. Love her as a doctor but my appointment from Friday with another Doctor in her office was the worst. Her staff has also dropped the ball. Have called several times about my prescription being filled and keep getting the run around. Doctor forgot to sign the prescription and the pharmacy has been trying since Friday to fill my prescription. Called and spoke with her staff and was told the paperwork was sent to the pharmacy only to find out they are still waiting. Called and left a message yesterday after being told it was taken care of and as of today, the pharmacy is still waiting for them to send the correct paperwork! Very disappointing!

Behind every great doctor is an even better staff. The front office staff and nurses at Dr. Plummer office are outstanding. Helpful, informative, respectful and extremely friendly are a few words to describe the staff. Most people dread going to the doctors office but I feel at home. I know after talking to the nurses I feeling less stress out about my current situation at the time. If your looking for a doctors office that provides you with accurate medical records when you need them, appointments at your convince and prescription refill on time. Then Dr Plummers office is what your looking for…

Don't recommend it. I went for a check-up more than a month ago and I still haven't received my test results. I called them to ask about this, and I was told it was sent by mail. I told them I did not receive it and they said they were going to call me back. They never did. Also, I thought it was weird the fact that they did not have me do a urine exam. That's usually something I do because I've been taking cholesterol medicine for years now and doctors usually want to see how my liver is doing. Overall bad experience and lack of attention by doctor and staff. I definitely won't be going back.

Not Recommended at all… they leave you in the blank, never got my results back, I had to call several time and beg for them to actually read my lab work and prescribe me medication, literally I had to beg them, I downloaded my own lab result, and look on google what they means and what was wrong with me, because Dr. Plummer failed miserably to do so! Is she just taking money from people? Because theres a lot of reviews from people with even greater health issues that I have and this doctor just left them in the blank…. So unprofessional

Very disappointed in the low quality "physical" I received today. No blood work, she ignored my concerns and gave me vague general recommendations and a tennis shot. The Dr didn't look in my ears or throat. 1st time coming here and I regret that my insurance will be charged for a barely done exam. The crazy part is that I waited t 11:30 am to be seen and hadn't eaten a thing for no reason... I guess I should have paid attention to the bad reviews. Back to looking for a new primary physician

I have been going to Dr. Plummer and her staff since 2008. She is very attentive and has resolved a lot of matters for me through the years. Her guidance in my health has been a huge impact in my well being today. Her staff is so helpful and never have i thought to change docs. I pay more for my health plan to make sure she is still in network. Love what you and your staff do. Thank you!

Dr. Plummer has been my doctor for many years. I am thankful for her expertise, her knowledge and caring. She is an extraordinary doctor and person. I am very thankful for every time she has seen me so ill and she diagnosed me and treated me to healing. I can be complicated medically but she knows what need every time. Thank you Dr Plummer!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Plummer for 30 years. We used to have issues with the old office staff but the new staff are friendly and professional, especially today the young trainee and her trainer were great!

I love how Dr Plummer is always willing to listen to me and my multiple conditions and she is always prompt to refer me to any other Doctor I may need, she is very kind.

Dr. Plummer is a brilliant, compassionate and an amazing doctor. The office personnel Cindy, Brittany & Ella are very nice, polite, patient and professional.
