I was cheated in Equity bank Fort Portal I withdraw 1500,000/- Irene gave me 1000 notes for 500 000/ that the whole Bank had 1000 notes only but when I counted the money was less by 50,000/ Equity bank please check on Fort Portal branch

Very disorganised qué and most disappointing wait. I went there to change my phone number and renew my card. But no following a que. No tokens, no one to stop others from overtaking.

Equity accepts a maestro ATM card and does not charge 10,000 UGX per withdrawal.
