"Super clean"
"One of my favorite charging stations in the city"
"Place is a scam"
"For Lo, I have proclaiméd that there shall be Decent Parking in a very busy neighborhood on the Lower East Side of a place called Manhattan"
"lowest priced parking in NYC"
Super clean. Great attendants that really look after the place. No BS pricing. It’s $8 first hour and $3 thereafter. I think that is $77 a day. Super good if your just going for a half a day or in and out. Be warned that the EV chargers are in very high demand now. I’ve been parking here for years and have always rolled up on multiple open chargers. This past weekend all the chargers were full even after checking back in a few times. Plus tons of EVs parked in spots w no chargers so maybe they were waiting too. Just an FYI to don’t count on getting a charger.
One of my favorite charging stations in the city. Multiple CHadMo, CCS and J1772. You have to download the EV Connect app to use the stations. Free to charge but you have to pay for parking. $8 for the first hr, and $3 after that. DC FAST are usually open but even if you have to leave it at a slow charger for a few hours it’s not too expensive. I left my Nissan for about 6.5hrs at the Lvl 2 while I hung out in the area. Total was $32 and I left with a 100% charge.
Place is a scam. Do not charge your car here. I charged my car for less than an hour, went to leave, inserted my ticket into the machine and the machine ate my ticket without offering a payment option. I went to the manager to let him know what happened and he insisted that I lost my ticket and made me pay 70 bucks (lost ticket fee)to leave. Bro must’ve went to Gaslight University. There’s something shady going on there.
For Lo, I have proclaiméd that there shall be Decent Parking in a very busy neighborhood on the Lower East Side of a place called Manhattan. Why there aren't more municipal parking lots on every corner? I don't know. I'm afraid that they're all doubling in price soon, and while that's sad, we've had it too good for too long, and alas, our parking karma (hyuk, hyuk) must be balanced, as all things should be.
lowest priced parking in NYC.I have been a customer for over twelve years and never had an issue with anybody. it is true that the facility is full in most mornings but that is not the parking's fault.unfortunately the city has closed the other parkings that were on Delancey st and this is the only one affordable one left, the rest of the parkings are private and very expensive.
Most reasonably priced parking lot in Chinatown. It's about a 1/2 mile walk from the heart of Chinatown, but it was well worth paying only $8.50 instead of $65 to park. The other benefit to this lot is that it is self park. You can lock your belongings in the car and not have to worry about the people valeting getting into your stuff.
Anyone that says there are spaces must be really lucky. On Saturday, there are no parking spaces in the morning. Practically every space is taken up by monthly payers and I guess they don't go anywhere. Better luck finding street parking than here. Wish they would build more of these instead of apartments.
This is probably the most affordable parking in the area. Very conveniently located near the T and it is self-park. Patrolled by a security guard. Arrived on Friday 11pm, left Monday at 10AM. Paid $130 on exit. Accepts credit cards, you insert ticket and credit card at the gate on exit.
Very conveniently located if you're going to the Lower East Side. Not even that far from Chinatown (maybe 10-15 min walk.) Huge advantage is that you can self-park. And the price is very reasonable for Manhattan. There should be 100 of these municipal parking lots in Manhattan!!
Great parking garage in middle of a busy area. It is self service and very reasonably priced. Short walking distance to a lot of different restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. we are very glad to have found this place and wish there were more of these across New York City.
This sounds nuts, but this is a really good place to place park if you are going to do stuff in this neighborhood. I go on the weekends and have not experienced it full. Because it is a municipal garage it is not too expensive.
Place is super expensive, left the car the and I ended up paying $122 for two nights but that's is fine. The problem was the lady at the station while paying. She was super agresive, rude and looked so freaking miserable.
Their charges for EVs don’t work, and then they still charge you for your time in the garage even if you were just looking for a working EV charger - maybe it’s a good place to park but don’t go there to charge your EV!
Literally the cheapest, most efficient, and largest self-parking garage in the LES area. Sometimes I even park here just to head uptown on the F train because parking further north in Manhattan becomes really pricey.
Reserved but approachable staff. Clean restroom for customers. Fast charging stations are always available, as well as the regular charging, they have two floors with the regular chargers. And great area ofc.
Its an excellent parking lot, you pay 8 dollars and every extra hour its 3 dollars, for now on december 6th 2020, it has cameras everywhere, if you are in downtown its the best option for parking.
Easy access parking, it is the best thing in this area, i hope we can have more municipal parking all over the city like this one! Also the staff working there are very kind and helpful!
Self parking right in the city, was so much more convenient than options where I can't re-visit my car when I happen to forget something in it :)
How come I never know about this garage. Very good parking price and EV charger actually deliver full rated power. Deserve more than 5 stars
No problem with parking here as there's always a space. Looks like a safe place to park too. Near Delancey station.
Essex parking probably is the best self parking lot in the Manhattan. It has amazing pricing and almost has space.
The place is well kept, however, I wish they had an early bird special, they are a bit pricey
Easy place to park. Rates were kinda expensive but what isn't in NYC these days.
Very convenient and affordable parking that's much needed in downtown Manhattan.
Nice and clean with great rates. Best parking garage I found in the city
The manager is really helpful and friendly, and the other folks too.
High prices for overnight. $77.00. That's crazy !
The best parking ever, very safe and clean lover.
Very clean and inexpensive self-park garage.
