Ogólnie to nie jestem klientem tej firmy (bardziej chodzi tu o Panią która tam pracuje, lecz rzutuje to na wizerunku firmy). Otóż wylądowałem wieczorem w Poznaniu , udałem się na stanowiska firm wypożyczających auta. No i nie zobaczyłem loga firmy z której miałem zarezerwowane auto. Z wszystkich firm tylko w europcar była osobą z obsługi. Podszedłem i kulturalnie zapytałem się " przepraszam Panią , czy wie Pani może gdzie znajdę firmę X" . Odpowiedź "Nie wiem nie mam czasu są gdzieś tam na odlotach " gdzie ton głosu był bardzo drwiący i zbywający. Ciekawe czy jak bym był klientem to też był bym tak potraktowany. Jedna gwiazdka bo nie mam możliwości wybrania 0 gwiazdek. Wiem jedno następnym razem przy wypożyczaniu auta jak będę widział ofertę z europcar to zawsze będę pamiętał ta nie miła Panią.

Sehr nette und professionelle Mitarbeiter. Man bekommt alles sehr gut erklärt. Die Autos sind neu, gepflegt und mit ausreichender Ausstattung. Diese Filiale hat meine gute Erfahrungen mit Europcar wieder bestätigt und ich komme immer gerne wieder Update 04/2023: Eine weitere Miete nach ca. 3 Jahren seit dem letzten Besuch und ich kann die 5-Sterne Bewertung weiterhin bestätigen! Alles hat wieder super geklappt. Auto fast neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und professionell. Abrechnung kam ohne Überraschungen sehr schnell. PS. Fotos von meinem Mietwagen habe ich nach der Miete gemacht, deswegen ist das Auto leicht verstaubt. Vorher war es top-sauber :)

Business trip. Size of the car was smaller than booked, so big problems to store all luggage for 4 people. During the trip, problems of visibility with the windshield of the car since the washer fluid stopped flowing. We stopped to buy an antifreeze windshield washer fluid in a Petrol Station (20 EUR). After refilling the tank, it still did not work. So, it was not previously loaded by the company with antifreeze fluid and the circuit was frozen (we face temperatures -9◦C). I made a claim when I returned the car to ask them to reimburse this cost (even I gave them the bottle)...still waiting an answer 2 months later. Absolutely inadvisable.

Mr. J. Niedzielski provided supreme customer service! One out of many examples of his courtesy and professionalism occurred recently. It was snowing and he offered to bring the car closer so that I didn’t have to walk to the car - which is quite far from the airport - on the unpaved surfaces with my luggage. No one has ever offered that before even on days where there weren’t too many customers such as this particular day. His kindness and willingness to assist customers needs to be rewarded. I can only hope that I will have his services again in the future.

Rented car in Poznan for 3 days, returned in Krakow. Charged £458.62 for apparent chips in the windscreen. Not only is that is absolutely absurd they sent me no invoice or warning of this charge. Luckily I bought full insurance and now have to go through the trouble of making a claim. Would give zero stars if I could, that is not how you treat customers. Windscreen chips could happen to anyone at anytime and is not necessarily the drivers fault when they occur. I'm sorry but this company is garbage and I will never use your services again.

Tragedia, najgorsza wypożyczalnia, brak kompetencji ze strony pracowników, auto zostało wypożyczone, nie dość że z ponad 2 godz opóźnieniem, to nawet nie sprawdzone po poprzednim wynajmującym, uszkodzone podstawione w zaciemnionym miejscu, koszt naprawy naliczony na nasze konto, to w dodatku, brak odpowiedzi z centrali na nasze e-maile, nie polecam, wolimy dopłacić więcej i wypożyczyć z Panek, jednym słowem omijajcie tą wypożyczalnię z daleka

Tragedia, antypatyczna obsługa, dodatkowo nieprzyjemne uwagi pod adresem klienta, brak kompetencji, nieprawdziwe informacje, jakich udzielają konsultantom z aplikacji (rentalcars, check24 etc) - typu "no show", mimo, że klient był 5 minut wcześniej przy ich stanowisku...Pracujący tutaj pan sprawia wrażenie osoby wyjątkowo niezadowolonej ze swojej pracy, a więc proponuję jej zmianę.

Car pick-up process and the car overall - very good. Cannot complain. Dropoff very efficient too, the staff know what they are doing. However, I have never received an invoice from Europcar, which I requested some 5 or 6 times at every possible step of the deal. Very annoying (the HQ of Europcar is most certailny at fault).

Korzystałem regularnie z wrocławskiego oddziału i byłem zadowolony. Tutaj zaś tragedia. Od formy obsługi. Dziewczynka (bo kobiety tak się nie zachowują) przez telefon opryskliwa, totalnie bez chęci pomocy (chciałem odebrać auto w nocy, doliczono mi ponad 500 zł) i na koniec ani do widzenia ani pocałuj mnie w ...

ATTENTION: check in et out à faire obligatoirement AVEC l'agence en VOTRE présence , ils vont tenter de vous prendre les clés sans le faire et après ils vous envoient une facture de réparations de plus de 300€ !

Żeleży na kogo się trafi. Pani Basia z porannej zmiany jest bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. Załatwiła nam zamianę samochodu i zwrot pieniędzy. Jedyne biuro które jest otwarte wieczorem więc często nie ma wyjścia.

Easy transaction, friendly staff. Collected keys and paper work at Europcar desk in the arrivals hall. Short walk to the parking area to collect car. I had a Kia Sportage which was great, no issues at all …

They are simply thefts. We agreed on 25 euros to upgrade the car for 5 days but they stole 50 euros. I do not recommend this scam company even if they have a name specifically in POLAND.
