Jackie is soooooooo AMAZING!!!!! I have to move out last minute and I was dreading the task of locating a storage unit. I got to Extra Space Storage at 7:57am and Jackie was immediately warm and helpful. I explained I had to be at work by 8:30am and if she could assist me swiftly. I hated having to put on that pressure but I really needed help. Jackie still had a smile on her face and was ready to help me. I knew roughly what size unit I needed and she immediately showed me what was available. She explained upgrades and downgrades of units and any specials they had available. I was done and paid by 8:10am and I didn’t feel like she rushed the process at all. She provided every detail of information I needed and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase! I did rush out of there quickly and I didn’t get a chance to thank her enough. If you’re reading this Jackie, you don’t know how much stress you have lifted off me with your help this morning!! Thank you very much and I’ll definitely be referring anyone I know to her!

Really disappointed in this business, they are operating what can only be described as a legal scam. They get you in on a no contract month-to-month agreement for a storage unit at roughly $112, towards the lower end of the spectrum of normal for this comfortable size unit anywhere else, then without warning or notice in advance of any kind Month 4 or 5 they increase the storage rate to $192 and the first mention of it is via text message two days before the bill is due. They are banking that it will be more inconvenient to move then it would be to pay them $80 a month more than you agreed to. On top of that you can only access your stuff from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. mon thru Friday and 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on weekends which is outrageous especially considering what they charge to start out with let alone what they inflate it to. They have no overhead besides two part-time workers salaries, this is not a result of economic inflation this is a result of opportunistic price gouging.

So i had a client who needed storage and this was closest by with a one month free promotion which is great. However at $45 a month for a small locker seems reasonable plus fees, and when i check out I’m left with a lock and key thats practically unusable again unless a rent this specific small locker. The rules and and regulations make this place a lot less customer friendly, from experiences in the past for example trading ID for dolly’s service and no trash cans for boxes or even at all on the premises can put an environmental friendly person such as my self at a crossroad. Fortunately good people and associates such as Annette made the experience a lot more enjoyable. They are flexible with late payments for at least 10 days i believe. Lot’s of stiff rules because of the customers in the past apparently, i prefer more friendly experiences. 5 stars for Anette 2 stats for Extra Space.

I had the BEST experience when calling extra space storage the other day. Luckily, this was my second conversation with the same gentleman so I wanted to come on here and share my experience. His name is Chris Gomez and he is a floater with the locations in Los Angeles so he is not set at one specific location unfortunately. Anyways, he completely made my day when I was really having a bad one when we spoke. He was so kind, understanding, compassionate about my situation and tried everything in his power to help me out for the second time when he didn't have to. In this world now a days, u just don't find people like him. I entirely appreciate him and I just want it to be known that he is doing a GREAT job at his job. He definitely deserves a raise or something. Thank u-Thank u again Chris for going above and beyond for me, you are an angel.

Price aside, this place is good. It's clean. Recently I saw rodent traps set out and occasionally I have seen a fruit fly or two, which is concerning. But where our unit is it's really quiet and smells and feels like a library. It's a happy place for me. Occasionally I've had some strange conversations I'd rather avoid, but mostly great people who more or less leave you alone. There are carts for taking your stuff in and out. Sometimes they're locked up, but they are always available for check out. The parking lot is sunny and sometimes busy. The elevator is good. I wish they had more hours—that would make things much nicer. One bad experience I had was trying to pick stuff up in the morning and they weren't open yet even though it was in their hours. No one answered the phone. I mostly go in the afternoon since then.

I was very impressed with the customer service and assistance I received at this location. Came here on short notice and the representatives at the front desk were very understanding and willing to help. They gave me 50% off for both 5x5 units for the first month and explained how the units are monitored 24/7 and are safe at all times. Every customer when they walk into the building are visually seen by the front desk reps during office hours and the units are all secured after working hours to ensure the safety of all of my assets. I love the transparency and the fact that I know that all of my items are secure at all times. The rep that helped me initially both times was Emrilda (may have misspelled her name) and she was fantastic. Will refer all my friends here and continue to do business here every chance I get!

I was looking for a storage for my collections. I searched many places on the Internet, but i think it’s better if you just go visit each place. I checked few places nearby, but none were as clean as I'd hoped. Lastly, I see the extra storage, and finally, I can get perfect storage unit that i looking for. Staff name ‘Rosa’ She very professionally questioned me and found me the space I wanted. She explained even my trivial questions very kindly and clearly, I was able to leave my high-end items without worrying. and I signed a contract for the storage without hesitation. I was very satisfied with the facilities for the price, and kindness of staff ‘Rosa’. I will always use this place if needed.

Jackie was great ! We went there initially looking for a bigger unit but realized when we saw the space we didn't need as much space as we thought. She showed us a couple of the smaller units they had available and went with that. She didn't try and sell us more that we needed and she explained the whole process thoroughly. I also like the security of the place where you get your number and even when we were walking out to try our code and there was someone waking in she had them punch in their code even though the door was open. Also we looked at rates around the area and this by far one of the best deals Looking forward to having more a little extra space

Marcela was a great agent very knowledgeable and really worked with me as far as getting the right unit. Now as far as the facility it's sad that they are not 24hrs and you have to wait until 9am mon-fri and Sunday 10am wich if you accidentally put something in storage and decided to get up early and go to the storage facility you will just be waiting and they close early 6pm is entirely to early to be closing for someone who works late so I decided after this I'll never use another extra space storage now I'm going to be late for work waiting to get to my unit so I can get my paperwork I need for work.

Where can I start I love this facility. The girls there are very friendly I don’t know their names but all I know they’re friendly and always helpful. They offered me insurance when I got my storage unit and that was good because you never know who might steal in there and they also offered me a lock that’s good. I recommend this place also try to understand them why am I saying this it’s because sometimes I go there and there is rude customers and I see that it’s not the employees fault that the customers don’t make their payments on time. A great place to storage your things.

We utiized Extra Space on Pico for about 8 months, and had nothing but a great experience. Amaya is who we usually dealt with and was very professional and just all around a very nice guy. The rest of the staff are also very nice and helpful. Beyond the staff, I'm very glad that we chose this location as it is conveniently located and I found the prices to be reasonable. The only downside is that there is only one elevator so there can be a bit of a wait, though it never really impacted us too much. I definitely recommend these guys, give them a call today!

Jeremy was very helpful. He made sure i got the storage i wanted. He explained things thoroughly and made it an easy process. He also took his time and i didn't feel rushed looking for the storage space i wanted. Paperwork was quick and easy, explained everything and answered any of my questions. Also cleaned up the storage unit, great customer service and a very friendly staff member. He also called to follow up regarding my appointment. So far Extra Space Storage has given me a great impression and is now definitely my go to place for storage.

The staff and facilities at Public Storage are overall amazing. The staff is so kind and helpful and will support you in any way possible. When I was interested in renting a space, the staff was available to give me a tour of the property and showed me some of the units. The move-in process was so easy!! The online portal makes it convenient to set up payments. I called the front office and the manager made it a breeze to set up a unit. Can't recommend this place enough!

Both my online and in-store experience was great. I made a reservation online after hours. The very next day i received a call from a nice young lady from the storage. I was able to go in to see the unit. When my husband and I got their we where helped out by a very nice young man that helped us decide what unit was better for our needs. I just experienced the most professional courteous and outstanding customer service here at extra space storage. So much so I was compelled to write this review. Annette Pacheco help me as it was my first storage rental ever I thought the space that I was getting will be adequate. However using her knowledge she was able to guide me to the right unit that will be able to fit all of my stuff and more. I recommend the storage to anyone in need in the LA area.

Rented for 3 months and it was surprisingly easy, staff were great and they were really flexible! Definitely the best storage experience I’ve had so far. Unit was clean and more than fair for its price. I definitely appreciate how easy the staff was to work with even when I couldn’t move out before the clock ended. They were flexible and it put my mind at so much ease with one less thing to stress about! Definitely would recommend!

I had to put my belongings in storage while relocating, and I’m glad I chose Extra Space Storage. There were no surprises with fees, or anything like that so that was a plus. And if they do go up on rent they mail you a letter and make sure that you are aware of what’s going on. Michelle was more than awesome through it all! Also this is a great location. I had my stuff there for 8 years and I had 3 different spaces in this building as I downsized until moving out recently. The staff has always been so great and yeah, it was awful when the elevator was broken but it's been renovated for a while now and works really well. Place is clean, hours are as posted, security is great, billing has no hidden fees, and it was a great location with plenty of parking.

Our new favorite storage space ever!!! Chenise and the rest of the team here were not only helpful and friendly getting us set up with a unit, they were understanding and flexible when we had to change our reservation multiple times. My experience at this location was great. As i made a late reservation and had a really hard day moving out. Anette was who assisted me and made it go through smoothly even tho it was almost her closing time. In fact she did help me also unloading my stuff from the uhal and that by it self a 5 star service. The prices keep going up and the hours keep going down. When I first got my unit the hours were 8-6 and I paid 65/mo. Now its 9-6 (5:30 on Saturdays) and I pay 125/mo. They are literally charging me more and giving me less. Whatever you're paying now expect increases of about $20-30/yr for "market forces". Most of these positive reviews aren't organic. The unit itself is fine.

It’s a great deal! Jackie was great in helping me set up my unit when I first moved in. Michelle has always been helpful as well. It’s a great location at a great price. There’s always parking available and I’ve never had any issues with the unit I have. Recommend this storage facility 100%. It was great for the year I used it for and if I ever need it, I’ll gladly come back.

Not enough kind words to describe the staff that manage this location. Anette Pacheco, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I could land my belongings safety after a very long journey. Moving from one state to another is hard enough but the caring demeanor from Anette was such a sign of genuine warmth. I can’t recommend this facility enough!

Overpriced for what you’re getting. I found a bug in my unit, the unit itself it’s extremely dirty, and there was a lot of miscommunication for my move out. The only reason it’s not one star is because the woman at the front desk was super sweet and helpful throughout my entire time, also the security is great with needing a code upon entry every time.

Worst experience I've had in my life in a long time. The manager was very unprofessional and called me a liar when their employee failed to tell me of their promotion. I tried to change to a different unit for the promotion and they took my registration fee and would not refund it. The manager even thought it ok to yell at me!

Customer service was the main priority from the time I arrived. In detailed every step of the way. Cleanliness was noticed from outside & in. Extremely helpful staff. Clean and safe. JJ is the best. He even pronounced my name right. Good carts. People do rounds. My dog had fun hanging out while I assessed my belongings. Four stars because I had no elevator for a few months while the new one was being installed. 8 floors up is a lot of stairs. There's always parking.

I have been a customer and storing my stuff there for the last 10 years. They raised my fee again from 125 to 160 for a 4×5 unit. Just spoke with a very sweet girl, I believe her name was Marcello. She was very helpful and got me approved for a rate of 142.00. Every bit helps so I was very grateful.

The phone agent was courteous and offered me the online discount for 1 month free and booked my 5x7 hassle free. Upon my arrival it was a seamless transition at the desk. However, having to upgrade in size to a 5×10, I don't believe that the 1 month free opportunity was applied to my contract.

Tracy Walker was super helpful from start to finish. I did not hesitate to rent a space from this location due to his outstanding service. The location is very and cameras everywhere which made me feel a lot more comfortable. I highly recommend this location and the service Tracy provided.
