After reading several reviews of various body shops, I decided to take my 2010 Toyota Tundra in for Rear-end damage after an accident. I was skeptical but after chatting with Tatiana and Celina (front desk) and Pamela (Appraiser), I was re-assured that it would be all taken care of. Fix Auto arranged for a shuttle pick-up/drop-off to the Rental car agency. My vehicle was in for about 2-3 weeks and regular e-mail status updates were received for the different stages of repair. All issues that arose were discussed via a phone call from Pamela, explaining problems and suggesting possible feasible solutions. On the day of Pick-up, to my absolute surprise, my vehicle was fully repaired and washed sitting in the parking lot. Upon further inspection, I was absolutely over-joyed at seeing a courtesy interior detail had been done as well. This was way over my expectation from a Repair shop. (My Truck is my Pride and Joy - Shout out to the Detail Team). Proper part alignment (tail-gate, Bumper, Exhaust system etc) Dent repairs and part replacements were done as per Invoice. Service work and communication was impeccable. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto to other clients. No matter how big or small the job, after small talk with a couple other clients in the waiting area, Fix Auto seems to uphold the "old school" customer service expectation. We had to take our truck here for hail damage repairs. We experienced terrible communication by all of the staff. It was a challenge to get any answers from any of the representatives and they just kept talking in circles or referring us to other people. They spent 5 minutes taking estimate photos and wouldn’t even talk about what work was going to be done. We were quoted a specific date for repairs (9 days) then told 3 days later that the estimated time was doubled (18 days). When we called to ask why they said that was always supposed to be the timeline and tried to blame us for not understanding (I had an email with the original 9 day timeline and a phone conversation with the receptionist confirming the date). Then on the date of the original estimated repair end day we get a call saying the repairs are complete. When we go to fix auto to pick up the truck all of the repairs weren’t completed. On top of it the invoice they provided us shows they billed the insurance company for the repairs that weren’t done. They said a specific part wouldn’t be in stock for months, they had no alternative solutions, and billed the insurance for the part that was never put on our truck. We will not be dealing with them again and we will be notifying our insurance company of the poor service from their ‘preferred provider’.

Don't be afraid to ask questions and have them walk you through what normal process is for your given situation. The negative: My Car was taken out of their possession while it was waiting for insurance to sort things out (likely an issue on insurance side of things), however due process on towers part was not done and they released the car to them. Then they did not inform me that this took place until I stopped by to remove personal belonging out of the car and found out for myself. They will not work on any salvage title cars, again I only found this out after settling with my insurance company and declaring my car as a salvage. Minimal communication from the staff unless prompted. The Positive: The staff was very friendly Responded quickly to questions once asked. Will clearly communicate the condition a vehicle to insurance agency. Quickly arrange for a rental services. Quoted fair prices and included looking into after-market and salvaged parts to push repair cars to reasonable prices.

Its hard to explain how terrible my experience with this company was. I took my ford edge in for autobody work. After getting my vehicle back, the back up camera didn't work. I took it back the next day and they denied any responsibility even thought they were working all around it. The "manager" actually blamed the damage on kids in my neighborhood. After making $9000 off my repair, they charged me and extra $200 to assess it, only to tell me that the camera issue wasn't related to the accident. Ya, I know, because it worked fine before dropping it off. Take your business to a smaller shop where they actually care about repeat business. Don't go with your insurance companies "recommended" shop. Their relationship is borderline illegal. And look at their reviews. They are horrible. And NOW they want me to call and discuss this, as per their reply. Hilarious.

1. Extremely lengthy repair time. They estimated 7-8 days, but took 48 days. 2. Very poor communication. They never once contacted my by phone or email with an update, I had to contact them each time. 3. They released my car to me without a basic safety inspection. The left side signal lights and brake lights were not working, when they "completed" the repairs. (This led to driving a car that was not in suitable operating condition and did not meet accepted standards for safe driving on public roadways.) 4. They would not provide a detailed definition of the "Lifetime Guarantee" promise listed on the invoice.(i.e. if "lifetime" refers to the time we own the car, or only the number of years the product is reasonably expected to last).

This is the second time I take my vehicle to Fix Auto Coach works and very happy with the excellent service that was provided to me. I went to the south location 118 Ave SE for the repair, Pamela was the estimator she was knowledgeable and quickly order the parts and dealt with the insurance company. Not only I got great service from Pamela and the girls at the front desk, it was also the convenience they provide to costumers with the shuttle service to and from the car rental. In addition I was given a limited life time warranty on the work done for as long as I own my vehicle. Furthermore my vehicle was nice and clean inside and out. Happy Costumer

I drive a 2014 Camaro and can openly admit I am at times too fussy about her. Calgary Coachworks took car of EVERY SINGLE CONCERN I had and then some. Dropped her off on Monday and had her back end of day Thursday, they even stayed late so I could pick her up - THAT is customer service! I am not always the easiest person to deal with as a consumer and this team is top notch! Her paint is perfect and they laid rally stripes on her hood BETTER THAN THE DEALER DID! I could not be happier with how she looks and they made all of her paint chips disappear! The entire staff were professional, courteous, friendly and proved very reliable. Thanks guys!

Terrible Communications through them. Called us once when the vehicle was done, we couldn't pick up so THEY waited the next week to call us again. Now we have to pay for the the week that it was not covered by insurance because the manager said they were too busy to call us again. No email communication sent to us as well. We actually went through another Auto body shop for another vehicle (Fix Auto South Central). They actually send us emails and text on updates everyday. It was quite relieving to know the status everyday. I suggest if you want to choose one of the fix auto shop, don't choose this.

Have used this repair shop now twice for repairs on my VW golf (both tomes not my fault) and I have been completely satisfied. This last time it was in for repairs they even took it upon themselves to fix my side view mirror glass (not part of repair). When I went to ice up my vehicle at the end the advisor let me know and I told them that I knew about it and was next to get fixed. I asked if they wanted anything for it and he said no and that it was good customer service. I would highly recommend this shop. Thank you again Fix Auto for your excellent customer service and stress free service.

I have used Calgary Coachworks twice and have been satisfied with them each time. We just had our SUV's bumper replaced - the cost was reasonable and lower than 2 other quotes, the work done looked good and the work was done within 2 days. I was especially happy with the service from Pamela (the estimator) and the receptionist, and also the automated emails which kept me informed of the stage that the vehicle was at. They were also recommended to me by a friend who is in the automotive business. I would recommend them.

Brought my car in three weeks ago and was told all parts were ordered. Was never called just sent an email stating more parts were needed and car was pushed two weeks. Called in and manager was not apologetic or empathetic just it was what it was. Told the car would be another week. No urgency or customer service. Brutal service for a company I have used Multiple times previously before Fix was involved. Try calling and communicating with your customers before they get mad. Never would recommend again.

Terrible customer service. Some of the dents that were agreed to be fixed at the estimate were not addressed. Broken parts were not installed right away- nobody cares to call even two month later to bring in the car and finish the repair. Very disappointed. Wow- after reading your reply that is all you have to say? It is surely became a normal occurrence to ignore customers complains. I was hoping to receive a phone call instead I need to call to discuss? Changed two star into one. Fix auto- you suck!

VERY HAPPY!! Had some damage on my passenger side door. They fixed it and it looks just like new. To top off the great work they did on my door, they washed my car, vacuumed out the inside. The next day I realized they filled up my windshield wash fluid, AND pulled out the plug for my block heater. So thoughtful as winter is fast approaching. I am so impressed with all the extra things they did. Customer service was good. I got regular email updates on the progress. Definitely will recommend!

This company does not care about their clients or the work they do. They treated my son poorly when he needed vehicle repairs, made excuses for poor paint color matching, disregarding extra repairs needed in same area they worked on, vehicle stereo no longer works and generally had terrible customer service. I highly reccomend you go elsewhere for any work you need done on the body of your vehicle. Nobody at this branch understands how to run a business.

Apprentice level workmen ship. Didn't fix the issues. glued parts back together instead of fixing or replacing. LITERALLY GLUED MY GRILLE BACK ONTO MY BUMPER because they are to cheap to buy OEM clips. So many corners cut. Front end damage accident left fixauto with electrical problem no interior lights, lights flash like strobe, nothing turns on when you open doors. Just a complete mickey mouse job done. Managment & customer service isnt much better.

This is my second time using Fix for a repair, and again, very pleased with the service and time efficiency. I had some front bumper damage and rust repair on my hatch, my car looks like I just drove it off the lot brand new! Thanks again guys! Previous review/different vehicle: My new bumper looks great, was ordered, painted and installed in a reasonable time frame. Friendly and informative staff.

I wish I could give less stars. Brought car in for hail damage. Get an estimate for $4700. After having the car for A WEEK AND A HALF! They come back with the new price of $13,300. Turns out they were off by $8600 because they “forgot to include the roof.” This shop oozes incompetence. Do yourself a favour and avoid this shop! Even if the insurance company recommends it, GET A SECOND OPINION.

I brought my truck here because got an accident and as I look at the damaged it was not that big but I was told by the insurance that the shop said my truck is for salvage. After two months got called by a police that my truck is park in front of the house in the north east and they called because they ran the vin and the truck is still registered under my name.

Dont waste your time coming here. The man was rude and looking for a cash grab when I wanted a small section of my vehicle painted. I get you have to paint the whole panel and I had a small chip on my door that I DID NOT want done and he told me I needed my rear bumper side panel and door painted for some small chips by the wheel well.

I would definitely NOT recommend this shop. I can’t speak to the quality of their work because we didn’t end up using them as they were more than double the cost to fix the vehicle then the two 5 star rated shops that we had quotes from and the other two shops didn’t charge for the quotes while Fix Auto charges $50.

Avoid at all costs. Not worth the headache. The unprofessionalism. Lack of experience & customer service. ZERO quality comes out of this place stuff they skip over, stuff they avoid fixing and use broken parts or previously broken parts from accident and reuse them. There life time warranty is a joke and not real.

After getting estimates from a few body shops, I had my car bumper replaced at Fix Auto Calgary Coachworks South. Every step of the process was friendly, professional and efficient. They sent me regular updates so I always knew exactly what was happening with my car. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Very bad experience. My car had scratches that were not repaired. The argument was that the insurance company didn't tell them. They should've informed the insurance about any additional damages. Accident happened at night, was snowing and car was covered with slush, so I didn't see the scratches.

Great work on the paint and body damage. Few issues around other items which were no longer functioning. Was told to bring it back in to be looked at, but with working and their hours it makes things difficult. Shall see how they respond to issues after the repairs when I go in.

Avoid this place. They had my truck for nearly 4 months. There appraiser refused obvious damage from accident now im stuck with a truck still damaged and all fix it auto can say is “prove it happened in the accident and we can do something” what kind of service is that?.

Took our Fpace here for a new windshield and repair of two dents in the hood. They were wonderful, repair was done perfectly and replacement 3M looks great. The windshield is great as well, all functions are working. Will return for any additional body repairs.
