I had an appointment on the 30th @5:30pm. Got there all lights were closed no cars in the parking lot and the door is locked. I called and let them know and put me as no show because they closed at 7pm. I was outside but I can’t go in if you guys weren’t even open. Terrible place. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I feel so disappointed at my lawyer D.R. Patti for many reasons but thief recommending this place is just one of them. I found out that most of them are not doctors and just a NP which is fine if they will inform the patients and not lead me to believe otherwise. Says a lot about this place and the care. July 10, appt. 10:20 am As I was writing this, I got called after a person who didn’t introduce herself stopped me from recording everything that’s happening and I told her I need a some proof to show my insurance since I’ve been having issues with them lately. I am still waiting for the NP to come and see me to give me the result of my bloodwork. There’s another issue they presented to me regarding billing me and amount of $97 in top of the $700 plus they have billed my insurance. I have United Health and I pay co pay every visit and now they are telling mat there is a 20 % that I am liable for for every visit on top of that. Which I just found out today. But if I was seen and paid cash I would pay $175. This doesn’t sound right to me and nothing makes sense. I would think that the $700 plus would cover that $175 already but evidently not. I was also asked to pay $20 before I can get seen today so I can get my bloodwork result and I will need to pay the co pay after this and I’m sure they will bill my insurance again. So I am going to be looking to get another Place that has doctors this time who I can feel comfortable trusting again. I went here based on the recommendation of the accident Atty. we decided to go with in the beginning. I’m perfectly healthy so all my visits are always good Thank God just happy and just for confirmation but to be billed this much I can only imagine how much I would be billed if wasn’t well. I’m absolutely mind blown with this place. DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give it zero stars I would. I had an appt scheduled for 1115 at the pecos location. The day before my appt I got a phone call saying that my appt was at the rainbow location when I specifically asked for the pecos location which is 5 minutes from where I live. Nevertheless, I drove all the way to the other side of the city and I got there at 1100 like they asked me to in order to fill out new patient paperwork. When I got there, the door was locked and nobody was there. I waited until my appt time 1115 to see if maybe someone would come let me in. Nothing. At 1120 I left because the doors were still locked. I called the office and asked what had happened and why nobody was answering their door and the lady said that they were in a meeting. Why would you schedule pts appts when you know you will be having a meeting?! So unprofessional. I wasted my gas and my time to come all the way over here. Like I said DO NOT GO HERE they’re unprofessional.

This office is horrendous. If you want to feel like you’re waiting to be seen at a free clinic, the DMV, or the welfare office, this is your chance! I cannot comprehend why every appointment is accompanied by an hour and a half wait time. Quit triple booking your appointments at the cost of your patients. It’s 113 degrees outside and waiting 90 minutes for a prescription is a nightmare. I sincerely hope someone in management sees this. I am the ONLY person here and noticed multiple open exam rooms. WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO BE SEEN!!! I’m changing doctors. I can’t stand this any more.

I tried to call here to make an appointment. I was promptly put on hold. Stayed on hold for 15 minutes, then gave up and hung up. This experience is consistent with what some other reviewers have said about this place. Their main strategy for avoiding work seems to be just to put people on hold and walk away. Guess what; I was promptly put on hold, but I only gave them 5 minutes this time before hanging up.

At first I was hesitant to go here because I seen a few negative reviews. But I'm here to say I had a great experience here. I'm going for the weight lost program and I schedule in the mornings. It's quick easy and the staff is very professional. It's only been a week so not much progress yet but will keep y'all posted week 1#i was weighed in on the inbody 520 composition. Received my b12 shot, seen doc, and meds. #i will be going on to week #2 received b12 and lost close to 2 pounds.

I had an appointment on 7th April, which I wanted Pecos location, they gave me Jones location. My Dr , I saw was very nice. She wanted me on Cholesterol meds. I had to call 3 times, to see why, it prescription wasn't sent to pharmacy. What the heck is going on with your website to book appointments and why doe a patient have to call this much to get a prescription filled. I am so over this. Front desk is so unprofessional. I hear an argument with them and a patient everytime I'm in there. They will purposely make you wait if you give them an attitude.(I had asked if i could change my time and she didn't even look in her book before telling me no.) I've been called to the back where the nurse told me there was no reason they didn't tell her I was there 20 minutes ago! Doctors are great, but a few nurses aides and front desk really need to learn manners!!.

I have never waited less than 45 minutes just to be seen...and many times I have had to wait MUCH longer. Today was the final straw, appointment at 9am and I finally walked out at 9:50am when the doc still hadn't even arrived at the office for the day. Not to mention I have never felt like anyone actually cares here. I have continued to come back because finding a new doctor is so tough, but after today I just don't see I have any other choice!

Made an appointment, that I had to request leaving work early for on Friday, and they cancel same day. They rescheduled for today, and after sending me the new patient form, and after I ordered a car to get there, they cancel again. I have no idea how they take care of anyone, when they can't make an appointment without cancelling the same day. If you're looking for service, look elsewhere.

I visited with NP Selena and found her to be very professional and very knowledgeable. She addressed my concerns clearly and gave me confidence in my goal settings. I would recommend Selena to one and all as she displays a very concerned person and willing to help. Thank you Selena..

Selena was very professional and helpful with all of my medical needs. She took extra time with me to discuss possible treatment options and the benefits and risks with each. She is very knowledgeable and a great asset to the company.

Never confirms appointments made online. Doesn't answer phones. Doesn't answer texts. Made an appt on the 12th and they say they have 20th available. Still awaiting confirmation on the 20th. Text them 2 days ago, no response.

The FNP Henderson is really professional and nice. she is very knowledgeable but are able to explain things in layman's term. If you need a PCP, make an appointment with Me. Henderson

Dr. Kim and Ivonna are great! So professional and helpful. Ivonna took extra time out of her work day to help answer questions for me. She exceeded my expectations!

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the support staff as far as the front office and back office are extremely condescending and rude.

They are very friendly. Patients are not kept waiting and they are very organized.
