From start to finish, I felt as though their family business had brought me into their family and was taking care of me like one of their own. Have your required documents up front at the beginning, and it will be smooth sailing for you, with no worries about being taken advantage of. Going through them with my MPI claim meant they were taking care of the vehicle end of things with enough care and communication that I was free to focus on my own recovery. They may not always have it, but at the time they even had a lovely courtesy vehicle, even though I had no loss of use coverage. It really did feel like I was taking my car to an aunt/uncle/cousin who had my best interests in mind, and who also had expertise in the field. They know what they're doing, they do it well, and they do it with kindness.

We recently brought our car here for an auto body claim. We were rear ended pretty badly. They had everything fixed up and did a great job and were incredibly friendly. A few weeks later, we went to use our tent trailer for a trip and the lights weren't working properly. We brought it in and they looked at it right away for us and found the issue, which was definitely not related to their past work, and they got us going. The whole time they were super friendly and helpful to both me and my family and we were able to leave for our trip that morning. I really appreciate their desire to get us on the road quickly and make sure everything was done really well. They showed me how poorly some previous work on the electrical was done and I could see a huge difference with how they did the work, even though they don't specialize in trailer electronics. Great people. Great service.

After somebody vandalized my vehicle, I had to take it to MPI and then choose an bodyshop to take care of the repairs. I went with Fawcett because they were the best rated in the area. I am definitely happy I chose this place. They were extremely helpful and professional from beginning to the end. The wait times were reasonable, they helped me arrange a rental vehicle. Even before I decided to go with them, they already took care of me by cleaning up the broken glass insode the vehicle and putting a plastic cover on the broken window so that I can continue using the vehicle while we were waiting for the parts. Honest and pleasant people to deal with, no rudeness, no impatience. Had a great experience. As soon as the parts arrived, the vehicle was completed on the promised day. A+ Service. Probably one of the best customer services I’ve received in a while. I called them on Monday morning, saying that someone broke my door window and I was wondering if they can replace it. They asked me to bring a car for them to take a look at it and schedule and appointment. The moment I showed up, someone was there to see me. While I was waiting for them to check the car, they vacuumed the broken glass out of my car, they taped it. I explained them The situation that I need this done ASAP, they said they will try their best. And guess what, couple hours later I’ve received a call asking if I can bring it in on Tuesday morning ( next day service). So I brought the car at 10 am, by 2pm it was done. So if someone will tell me that this is not a GREAT service , that I don’t even know what to say. This is what family business is all about. Thank you very much!

I have been to Fawcett Auto Body twice in the past year (both times for having been rear-ended), both times I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Having many childhood memories of playing in their lobby (my parents did the landscaping) it is super fun to be able to go back with my own car and support a local business. It is also super fun to have amazing service, a complimentary car and a clean SUV at the end of it all. Diane is super friendly and keeps you updated every step of the way. Everyone else is also super friendly, helpful and really make sure that you are happy with the repairs. They really make a un-fun situation (accidents) much easier and enjoyable to deal with. The staff are courteous and friendly and on many occasions have gone out of their way to ensure our family got the best service possible. Recently I had a repair done to our hybrid car (which takes special attention), the group at Fawcett went over and above, spending extra time with my vehicle to ensure that the hybrid system was not effected by the accident. The ladies at the storefront was such a pleasure to deal with and daily phone call updates was appreciated. They issued me a brand new 2021 Hyundai Elantra which I absolutely enjoyed driving. They even detailed the interior of my vehicle which I appreciated so very much. My vehicle looked and smelt brand new on the outside and in. I am so glad I found this business on my Google search! My Chinese friend had her repairs completed at Fawcett after a collision. The repairs were completed quickly, with two doors being replaced. The car was cleaned inside and out, when we picked it up. When driving her car a few months later, I noticed a wind noise coming from the driver's door. I made an appointment for Rick to have a look. I arrived and Rick quickly took the car in the shop, and made a slight adjustment to the door, and solved the wind noise. We were very impressed by the great customer service being that the car was repaired last fall. I would highly recommend Fawcett if you are in need of auto body repair.

I had only heard of Fawcett through a friend and wow am I glad someone told me about them! I was not disappointed! Their level of customer service and attention to detail is unmatched. Living outside of the city I knew I couldn’t go without a car while having mine repaired - the courtesy car they gave me at no cost for 3 weeks was clean, new and so beyond helpful! Not to mention that my car was returned to me it honestly felt newer and cleaner than when I bought it! The major parts needed for my car were bought new from Honda as opposed to majority after market. I’ll be sending anyone I know here.

I took my car to Fawcett for repair when it got a hit/run in the parking lot at my work. What a lovely local family owned business! Fantastic shop, with friendly professional staff. I brought them my 2012 Subaru Impreza after a rear end collision, and they did fantastic work with a quick turn around. I received a loaner car that was ready to go on the first day of my appointment which made it very convenient. I received daily updates about the progress of repairs and when there would be delays if new parts had to be ordered. Props to everyone there, i'm a happy customer and will recommend them to friends and family.

Can I leave more than 5 stars? I drove from East Kildonan to have then work on my car and would do so again, without hesitation. They not only repaired my car beautifully and detailed it (despite my dogs) but they took the time to diagnose and fix an issue that previous body shop and dealership seemingly couldn't. It is such a relief to have a car that I can actually take to the car wash and not have to hand wash in the winter! Go to this shop. You will NOT be disappointed.

Fantastic customer service. They really went above and beyond. I took my car in to have my rear bumper fixed. The interior was a mess but when I picked up the car it was spotless, they fixed a few of the minor things inside my car as well, particularly the loose rubber padding on the clutch. I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend it to anyone looking for an honest auto shop.

My ten year-old Sonata has only 105,000 kms on it. However, it has 10 years worth of dings and dimples. I took it to Fawcett for an estimate, had them do the repairs and now the car looks new and is ready for another 10 years! I cannot recommend this shop enough.
