Planning a wedding from another state is stressful enough, but working with Fleur de Lis (Ryan- the manager) made everything so easy and effortless! I found Fleur de Lis online and was impressed by their consistent high ratings from previous customers. I am so thankful for Ryan and his team! Ryan and I had a meeting over the phone to discuss what I was envisioning for the big day, and my budget. I sent over a few Pinterest photos, and the rest was history! It was truly that easy! Ryan communicated every step of the way and was very responsive! The bouquets were delivered directly to the hotel in glass vases (complimentary), which we were able to use as table centerpieces for the wedding reception. I received a TON of compliments on the bridal bouquets and boutonnières! The flowers lasted all day in the heat, and according to my bridesmaids their bouquets are still nice and green 4 days later! Great experience, they really went out of their way to accommodate my wishes. Sent a Birthday bouquet my daughter, she was overwhelmed with the beauty and quality of the arrangement. She said it is the most beautiful arrangement she has ever seen. She will definitely be using Fleur de Lis in the future. I am from outside the city, I called on short notice for the Valentines Day weekend, yet they were very courteous and helpful over the phone, even though it is one of their busiest times for them. I definitely reccomend them.

The people here are so customer focused! They didn't have the product I was looking for, but offered to call me if they found someone who could help me. To my surprise the next day they called me with a referral! They truly went out of their way to help. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous flower shop conveniently located off of the Chicago Brown Line Station; store layout makes it fun to shop for flowers, or simply to host small events among them. Second floor also has black and white photography prints hung gallery-style, likely also for sale.

I called from TX to order flowers for my mom who lives in Chicago. I needed more than a same day delivery I needed a couple hours from now delivery to a restaurant. The flowers were waiting on the table when she arrived and they were gorgeous! Thanks Fleur De Lis!!!!
