I live in Upstate NY and was asked to shop for flowers for my Aunt's memorial service in Las Vegas. Since I'm opposed to sending flowers, I agreed only if I could select a plant instead...given the okay! I went online, visited a couple of other Las Vegas flower shops, none of which offered plants, before I came to Flowers By Michelle. Not only do they offer plants, but a large selection, at that. I quickly found one that I really liked...but dreaded seeing the, "Sold Out" or "Out of Stock" notice...that did not happen. The ordering process was simple, even writing a short message, free of charge....Awesome! I actually had to call back after ordering to make a change to the message...the young woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and very patient, as I explained the change I needed to make (oh, it was my mistake, not theirs). I asked her to send my an email with the change and within a few minutes, there it was...perfect. My sister actually went to the store location to pick up the plant and said the shop is really cute...no surprise there as the total experience was wonderful. When seeking a florist for my wedding I had many positive recommendations for Flowers by Michelle from friends and co-workers. They offered excellent pricing and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the over all outcome of the arrangements I ordered! All the employees were very friendly but, Katie was awesome! She took her time to sit down with me and take notes of all the details I had in mind for my special day. One detail in particular that was important to me was that I had peonies in my bridal bouquet. And while they were not in season, Katie worked her magic and was able to follow through and I couldn’t have been more great full for her extra effort! They delivered and set up all the flowers for the ceremony and reception, which was extremely helpful! From beginning to end I couldn’t have been more happy with the beautiful arrangements that Flowers by Michelle created and will most definitely recommend them in the future to my friends and family!

I’m rating a 1 star because I used this shop 4 times thinking they’d get better but it actually jst got worse. So over priced! I jst payed $71 for this corsage & boutonniere. The daisies are half dead and they didn’t arrange it at all like I asked. Also the young lady helping me was very disrespectful, they didn’t ask if I wanted a magnet for boutonniere, so I assumed they came with one. When mine did not have one I asked if they could please put one on. I had to pay another $3 for that. And the girl was trying to give me a lecture, she was jst very disrespectful. I would tell you find another florist do not go here! So over priced for what you get. I have put together much nicer bouquets myself for $30. Not only were they extremely helpful and kind, but their talent and creativity transformed our special day into the fairy tale wedding of our dreams. Kyla was able to take my inspo pics and make it even better. The flowers she selected were not only stunning, but we also received countless compliments from our friends and family. We loved how we were able to take the arch floral arrangement from our ceremony and seamlessly incorporate them into the decor at our head table during the reception. The flowers also photographed beautifully. We paid a small fee for them to set up and arrange all floral pieces for our ceremony and reception. They were so quick to turn our venue into an absolute dream. We can't recommend them enough!

I just have to say wow! I called a couple of weeks ago to set up a surprise delivery for my significant other. Michelle happened to be the one who answered the phone. She was amazing! From walking me through the perfect floral arrangement to making sure communication was clear every step of the way, she went above and beyond with her customer service. I had a really tight delivery window, and her driver had already gone out for the morning. That didn't stop her - She hopped into her own car and delivered it to our door personally. This is why it's so important to support small businesses, they work hard for our support. Not to sell the flowers short either - I've never seen a better looking lily. I'll definitely be back.

They had the flowers I wanted in stock along with the same vase that was pictured on their website. I placed my order on line and they delivered the flowers the same day. My friend was so surprised!! She LOVED her flower arrangement!! She sent me a picture of her arrangement and it looked BETTER than it did on their website!! I too am a small business owner so I understand the value of a review. We have ordered flowers on two separate occasions and have been disappointed both times. The first arrangement included equisetum (green bamboo-like plant) but upon arrival they were replaced with what appeared to be brown sticks. We were not notified of this substitution before shipment. If we had been notified prior to, we would have chosen a different arrangement. The second arrangement (pictured) was smaller than it should have been and was very messy. We ordered the premium and as you can see, it does not match the size that we paid for. The leatherleaf fern and yellow oak leaves were overbearing and sloppy. We will not be ordering from this establishment again.

I needed an arrangement for a once in a lifetime event. Long distance. I ordered via phone, sent an email of what I 'kinda' wanted. Flowers by Michelle took the time to have a designer call me back twice to assure it was perfect. The arrangement was glorious and better than I hoped (and worried over)! It added the stand with globes and they fit exactly as I wanted. Of Note: it was sturdy and the flowers stayed in place after I knocked it over once!! The 1st funeral arrangement I ordered arrived wilted. I was at least given a credit for the cost of the flowers (not delivery). I used my credit to purchase another funeral arrangement shortly after that & was disappointed again. I have emailed twice. No response. We paid for a premium arrangement. We didnt even get the standard version. It was nowhere near as tall/full as pictured on the website. The flowers were supposed to be taller than the statue. The whole thing should've stood 22". Based on the pics from their website, this was not the quality arrangement I expected & definitely not the quality I paid for.

I ordered flowers online to be delivered for my mother's birthday. Two days after delivery I finally got around to asking my father how the flowers looked. His response, always honest, "they were ok, not great". After further explanation, he said they had looked like they were in the refrigerator for too long. I understand that it was the day before valentines day and I am sure they were extremely busy but this is people's hard earned money and flowers are not cheap. This is not the end of the world, I'm just disappointed.

I received my flowers on Aug 31 for my anniversary with my husband who is deployed. The leaves had browning and bits taken out of them. And after 4 days, the petals are falling on the table, and some of the blooms haven’t even opened yet. This is with changing the water that was already brown when they were delivered. These flowers should last 7, 10, even up to 12 days. How long were they cut before being put in the vase? I am so disappointed to spend good money on something that’s supposed to be so beautiful.

The team at Flowers by Michelle by far exceeded my expectations with the creation of my bridal bouquet! I'm late to review this business, but I've been a customer for over a year. Hands down the best arrangements for the pricing. They came in clutch for birthday flowers while I was deployed, and saved the day once more as I returned just in time for my anniversary to surprise my wife. Poor service and not professional . We need flower arrangements for our engaged party. So we made a phone call before go in. The lady on phone told us just go in anytime while the business is open. So, I stepped in the very next day. The cashier lady passed the messages and told me someone will with me shortly. Waiting about 15ish mins, end up no one is available on that day. They wants me to send an email for the arrangement details.

Beautiful arrangement! I ordered online and looking at pictures can be deceiving. I upgraded this arrangement to premium, and was so pleased when the recipient sent me this photo. The flowers were fresh, as shown in the photograph, the bouquet was full, and enhanced with additional flowers (berries) to make this bouquet gorgeous. The delivery was exactly as stated. I had my wedding out of state over the weekend and we entrusted Flowers by Michelle to arrange the Bouquet and ready them for transit. They did not disappoint. The Bouquets were placed in individual vases with water for 2 hour the drive. I greatly appreciated the level of care and concern shown for the flowers to arrive intact. The arrangements were absolutely stunning and they smelled amazing. I highly recommend this florist.

I cannot recommend Flowers by Michelle enough! Our flowers were one of my very favorite things about our wedding. We worked with Katie; she was incredible. We spent about an hour talking about the vibe that I wanted and she completely nailed it. We got so many compliments on the bouquets, the arch, and the tables.
