This gallery is about twenty feet from one of three historic spots for busking (street music) in New Orleans. + This gallery calls the police on busking musicians frequently, claiming that the “gutterpunk noise” interferes with their sales of “$30,000” paintings. This is making this spot nearly impossible for musicians to use. + This gallery prominently displays paintings of street musicians in their front window. = this gallery and its proprietors have earned a reputation among New Orleans musicians as gentrification profiteers, who make money selling a whitewashed version of the very culture they are actively strangling. Take a fraction of the money you’d spend on a painting there and buy recordings and artwork from musicians and artists in the clubs and streets of New Orleans. You don’t have to be a part of the problem.

Poor service with disrespectful management. Why go to a place the would tell you go look at yourself in a mirror. Just stay away from this racist establishment
