He was very quick to respond and assessed that the roof had been damaged in a storm. By being my parents advocate with their insurance company, my parents didn’t have to worry about a thing. We were immediately impressed with Spencer’s professionalism, trustworthiness, reliability, and honesty. My parents always felt like they were in good hands throughout the process. Spencer was very patient when listening to their concerns and took his time to make sure they were comfortable with how things were being handled. He took many photos so that he could show them where the issues were on the roof to reassure them that the repairs that were being done were legit. Spencer was always available to answer any questions or concerns that my parents had during the process and would immediately come over to resolve in concerns that they may have. Once the reroofing started, Spencer and Dallas made sure to check in throughout the whole process to make sure that the roofing job was being done to their high-level standards. THIS IS LONG OVERDUE !! Back in the spring, after storms came through Lebanon, I had some minor repairs needed for my home. Id contacted a contractor who was difficult to reach and subsequently ruined materials Id sent him to get for the job. Coincidentally GLICK had a job going on in my neighborhood so I stopped and asked them some questions in anticipation of doing my repair myself. Watching their work I was confident they'd probably do a better job then I could so I asked for a quote. Later in the day , Dylan Blair came over and assessed the damage. The quote received was very fair and Dylan followed up with me later. Because of the damaged material I had, Dylan agreed to pick up NEW material for me in Gallatin that Id paid for. Dylan immediately saw the material was cut wrong. I arranged for new material and Dylan eventually installed it. While all this went on , Dylan was courteous and very professional doing whatever he could to move the job along. I might add that there were several homes with severe damage that Dylan was also dealing with .He managed ALL of this very well and did a very thorough job caring for my repair amidst a lot of demand on his time. Hallelujah! We found an awesome roofing company that is going to do our roof at an affordable rate!!! I’m so happy!!! They are licensed & certified. They use only the best topnotch materials and they even use a magnet sweeper over the yard afterwards for nails as to not leave any behind for little feetsies, pets or mowers to get hurt!! It is a reputable company out of Nashville. I told him what our claim check amount plus deductible was and he gave an awesome quote. I picked out the most beautiful colored shingles and read through the contract carefully….then shook his hand, & said with a big grin, “you’re hired!”…and signed the contract!!! Woot!!! They walked me through every step, including my claim with the insurance company, and even showed the day the insurance adjuster arrived. I now have an approved claim for a new roof. Above and beyond service! I reached out for an estimate on a restaurant roof and Kevin was more than helpful. Not only did he go out 2 separate days just to mange getting onto the roof (via the neighboring property's roof), but he then managed to stay in amazing communication with me for over 2 weeks while awaiting corporate approval. During this time he even referred me to another company that specializes in the work we were needing. We are a manufacturing facility and are constantly moving materials around from building to building. I was eager to have our roof completed, but very nervous about how much it would disrupt our operation. These folks were amazing. They worked around us and there was literally zero disruption. Not every roofing company is the same. I contacted local roofers and no one had the time to drive to a rural location, but Glick Roofing did while being an hour away. Work was completed in a timely manner, customer service was top notch, the crews were quick and friendly, and they also replaced my gutters.
