This facility is absolutely supurb! My father and I had a couple different units here for years and never once had any security issues. This family run business has a wonderful staff who are always friendly, courteous and go out of their way to help. They also make you feel like family and are always willing to lend a hand. They know you by first name and provide peace of mind for anything of value. I miss them and should I ever need storage again, no matter where I might be, I'll always come back here. Thank you Starr and James for all you did for me and the family!!

The facility is very secure and the people who work here are super friendly. One of the people who works here held on to something and didn't throw it out because he thought it might belong to me. It didn't, but it was nice to know someone cared enough not to throw away my "could be" property. I do have to warn that the price penalty for late payment is a bit much. Otherwise, it's clean, safe and the people are really nice.

I closed out my storage unit here today. We had the unit for 5 years. The staff is helpful and courteous. The units are clean and the AC works unlike some of the other "climate controlled" establishments. I will recommend Guardian to everyone. Thanks for holding my stuff for 5 years!

I have unit here , move out late. Gate for would not open.Had yo knock on the person that lives there. He yelled at me for moving out late. Will never do business with yall again. Would not recommend this storage expensive and bad business.!!!!

Currently hanging out in the office during business hours. The door is unlocked and no one is here. All the office computers, monitors, tech, personal effects, etc are all just sitting here out in the open with no employee.

Rats found inside storage locker Ruining some of furniture. Place is nice and open for moving trucks though which is why it isn’t one star, in the past never had any rats could have been just a one time thing

The staff was extremely nice and helpful everytime I came in. The units and hallways were always very clean and very well air conditioned, which made moving in the summer in hot San Antonio so much nicer.

Management is awesome real kind and understanding always willing to work with you
