I would just like to write a few words about the excellent service I have received from Kelly-Anne and her team in Bristol. I was, at first, apprehensive about leaving my apartment in the hands of agents, because of all the "horror" stories people had told me of their past experiences, therefore I did have my reservations. However I was more than pleasantly surprised with the excellent, cost efficient and high standard service I have received from Hamptons. I have my flat fully managed by the team and I am regularly updated with how my flat is and also provided with regular financial updates. The calibre of tenant they attract is of a high standard and therefore it is reassuring to me that my flat will be well looked after. I would have no hesitations to recommend the use of Hamptons, to any of my friends or anyone looking to have their property fully managed.

The sale of our property took six stressful months from placing it on the market until the signing of a sale contract. We were extremely grateful to Christopher Firth of Hampton’s Bristol office for his professional advice and for organising the marketing and promotion which generated an offer in just two weeks which we happily accepted after a short negotiation. However, to turn that offer into a sale proved to be a considerable challenge. Christopher and Rosie Johnston, his assistant, did an excellent job in keeping things on track and getting things over the line. The regular and prompt feedback we received, the chasing up of outstanding matters and the prompt resolution of outstanding issues was excellent. So many thanks for a job well done

Highly professional estate agents, the best we've ever used (4th house purchase). A real sense of doing business with 'proper' people who really care, listen and go the extra mile. They had viewers of our property before it even went live online! And they sold it in about a week. I felt that they represented our interests really well, but were also pragmatic and always made time to give good advice and steer us in the right direction- they never made us feel rushed and we felt cared for right up to completion. We hope to not move again but if we did we would go to Hamptons, and recommend them without hesitation. In particular Nick Reading, who has been a pleasure to deal with.

We used Chris and the Bristol team in 2019 to sell our 1-bedroom apartment. We chose Hamptons for the prestige of their reputation and their international reach and we absolutely made the correct decision. From the first meeting with Chris, it was clear he was different to other estate agents (in a good way) and he actually spent 3 hours with us touring the apartment, discussing strategies and offering advice. The listing was incredibly professional and the photos were stunning, and within a week of going live we had sold the apartment to the first people that viewed it (and had lots of other interest, offers and viewings).

We instructed Ollie and his team to sell our house after a disappointing show by another agent. Those previous disappointments were quickly dispelled when the team got into action, producing a very effective brochure and lining up some viewings with very appropriate buyers. All visits with vendors were handled professionally and with a level of attention to detail that we - and the buyers - would expect. We would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons for a service that was rapid, professional and effective.

We worked with Chris at the Clifton office who was representing the sellers of a flat we have purchased in Bristol. Chris has been fantastic throughout the entire process. He has a professional but very nuanced approach, and dealt with the usual issues in a calm and methodical fashion, with a can-do attitude. Hamptons were professional from the outset, Christina was our rep for the sale.
