The High Level Bridge is a bridge that spans the North Saskatchewan River in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. A view of the Alberta Legislative Building is visible from the bridge amidst the smoke that covers Edmonton (during the period of the visit). Other than that, great sight from River Valley Park.
High Level Bridge is one of Edmonton's oldest infrastructure. Built in 1913, I think that it commands an excellent view of the River Valley, especially of Downtown Edmonton and the University of Alberta campus. Both its roadway and sidewalk
One of the tourist attractions in Edmonton. City has added lighting for tourists and its color changes everyday. Good experience walking on it. Gives a good view of downtown, legislature building, Walter Dale bridge and Saskatchewan river.
Breathtaking view specially in spring and summer. Watching sunsets and sunrises on the bridge is one of my favorite. I have taken 100 sunsets photos from here and shared it on instagram! Visit @_100sunsets_ instagram account to see all of
Iconic bridge over the North Saskatchewan River from downtown to south side. It’s over 100 years old and has become even more entrenched in the minds of Edmontonians and is part of everyone’s minds eyes of the river valley. There is car
If you are are merging unto this bridge (obviously from 109st South), keep to your left or right with regards to which arm of the fork you are coming in from - to avoid bumping into the vehicle on the other lane.
A beautiful high level view of Edmonton’s skyline. Has a nice park for casual evening walk and conversation. The changing light on the bridge makes it so beautiful too. And a good spot for some romantic pictures.
This is the best place to visit at day or night. Night view hits different for those who likes night life. At day you can go near the river could click some timing shots.
Historic Bridge, one of the highest bridge in the world. The bridge with LED light so it could light up with different colors at night and special events.
Riding the trolley on the top is highly recommended. Nothing more frustrating...the peoplwho stop before driving onto the bridge, it's free flow!!!!
Review: ★★★★★ (5 out of 5 stars) I don't get we we need to rate this but it's pretty cool at night it has led lights that change color
It gives a whole different kind of vibe, navigating through the metropolitan downtown. A must part of downtown Coffee drive.
One of the best places to have a nice walk or do your morning jog. The bridge offers some nice views of downtown Edmonton.
My favorite place to go! It's such a beautiful sight from the tracks, also peaceful! Frfr! …
We took the old street car across the bridge and it was great. I can't believe I haven't done this before.
Cool place to take Photos. The LED lights on the bridges light up at night makes for an awesome shot.
Nice to walk across the bridge but not if it's windy
