So amazing to have a physical store in the city! Such an amazing selection of unique brands and products you can’t find anywhere else and lots of sales for the opening. Got a swag bag too and look at all the stuff that was in here! There were some left too so go check out this store soon! My cat is definitely a fan too!

We had driven to Edmonton a few times in the past few years just because there was a Homes Alive store, and now we're thrilled to have one in Calgary! Tons of options for all stuff your fur baby would need. Friendly staff and customers. Also a nice place for a self-training session as well as meeting new friends.

This was our first visit. It was a great experience. We loved that they have a table where you can try clothing on your pet. Sure beats trying something on sitting on the floor. Staff was wonderful. Store is very spacious. We definitely will be back.

I had to return some dog food. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The transaction went very easy and quickly. I will definitely be going back to shop there in the future. We've dealt with Home Alive in Lethbridge for a few years now.

This pet store is MASSIVE! Biggest one I have ever seen with so much variety and things you can't buy at every other pet store. They have the biggest in-store weruva cat food options I have ever come across which is so awesome! They also

The staff here is so friendly and supportive! I’ve gone a few times now and each time I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. Also, there’s so much to look at! Such a big selection of everything you could need for your dog or cat.

Crazy selection, probably one of the best Ive ever seen in a pet store and definitely the best in Calgary. Definitely better than PetSmart, PetValu, Pet Planet, Petland, or any of the others we usually go to.
