The worst parking lot ever. The ticket is invalid and there is no way to get out the gate. We called customer service through intercom 5 times and they cannot open the gate. The customer service team asked tons of useless questions( our name, mobile number) but they didn’t ask the plate number. We spoke with different representatives each time, the whole parking lot smells like urine.

Paid for monthly card and the toll booth didn't have a way to scan the card. Tried to cancel within a week and got charged for 3 months after cancelling. Lot is not maintained at all. Find somewhere else to park for the same price and it'll be far better. Online help page doesn't exist and their contact info trying to receive the card was out of date.
