After using Ronnie Felts (Joelton Prescription Shop) for years adjusting to Walgreens was not easy. Transitioning from personalized service to being just a number was my experience...until today. I called Joelton Pharmacy and priced my medication that was self pay (not covered by insurance). Walgreens price $124, the exact same medication at Joelton Pharmacy $35...($89 cheaper). He filled my medication and called me back quickly to tell me it was ready for pick-up. Ujay Panhalker was very helpful, personal, friendly and professional. If you want to be treated with kindness, receive quick service at a great price...I highly recommend Joelton Pharmacy!!!

I visited here yesterday after being told by Walgreen in Springfield it would be 2 days before they could fill a script my son received from the ER! Needless to say the pharmacist here was so nice and helpful and had the scprit transferred to his pharmacy and filled it immediately also saving me about $40.00 from what Walgreens was going to charge me! This is now my go to pharmacy and he is so much closer to me so win win. I HIGHLY recommend Joelton Pharmacy and I am grateful he is in my neighborhood :)

This is the GREATEST pharmacy! My prescription was out of stock all over Nashville. They had it and held it for 2 days for me. The pharmacist offered to keep an eye on his supply so he will be able to fill it next month also. This is an old school, independently owned pharmacy with out standing customer service. Oh, I had to call several times (my/my docs fault, not them) and they answered every time!! The pricing was great too. (=^ ◡ ^=)

I was so tired of the run around at big chain pharmacies so I decided to try out Joelton Pharmacy today and I’m so glad I did! Ujay was so helpful and made filling my prescription so easy. He called when it was ready and even offered to stay a little late if I couldn’t make it there by closing time. I’m all about supporting local businesses and Joelton Pharmacy will definitely have my business from now on. Highly recommend!

I stopped in Joelton Pharmacy this afternoon dreading a trip to Springfield Walgreens to pick up a prescription and i am so glad I did! The pharmacist is so nice and helpful. He had my prescription transferred from Walgreens to his pharmacy saving me not only time but gave me a MUCH better price than they did. Stop in and see him if you get a chance and welcome him to the neighborhood

This excellent new pharmacy is a very needed addition to the community. My experiences have been nothing short of top notch and the pharmacist is extremely friendly as well. I hope a lot of folks in the community shift from corporate pharmacies to this great new local spot. I highly recommend.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy the pharmacist is always so kind and goes the extra mile to make sure his patients are taken care of. I used to have to wait in line forever to get my medicine I’m literally in and out of here it’s so great !

I was so impressed with the excellent service and rapid fill time (less than 15 minutes from drop off to pick up) I will be going back to Joelton pharmacy on a normal basis. I'm so glad we have a local pharmacy with excellent service.

Ujay was very friendly and accommodating. He was able to transfer my meds from another pharmacy quickly. He called me when my RX was ready. Same day refills for most of my medicine. Love having a local pharmacy!

I switched here from Krogers about a month ago. The pharmacist was super nice and helpful. Had my medication ready very quickly. Talked to me, and seemed to genuinely care. Definitely recommend
