My policy matured and for the last two weeks they have been tossing me around. The 1st week they used to tell me they have not sent the discharge voucher, when they say it has been sent, that the system is down and they cant access it. even calling the Admn and she doesn't pick my call. Its so discouraging
The worst insurance company I have ever come across too with policy scams! After 5 years they start giving you excuses of their system is down yet when they need you to open up a policy their system is always active! Their policies are a scam.
Description showed they were open on Good Friday, only to go there and there was no one expect the guards. That was a turn off for me. Otherwise services are legit
