I have dealt with Jyoti Travels and their staff member Ansu Gupta for nearly 2 years for the US visa of my Sister-in-law at Mumbai. The delay by the Consulate was due to the Covid -19 interruption of visa-processing. During all this time, Ansu gave courteous, prompt and professional service and responded to my messages and phone calls from Singapore regularly.
