I came here the other day with my husband. I paid and used my air miles card. My husband was paying separately for his own stuff because that’s how we handle our finances. I passed him my air miles card and the agent said he can only scan the air miles card for the owner of the card. I explained that we were married but the agent refused to take the card. So my husband pulled out his card, for the exact same airmiles account and the agent scanned it. It was the most embarrassing and useless power trip I’ve ever seen. I understand enforcing the rules, I have no complaints about the fact that My id was checked even though I’m in my 30s... but this is terrible customer service. We get it Paul Blart, you are the boss and you can enforce whatever rules you’ve made up for that day.

I have a mask exemption and the staff were totally fine letting me shop. However my cashier had an attitude about checking me out. She stepped away to put on a face shield in addition to her mask, then returned and was quite literally throwing my carbonated drinks into the bag (cider, spritzes). Extremely unprofessional, made me feel uncomfortable and also comes down to human rights discrimination. I highly suggest management has a conversation with staff about respecting all customers, you dont know what others are dealing with. We all deserve the same level of service and should be respecting each other in these divisive times.

Went in to buy a bottle of wine for a client of mine. The bottle I chose had a lovely black wrapping paper on it, sealed with a sticker. When I went to cash out, there was no price sticker on the exterior wrapper so the cashier ripped the paper, afterwards asking "is it ok to rip this?" Next time the cashier should go and scan the original tag on the shelf, not destroying the wrapping to a $115 bottle that I stated was a gift to him as well. 2 stars because another gentleman kindly got me another bottle and told the cashier he should have scanned the original tag no ripping the label.

I really like this LCBO. They have a good selection. Very responsive and polite staff. Comfortable location. In case they do not have some items a search will be done and you will be notified where and how many items you could find. The logistics of the customers lining up to the cashiers is also well thought out here, which is important nowadays.

Always seems to have everything I have needed when going in to find something very basic such as a common liquor or beer. Will get very busy the day of or the day before a big holiday such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, etc, so make sure you are not going too late before close or if you are planning on leaving quickly.

I went with my mom to buy some beer for a party but since im 18 for a few more days and I touched the beer so one of the cashiers said my mom could not buy the beer. So we left and went to another LCBO and had no problems there. Also may I say the cashier at the other LCBO had no problems when I handled the beer.

One of the best LCBOs ever! Not only their stock is pretty good and they have things that others are out of, but also their customer service is great. I had a question about VQA and they explained the type of niagara wine, gave me suggestion for what to select and spend 10 minutes to address any questions I had.

Large location. Easy to find certain items not found at smaller locations. Always seem to have lots of cashiers and the line moves stuff. Employees friendly and helpful. Especially considering they are government employees and unionized I actually think they exceed expectations on customer service consistently.

Very well stocked LCBO, friendly service, and they are practicing/following the covid-19 precautions & taking them seriously. Respectful and helpful staff, always have tons of inventory, store is kept very clean & there are safety dividers at each check out. Wouldn't suggest a thing that they could improve on!

on June 05th 2020, a rude Asian lady kicked people out of store while there is a storm and heavy rain outside. And actually there are no others waiting outside any more. This rude kick out cause all my families getting wet and feeling sick. Will definitely file complaints and escalate this issue.

Horrible customer service. The staff are condescending and rude. As I was walking out the door the employees were making rude comments as I walked out the door. Went back in asked to speak with the manager who didn't care about his employees unprofessional attitudes. AVOID THIS LCBO!!!

They always have everything i need and more. This location carries products that a lot of the other lcbos dont and its close to where i live so i dont have to go very far. Will always be a returning customer with the friendly staff and wide selection of products.

The worst location for lineups at the cash in the GTA. Either the employees hide in the warehouse or the manager is too afraid of the employees to anything about it. Or care. The staffing is there.... just not the respect for customer service.

Great location. Convinient timing. One of few LCBOs that are open till 10PM on weekdays. Staff is very helpful and polite. Ask them whats the best wine for you- low priced, classy, sweet, dry, anything- and they are gonna guide you through.

Such a disappointing shopping experience today. Sale items not marked. Some items with no pricing. The worst was finding a bottle of Bourbon whiskey on the shelf that was opened and partially drank. Who puts that back on the shelf.

This is a pretty good LCBO location, although not my favorite in Oakville. They have a fairly good wide-ranging selection here, but if you are looking for something a little beyond the everyday, there are better options in town.

This is a great store. Usually runs quite well. Very efficient. Has very knowledgeable staff. Today was different, not very organized or efficient today. Lines were terrible. Otherwise the store is a good one.

The LCBO at Erin Mills Towne Centre always has an interesting selection of wines, spirits and beers. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's also large, well-organized and clean.

Worst customer service at the cash, male employee spoke rudely to us very condescending. Would not recommend this lcbo to anyone. Will not be returning to this establishment ever again.

Very disappointed by staff approach to the situation, when a customer asks to carry a heavy bottle to cashier and unable to pay for it because the person with a bottle is 18 years old.

Always a great service at this location. Also learned that you can order online and pick up the order at the store for free. Tried it out and it was great service through and through.

Limited and over-priced collection of international spirits and liqueurs. Abundance of Canadian wines, which are over priced compared to prices of European wines purchased in the US!

The friendly staff here go above and beyond to help often unfamiliar customers with choosing the right beverage pairings to the crowd and event so you don't look like a novice.

Like every liqueur store the variety of different alkohol from around the world can be overwhelming ☺ but I'm sure that you will find everything you need for any occasion.

Had to return ice wine that tasted really bad but we didn't have the receipt. The customer service person was super nice and made the return process very smooth and fast.

Now they brought in Santa Teresa Rum in two versions, including the award winning 1796 in its tall thin bottle presented in a nice blue cylindrical container.

They had the imported beer I was looking for. Unfortunately I had to go across the parking lot to Wallmart to get my Twenty Bee's Cab Merlot. Go figure...

Wish they had a better selection of Irsh whiskey. Besides that they have a wide selection of beers and liquors with a few hidden gems here and there.

So far the customer service is below average. Would reccomend additional training at this location. Otherwise mostly a nice experience wheneve im in.

Always had a great selection of craft beers! They also seem to be the last place to run out of popular craft beers, like great lakes brewery beers.

Some of the staff here that serve customers have terrible manners. They hire no name private security company, are rude when you enter the store.

A busy LCBO location just off a very busy street. Complicated to get in and put of. The staff were very friendly.

In times of trouble, booze is always the best. The alcohol helps keep the bugs away and it sanitizes you. Lol.
