The West Bank Branch does not have a restroom for their customers!! They are only open during my work hours (9 am - 3 pm). There is no teller machine and the have outdated practices! I am forced to bank elsewhere.
They hrs 9 to 3 is my work hrs . They only have Friday til 5 . They don’t accept Apple Pay . Staff are very rude. Algiers location don’t have drive up atm . I had to bank else where. I Don’t recommend this bank
Their customer service is rather poor. When I have important banking issues to deal with, I go to the Gentiles location by Dillard.
